    There was this cardholder I wanted personalized with my initials but they don’t have the machine in store so they have to send it out and it would take weeks.The shops at riverside have the machine so go there.

    Visited Garden State Plaza location in NJ. Very disappointed as they offered no help in cleaning my wife’s engagement ring that was purchased here in 2014 and also not offered appraisal service. Some insurance companies require current valuation to keep the article insured at current value. There were about 8 stuff working in the store, all in black suit and tie and they just sit there and look pretty. When we purchased the ring, we were promised lifetime cleaning service and that was one of the factors I decided for Tiffany relative to other options, but today I was let down by their unhelpful staff and lack of professionalism. I am sharing this here because I don’t want others to have a negative experience despite paying almost twice for what you get. I knew they but I paid the money because of the service which they failed to deliver today. Do your research and pause before you make a purchase from this jeweler. Don’t just buy the ring because the name says Tiffany and there is a certificate number. It means nothing.

    Words cannot describe what a great experience it was planning for an anniversary gift for my wife. Gracie did an INCREDIBLE job! I appreciated her professionalism, excellent service and attention to detail. I made this purchase from SC and reached out to the Garden State location. I have been extremely pleased from the initial phone call to receiving the gift with a personalized note. The ring quality and service are top notch! Ask for Gracie and you will not be disappointed. Thank you!

    A friend of mine brought a beautiful bracelet for me from Tiffany in Florida I believe. Anyway the bracelet needed additional links so I took it to Tiffany's Garden State Plaza. My friend insisted on him paying for everything and to have Tiffany call him when they are ready for his billing information. I was told that Tiffany's procedure is to collect the billing info once the item is back in the store after being serviced. This doesnt sound like a big deal and seeing as how my friend was flying out of the country, I simply asked if they could call him prior to the bracelet arriving back in the store to collect billing info before he left the country. I would think that Tiffany employees would be well trained in the art of Customer Service and know when to make exceptions to their rules, especially seeing how they pride themselves on having exceptional jewelry. Well this young lady went back and forth with me for almost a half hour insisting that she cant call my friend to take down the billing info before the item arrived in the store regardless of how much this piece of jewelry was sold for. The reason for shopping Tiffany is because I like to be catered to in a way that a place like JCPenny isnt prepared to appease their clientele. Learn from my mistake and if you must shop at Tiffany in Garden State Plaza, go to Gucci instead.

    I personally would not purchase another piece of jewelry from Tiffany’s because they don’t stand behind their jewelry. After about 8 months of wearing one of the bracelets, the clasp broke and I was surprised to learn that there was no coverage or warranty on their jewelry and was asked to pay 60. To have the clasp repaired.

    My husband and I went to the store because I lost the back of my earing and wanted to replace it. There was one customer in the store. After he left, we were asked if they could help us. They directed us to customer service. My husband started walking there and I wanted to browse and look at the Jewelry with intentions of buying something if it caught my eye.. Immediately they stopped me and one of the men in suits was directed to walk with me. I felt completely disrespected and said I'd join my husband. They acted like we were there to rob them. When I went to the customer service the young woman was extremely condescending. She was dressed beautifully and had long nails which made it almost impossible for her to handle the jewelry. She was helpful but when I asked her a question about the earing , she just shot a look at me and did not respond. For years my husband has been shopping at Tiffany in Palm Beach, Florida as well as Paramus. As for me I'll never go there again. I shop for quality, not a fancy name. I'm sure someday soon I'll be reading they went out of business.

    This location is such a delight to shop at even during the crazy holiday commotion especially at Garden State Plaza. I get all my holiday shopping for my loved ones done here because not only is it an honor to give the gift of a Tiffany Blue Box, the in-store experience with the staff is just remarkable. You're greeted by a member of their friendly security team and either directed to a sales professional or someone from their customer service team or encouraged to enjoy the store. They offered me a beverage or a cookie even when I had no asked which is a service that is hard to come by. Overall, I can shop here at anytime in the year and I know that I will be given excellent service and truly valued whether I am making a purchase or not. I spoke with their management team at my last visit to compliment on the team but I felt that this would also showcase the excellency of this store :)

    So I dropped two bracelets off with broken clasps, because it’s poor quality clasps, meanwhile after $127 for replacing two clasps and 5 weeks later, one bracelet has a spacer. The coordinator wasn’t in, but they called him and he denied the credit. Made the big mistake for paying for it and didn’t look at it. Now their expedited service is 3 weeks, not that great, and the quality is terrible. I didn’t even leave there, I was putting it on my daughter’s wrist when all this happened. The service rep kept saying that he understands but that was the decision the coordinator made over the phone, this is awful. I will not be returning to this store. They are very unfair.

