I highly recommend it. My kid he’s been improving a lot since he started. He is so confidence about himself he believe he can do everything he start playing on the monkey bars he used to be scared of it, he learns how to do the flips jumping high move his body. Every month they have a different program every program it’s better than the other.the coaches are the best they know how to deal with the kids how to make the kids pay attention to them and I really like them I feel like they are a family by now I have been at Kid Strong in Waldwick for a year now I love the environment I love the coaches my kid has the best time there❤️❤️❤️

KidStrong is the only activity that my 3 kids have been consistently enthusiastic about. The bonus is that I love to go and watch! The coaches are positive, empowering, inspiring, and fun. Our children are ages 5, 7 & 9 and they are all in the same class which is awesome. The truly beautiful thing is that our 9yr old is autistic, but he is able to fully participate and receives encouragement from the coaches and students when he needs it. KidStrong inspires our kids to work hard to tackle challenges both in and out of class. They are learning how important their mindset is for success in life. There is a healthy striving toward ranking up and the way to do so is simply by attending class. KidStrong has been a gift to our family and we are deeply grateful.

We joined KidStrong a year ago and loved the joint focus on both brain and body. It's not something you can find anywhere else. I love the structure of each class. The multimodal approach to skill acquisition helps all kids of learners be able to grow and develop at their own pace. Both my son (who started at age 3 and is now 4) and my daughter (6) look forward to class each week! They build a team dynamic with their peers and coaches alike. As another point of reference, I have a special education background and have seen young children who require extra support thrive in the parent and me class. The coaches are all so well trained and invested in each child's personal growth and development. If you're on the fence parents, do a trial class! There's nothing to lose but lots to gain!

Kid Strong came to me through their instagram ad prior to the opening. I fell in LOVE with the concept and thought it would be perfect for my active boys who lack self esteem. Kid Strong lived up to everything that was promised and more. I can’t say enough about the broad program, the clean facility and the amazing coaches. I am beyond satisfied and my children LOVE it. They look forward to it every week. Kid Strong has become family. They are invested in your child. We participate in their summer camps (that are a fabulous affordable rate). It works for ALL children and that is the many things I admire about this program.

I highly recommend KidStrong. My son is having a great experience here. When he first started going he was shy and timid. The coaches there are excellent. They really helped him to feel comfortable and gain confidence. I have seen a huge improvement in his self-esteem and coordination. He is so excited to go every week. They really work on everything here, their program is not only designed for physical development, but social as well. Waldwick kidstrong has a great group of coaches, all types of children can benefit from their program.

This place is amazing more than I can put into words. The coaches are kind and patient with my two kids. The program they run is great for their physical fitness but it’s so much more. The encouragement they receive there has helped their confidence grow so much. I believe in their coaches and this program so much that I drive over an hour from Staten Island each week to take my kids. I will be forever grateful for how they are helping my kids become better people with each class.

We absolutely LOVE KidStrong Waldwick. From the second I walked in I knew this was the place for our high energy, athletic, little guy. We signed up instantly and haven’t regretted it. The coaches are FANTASTIC with the kids and really work them hard. Our little guy loves going every week. Coach Kay and Coach Emily keep the kids focused and challenge them each week to exceed their own goals. We had my son’s birthday there this April and it was a hit!! Everyone loved it, especially our little super hero.

KidStrong had been an amazing program for both of my kids. They thoroughly enjoy the classes thought by all the awesome coaches. This program focuses on brain,body, and social development. In the short amount of time my kids have been attending they have really begun to come out of their shells. They constantly look forward to upcoming weekends and attending their KidStrong classes.

I've never written a review before but I can't say enough wonderful things about Kidstrong Waldwick!!! My 2 year old daughter, Deja suffered from social anxiety due to being born around the time the pandemic hit. She was intensely afraid of strangers especially adults and would scream, run and hide. I walked Deja into Kidstrong & (as per usual) she fought kicking & screaming the moment we entered. Emily & staff were INCREDIBLE with handling Deja & gave her the patience, care and encouragement she needed to overcome this huge obstacle. It took a few weeks to get her not to scream and enter the mat (and patience as I left early a few times out of frustration) but I stand here today with my 3 yr old Deja who is now "Alpha" status with her social anxiety being a thing of the past. I cant praise this staff enough for giving Deja the reinforcement & coaching that comes along with this program. I thought I was alone in dealing with this dynamic but obviously I wasn't. Emily and all the coaches are SUPERB & go above & beyond!!! I fully endorse Kidstrong!!!

We love KidStrong Waldwick! My son loves his coaches & looks forward to seeing them! It has helped him be more confident on top of getting energy out. I also love that they work on things like coordination, memory, & sign language. The courses are a lot of fun & never boring or repetitive cause they switch them up each month. The ranking system also keeps my son engaged cause he just wants to keep ranking up, getting stickers, etc. It definitely boosts his confidence & makes him feel proud of himself. It’s really a great activity every week at any age. 💙🤍

Not clear and straight forward on the payment and cancelling membership. We needed to cancel and did in the gym, and employee told me it's a very last charge. But month later they charged me again, supposedly previous month wasn't a last month - this what they told me over the phone. This place needs to be run more professionally and clearly for parents. I hope no more unexpected charges will be done from Kidstrong side.

Amazing program for kids. My son attended this gym program and gained a lot of strength and confidence. Coach Rob is a great instructor and is always inspiring kids to reach their potential. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend!

We’ve been coming to Kidstrong for a little over a year now and we don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! Our son is always looking forward to come to class. Coach Aidan is honestly the best thing about it. He has such a happy and positive energy, the kids love him. It’s been a long road for our son because at first he used to be a little challenging but thanks to coach Aidan everything started to work out eventually. Very happy with the experience.
