Essendo l'acqua non caldissima e la corsia dell'acquafitness mai raggiunta dal sole, alcune corsiste indossano la mezza muta leggera (anche a giugno). Parlerò del corso che ho frequentato io in questa struttura perché so che ci sono altri corsi tenuti da altri istruttori e vi riporterò solamente quello che è accaduto e ho sentito in piscina, durante il corso, mentre ero in acqua. L'istruttrice è attentissima e si accorge di qualsiasi errore o imperfezione ma purtroppo ci sono giorni in cui il suo modo di correggere è "un po' sopra le righe". Di seguito alcuni esempi. Si eseguono ripetizioni e esercizi coreografici senza descrivere con chiarezza e in anticipo le sequenze, salvo poi essere apostrofati, quando si sbaglia con commenti del tipo "ma dove sei stato fino adesso? Non ti sei accorto che l'abbiamo già fatto?". Se per caso ci si accorge di non aver sentito che bisognava cambiare ad esempio la gamba di esecuzione e si chiede conferma, ti viene risposto "quante gambe hai?". Quando si fa notare che non si è capito l'esercizio da fare si viene trattati come bambini: "Non vedi? Ma ci senti? Come si chiama questo? Eh ma questo l'ho già detto! È un anno che lo facciamo, ancora non hai capito?" Quando si fa presente che sarebbe utile mostrare meglio l'esercizio, la risposta è "ma come faccio?". Se si suggerisce di sedersi sopra una sedia o una panca invece che sullo step per mostrare meglio i movimenti delle gambe, la risposta che si riceve è "va bene hai ragione tu".