    The best Tiffany you can go to. Our rep MaryAnn is amazing, not pushy, and learns your style very quickly. Manager, security, and the rest of the staff always make you feel welcome and they keep surprising us with cool and great options.

    My fiancée purchased my engagement ring from Tiffany’s in GSP after receiving the amazing support from the sales associate GRACIE. She had such an amazing experience that we went back and purchased our wedding bands with her help. Although the quality of Tiffany’s is undeniable, a great sales associate can make or break the memorable experience. Gracie made us feel so special and more than just clients. Needless to say I went back and purchased an engagement ring for my fiancée with Gracie’s help. I was so intimidated however Gracie took her time answering all of my questions and took her time helping me find the perfect ring for my fiancée. I am happy to say that I am looking forward to always coming back to Gracie for all future jewelry purchases as I trust her judgement and appreciate her knowledge. Thank you for making the experience a great memory for us both! I also want to thank Trish and the two female security guards who are always extremely attentive and welcoming whenever we visit the store.

    Went in to get a bracelet polished with my two year old. The staff was very attentive to me, and one staff member even brought my little one stickers and sat to play with him when he started to get restless. I will be returning to make a purchase soon.

    I dreamed about purchasing something from Tiffany's since I was a young girl I used to see magazine advertisement of classy beautiful iconic diamond jewelry from Tiffany's on beautiful woman and one day I fantasized I would walk into Tiffany to fulfill that dream and so I did but not for me but for my oldest daughter who was graduating from college it was going to be the most epic extraordinary gift ! Now a days not many young people know about this magical place :) As I made my way into Tiffany's in the Westfield Garden State Plaza early one morning a couple days before Christmas, I was asked if I needed help at the entrance of the door ? I asked if i was able to come in and shop ? and as I walked in it felt like I was walking into a typical jewelry store and that should have not been the case, I suppose I was expecting Tiffany such an Iconic Legendary kind of jewelry store to have some jazzy music ,brightness in the store and a more classic ambience but that's just me . I felt as I didn't belong there I questioned was it the way I was dressed or the color of my skin ? But I continued on walking in while some sales people were just standing there I walked up to the counter and showed a sales woman a picture of a Paloma Picasso pearl necklace she stated they didn't have the gold piece but she could have it shipped to the store she didn't offer anything else she continued on typing on her laptop before I left I asked her if I could have a card with the item information I told her I would come back, went home and debated should I even buy anything from Tiffany's was very disappointed but I did end up going back and making a purchase after all It was a special gift for my daughter .When I made the purchase I was told It would ship to the store and I would receive a call, waited 2 days as they suggested but after two days anxiously I ended up giving the store a call was on hold nervously for at least 20 minutes with thoughts they had lost the order, but shipment had not arrived waited until the end of the day called Tiffany customer service and they were able to give me tracking called back Westfield Garden State Plaza finally I was told it was there, I asked why didn't I received a call saleswoman said I should had received an email oh ok ? Anyway Wish I would have had a better experience. However I still have love for Tiffany and my daughter does own something from TIFFANY'S and I will one day splurge on me :)

    Bought my wedding bands here after extensive researches and trying out different brands. The staffs were very friendly. A jewelry consultant really spent her time and helped us to choose the perfect wedding bands. I personally had a tough time to find the one that would look the best with my engagement ring, but she found the one! After the payment, she polished the rings and offered us a good champagne. It was one of the best experience and customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone!

    Great experience... My son and I went to Tiffany & Co. to find a Mother's Day Gift. When we arrived we were greeted and introduced to our sales professional Nadia Kappel who was awesome. Nadia helped us find the perfect earings which were heart shaped studs. Literally from start to finish the entire visit was perfect! Thank you Tiffany & Co. in Paramus and thank you Nadia!!
