My boyfriend and I dined here over the weekend. Our food was good but the service was bad from the moment we walked in. When we first walked in, the hostess was nowhere in sight, and we waited almost ten minutes at the front, just to be greeted and then seated. Once we were seated, we waited almost another ten minutes to be greeted by our server. When our server arrived he apologized for the wait but it was a very light apology. He didn’t even seem apologetic and didn’t make eye contact with us. He didn’t seem happy to serve us which made us feel even more uncomfortable. He also spoke very timidly and with a low voice. Thought the whole meal period, he was not attentive. We ordered wings and our wings did not have the blue cheese crumbles that it normally has when we order it. Our server kind of disappeared and we had to use our machine to pay our bill. I’ve been to this location about three times already and the service has not been good all three times. The Red Robin located in Paramus is much better! I hope the manager can provide better training for the staff or perhaps the manager needs to be replaced. The staff needs to pay attention and be more attentive to customers.

Red Robin delivered great service and delicious food. The restaurant felt really clean. We managed to get out food within 10 mins. We truly felt that staff cared for us. For dinner, I picked chicken burger with some fries. It was simply good. It was cooked to almost perfection. Strawberry milkshake I ordered was my highlight of the meal. It was smooth, creamy, and blended great. My friend and I shared their donuts. They were delicious. I recommend dumping the donuts in the chocolate sauce that comes with it. It was really sweet and delicious. It's worth the extra calories. I would definitely recommend here for those who want a quick indulge meal.

Food is always delicious here, but the service was a little slow. The waitress was happy and friendly.

I ordered the master cheese burger, when served to me the plate had a black spot on the corner of the plate. The spot was hard and dried on look to it. When I pointed it out to the waitress she said oh, that’s the bistro sauce. Hmmm ok and she walked away. It was not the bistro sauce as the bistro sauce is not black, I could clearly see the sauce on the burger and it was made with spicy brown mustard,ketchup and mayonnaise as the base. About 15 minutes later she checks on us and I point it out again, and with that NJ rude like attitude she says, so what do you want me to do about it. Honey, if your in the customer food service and your asking me what to do then you need to find another job. The manger now come out after the waitress runs back in the kitchen, says she will comp my meal. No, I don’t want it removed I will pay for it as I ate it. Tell the cook that plating is one of the first things he needs to learn as a short order cook, and he seen it on the plate and sent it out anyway. secondly tell your waitress that when I pointed out in the beginning she should have offered to switch plates. Oh and she needs to learn the colors of the sauce on each burger so she is not made a fool of. I will add the water glasses where all pretty spotty and dirty. May need to look at the cleaning chemicals in the dish washer. Meal was comped and I still left her $5 tip from a one burger meal Needless to say when I visit this corner again with the bands I bring to town I will bypass this restaurant. Management if you are reading this, please don’t waste your time and offer me a meal to make it right. I’m done with these so called gourmet Pattie’s on a bun.

service was excellent! our server evan was so fun and kind and really made us feel welcome. his energy and humor lifted our mood after a long tiring day. the food was also delicious!

Excellent place , friendly staff and delicious food. Definitely our favorite place of my husband and I. Good prices for huge amount of food that you get.

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and they were delicious. However, I ordered a sweet tea and got unsweetened, and the wait was long for the food and for service. I had to go to the hostess to ask for a to go cup because our server stopped coming. You can pay at the table touch screen pad, which was convenient. Overall: great food, touchy service. I’ll go to this chain again.

Food was amazing .. the burger and the fries were delicious ! no doubt some of the best in town My only problem was the girl on the front desk who supposed to welcome ppl with smile or nice words but on the contrary she almost shouted on me when I tried to sit on the table because I didn’t find anyone to welcome me at first ..

This has by far been the worst experience in ANY establishment. There was no heat on a rainy and cold night, we all ate in our coats, some even in hats. The establishment was empty besides my family, which honestly should’ve been our sign that we shouldn’t eat here. After an hour of waiting for our food to come out, our waiter then informs us that he never put in the order. Truly would NEVER recommend this location.

So I came in for lunch just to take out. I had to wait 20 minutes before someone handed me the menu and than another 20 minutes before someone asked me what I wanted to order. I ordered chicken strips which came with fries and I ordered a milkshake. The fries were awful, there was no crunch and no salt or anything. For diner I wasn’t that hungry and because I did like the chicken strips I went over just to get those. I asked without fries because I wasn’t that hungry and I didn’t like them. I still had to pay the full $15 for just 4 pieces of chicken!

I took my grandsons here for a meal before our movie. Greeted with a friendly welcome from our host which also was our waiter. He made jokes with the boys and food suggestions. My grandson (11yo) even stated he enjoyed the service. I didn’t get his name regrettably. Another perk was receiving a free burger for my birthday using the rewards app 😉

Horrible experience tonight. My husband went when they said the food would be done tonight (5:30) and still had to wait for an additional 20 minutes. We figured that must mean the food was going to be hot. Clearly, they made our mozzarella twists and my chicken wrap and my son’s chicken tenders and fries before my husband’s burger. Because he was the only one with hot food. I’m not usually one to be that annoyed, but we were staying at a hotel and didn’t have the means to reheat it. It didn’t get cold on the drive across the street. Mozzarella sticks were cold and hard. They also forget our pretzel bites, so we are just out an additional $7.50 because we were not going to spend more of our vacation getting what we actually ordered. Not sure how they could take so long, our food still be cold and they managed to forget an item. My husband said it was dead for a Friday, and now we know why. Not happy, won’t go back and we used to live in NJ so we visit a lot. Very disappointing experience. A complete waste of money and it’s clear the customer’s experience was not their priority.

Casey the waitress and bartender was awesome and was holding it down in our area. Place is great staff is awesome
