**Show: 5/5** **Venue: 5/5** **Restrooms: 2/5** **Water fountains: 1/5** The show I saw at Lincoln Center was fantastic! The hall is beautiful and the acoustics are great. However, I was disappointed by the restrooms and water fountains. The restrooms are non-gendered, which is great in theory, but in practice it led to a lot of confusion. Many people didn't know how to use the restrooms, and it took a long time for people to get in and out. The restrooms were also very dark, and the signs were small, making it difficult to tell if a restroom was occupied. This added to the wait time, even if you just wanted to wash your hands. The water fountains also didn't work properly. The water pressure was very low, and it was difficult to get a good drink. Overall, I was very happy with the show and the venue, but the restrooms and water fountains need to be improved. **Recommendations:** * Add gendered restrooms to reduce confusion and wait times. * Make the restrooms brighter and add larger signs so that people can easily tell if a restroom is occupied. * Fix the water fountains so that they have good water pressure. I hope this feedback is helpful.

This is the new and very posh home of the New York Philharmonic. The new venue is simply fantastic, they did an awesome job with the renovation and I can attest that the acoustics are now excellent. My wife and I found the parking and the concert tickets very reasonable and convenient. The restaurants in the area are within walking distance and there are bars right on the premises. An excellent way to spend an evening if you love music.

This was my first time visiting since the renovation. The place looks and sounds wonderful. I don't know if it's permanent, but I especially enjoyed the exhibition featuring some of the people who lived in the area before Lincoln Center was built.

We just stopped to charge our phones in hall at 7 pm. And beautiful concert started. We listened and viewed it in hall for free. Very comfortable for citizens and for guests of NY.

I find the new Geffen Hall to be s misfire. With great seats, I thought the acoustics could have been much better. If you are having trouble hearing soloists and a full chorus during the Hallelujah Chorus, something is wrong. The hotel look is subpar, and the sheer lack of warmth is unfortunate. Also, they need a decent gift shop, a la the Met Opera.

First time seeing the New York Philharmonic and it was fantastic! Went to see AndrΓ©s Orozco-Estrada, and he was a joy to watch! All the musicians and soloists were top tier, and the music selection was a good balance of recognizable and new.

Lincoln Center itself is an amazing place, and the Geffen Hall complex does not fail to impress. Entry to the performance space opens one half hour before the performance but there is a large lobby with seating areas, and drink/snack stands. The drinks are packaged so that you can bring them in with you. Not sure on the snacks. The windows surrounding the hall on each level offer beautiful views of rest of Lincoln Center as well as the Geffen levels below you. Above orchestra, there are three tiers of seating. Beware, tier two is along the side of the auditorium and the first row may present a height issue to some! Escalators and elevators as well as stairs serve the upper levels. All staff were helpful and efficient. Program literature advises arrival half hour before performance but ten minutes before our event, at least half of the orchestra seats were empty. It is a tribute to staff that the "we have time " folks were seated for an on time start of the concert. Unlike some Broadway venues, seats were comfortable and comfortably spaced. I thank the designers for that detail! Well I have not commented on the acoustics of the hall- I am no expert nor do I have a spoiled ear, but again- the designers hit the mark. Sound was great from the tinkle of a single bell to the lasts of the trumpets! At the end of the performance, staff were on hand to direct patrons to the best exits!

Beautiful hall and stage! Saw Romeo and Juliet by the American Ballet Company. It was my first time here and the first time seeing ballet. It was such a beautiful performance! Will surely be back.

Fantastic layout, acoustic like no other! Friendly AND knowledgeable staff to facilitate easy access to amenities. Excellent lighting and minimalistic design style. Excellent execution, thank you for bringing this to NYC, Mr. Geffen!

As many of you frequent concert-goers know, the new David Geffen Hall has been finished. Everything about every part of the environment is exciting, from the concourse outside to the hall itself. The new lobby is absolutely gorgeous and inviting, the staff is always helpful, and the walk up to the hall is easy. The hall, itself, has amazing acoustics and has a bunch of small tokens/Easter Eggs that you can catch about the designs and the whole procession of the concert. (i.e; the twinkling spherical lights that have their own little show before the real show) And of course, the NY Phil never fails to deliver an exhilarating and unforgettable performance every day.
