    Lack of management and overworked staffed is a contributing factor of the constant incorrect orders. Another problem is that they are out of stocks of sandwiches, sugars and desserts/muffins etc. and it’s not an isolated issue but a constant one. Extremely limited parking A+ is a drive-thru window where are you could get your needs if available because often there isn’t any. Another plus is that the staff is always willing to correct your order.

    If u have extra half an hour u can stay here on line 😂😂😂. Very bad service and personal is super slow or not enough I think. Every day from first day I'm here spending each time more than 20-30 minutes to just have cup of coffee. I hope managers will read and take care this.

    This Starbucks location is always busy!! I’m not sure how the other reviewer allowed the owner of a different Starbucks to say they used old ingredients, but I can assure you that they are WAAYYY too busy to ever have that happen! It’s just not true and ludicrous. This Starbucks has always made great drinks for my brother and me. He is developmentally disabled and is always treated well here. That goes a long way with me! The people who work here are really nice, and if someone has an issue it’s usually because that person made a mistake. This location is busy, busy, busy! The line moves well, though, and the staff is super efficient. I love the drive-thru.

    I only go here bc it’s drive through. Half the time they never get my vanilla ice coffee with half and half correct. They are very rude and sarcastic. And today I got an ice coffee and I feel sick now. I went to another Starbucks and the manager there said that this location they don’t use fresh ingredients !! I will never come here ever again.

    I would just like to make it clear and for the owner of this place to reach the employee called Angela , she treated us badly in the establishment, being totally arrogant. As a businesswoman i would remove this employee immediately from my business, I just asked to change my cappuccino, which they did wrong and when I asked to change she said with an attitude that she would do exactly the same.

    This location is open again after renovations. I order regular shmegular coffee with creamer so I can’t comment on the supposed improved coffee making experience, but I can comment on customer service, which is dismal. They’ve failed to train their staff on basic customer service/ normal human principles, such as being kind and courteous. Also, can we please pour our own creamer yet?!?! If not, PLEASE lose the attitude when I ask for a bit more.

    I really love this particular Starbucks among the other locations very satisfying drive-through service and a very friendly staff, there's always lots of pressure @ this location especially on Fridays and Saturdays during the week it’s killing here thank you staff we really appreciate your hard work you do to deliver cool' drinks for us @ early morning before you even have your own one as employee, Big Thank from my heart and Thank you Keven for the nice help always.

    prior to renovations this location was super speedy and always sweet. youre the only drivethru in the area and on the same side of the road as commuters to Weehawken. i cannot believe i waited 20 minutes in the drivethru today. you have 6 people in there chatting, no customers waiting at the counter. theres no reason for a 20 minute drive thru wait.

    I ordered Bacon, Sausage&Egg Wrap three times from the app on different three days for pick up. But the staff told me that one was sold out when I got in the store ! I asked the employee Monica ‘Why you guys don’t move the item from the app so I don’t have to order it?’ She has a bad attitude say to me it just out right now! Then I said what about Sunday and Saturday the same happened. She said she is not working on Sunday. I am asking when you out of something can you just move from apps. Then I can’t order it. It’s very simple things. But Monica just trying argue with me! Said MERRY Christmas to me !!! I am asking why are you saying merry Christmas to me. What is your mean! Monica is not answering! The manager is come out she name is Erica she is not trying to know what is happening she is not listening at all ! I Only Want to let you know the items if you out of it just remove from the apps! Then I don’t have to order it ! Is that hard to hear from the customer ! Bad attitude bad service and the worst Employee Monica !

    This place may be convenient, and the drive-thru moves fairly quick….but they can never get my simple order right. 90% of the time, it’s WRONG !! It’s a fairly easy order, so I thought. Today, it was messed up again and I think they forgot to add the coffee in my wife’s pumpkin spiced latte. A few years ago, this place was great. The manager Cliff wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. Always working. Wish he was still there. The new manager has a major attitude problem, and should work on her facial expressions. I’ll take the ride down the street, to the one near TARGET.

    The staff is usually nice and it has a drive thru, that’s why I gave this location a 2 star rating. However, they don’t always get my drink right. They don’t have enough staff to handle the high volume of customers & the parking is super tight & limited, so drive thru was what I chose. Do they even have a manager at this store? The last time I went, I ordered ahead but the drive thru line was outrageous, so I went inside. The four workers looked super busy & I didn’t want to bother them, but it took someone 10 mins to even address me. When I mentioned my mobile order, I was told: Next time just tell us bc you chose drive thru on your order. I tried giving this location multiple chances, but waiting 20-25 each time for coffee makes the experience not worth it. I’ll stick with the edgewater location down the road.

    This is by far one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to! Monica Barquin is one of the most professional staff members and should be assigned as CEO! She works extremely hard to assure all customers are happy, as well as brings deliveries out to the car. She is kind and polite at all times. Great asset to the Starbucks Company. Keep up the good work.

    I like coming here because of the drive thru. Although, the line can be really long at times. Parking is difficult so you're better off parking at the bank of America 's parking lot and walking. Otherwise, you'll be sitting in line waiting. I don't think they thought this through. I prefer going to the one in Edgewater sometimes just because of the parking situation.

    It has very odd design of entrance and I saw a lot of people came in from the drive-thru exit. The power outlets inside have no usb plugs and are so loose they won't hold the iPhone charger. The service are great and the staffs are friendly though.
