I’m a fan of hollister but I think I felt the hollister in my local mall is much more organized and has better collections than this place . Dresses are cluttered and all over the place . Don’t see much of offers. I don’t like the concept of buy 2 and get one free. If I just want one shirt I’ll not be able to buy . Instead , they could make a 30% off per dress which makes sense ! Slow billing. Overall an average experience

I am from Asia and i was excited to experience in person shopping at Holister. 1. Their designs are no longer the same cut of shirts i have enjoyed back then 2. The shop was a tad bit boring. Lacks coZiness

I love shopping at Hollister. Sup!

Dirty floor seems like they never clean it and a lot of clothes are on the ground, too few employees for a store. It’s hard to find a crew member and when I asked him where the hoodies are and it was behind him which I didn’t know at the time, he looked at me strangely for a few seconds and pointed his back, I still said thank you and he didn’t even say anything.

The store was a mess and everything was just thrown all over the place but the people working in the store are very friendly and the customer service is fantastic. The 3 stars are for the people working there. If you have the patience to go over the mess then they have a lot of good stuff.

Store was very overcrowded. Also the clothes were to bunched up together and they were not organized by size. You spent a a lot of time just trying to figure out where things are in the store or how they have it organized. Floor it was completely filthy. They had tags all over the place. The only good thing was they had for cash registers open so the line moved quickly to get out. I would avoid this area only because of the above and just the mall in general does not have a covered parking lot or a multiplex car parking lot so everyone's fighting for a spot took a half hour just to find a spot total waste of time.

Love shopping here but Sunday I had an issue with an associate. I used to work in malls clothing stores as well so I know how annoying and stressful it can be with customers but this girl saw me and husband looking for a size in men’s sweater I guess she thought I was going to mess it up since she finished “fixing it” she asked me what size I’m looking for and she pretended she was looking for the size she didn’t even bother looking for it one by one she said we don’t have large in black while pretending she was looking for a size. Like I said I know how it is to work in the mall so I always try my best never to mess up their clothes. I just walked away from her

these people are un profesional, i was trying to pick up an online order and they never brought it out we waited for around an hour when he called they gave attitude. 0/10

I love hollister its the only jeans and sweats that fit my baby well and quality clothing the prices are a bit high now dont have sales as much as they used to but this is our place

As someone who rarely purchases clothes other than from Hollister, I was extremely impressed. I am a very common size and the store still had plenty of selections for me to choose from. Staff was helpful and the prices were amazing. Store also had many items that sold out online that I was in search of. Only downside is that there is no bench in the fitting room or and only two small hooks (one on door and one on wall) to hang items from while trying them on. OVERALL amazing

They have good prices. Good for Holliday gifts.

We all know hollister is not cheap, and I'd like to give it more stars as some of the employees were very nice and helpful but some were not so much.
