This is a nice place to stay. It's a mix of old and new rooms, where some need maintenance and others are brand new. The food is plentiful and there are common areas to chill and have a beer. Laundry services are available on request. I have given this 5 stars as the owning family and staff are wonderful, friendly and go to great efforts to meet expectations. Open to the public but used mostly by the nearby mining and farming workers.

Great friendly locals working the village/camp for us miners, Karen at the desk is a bundle of joy and will always help with any situation she can.

Amazing service. Environmental conscious business. Also catered incredibly well for special dietary requirements although they said they cater for the majority. I had a pleasant stay here!

Very nice breakfast and lunch. Clean and neat rooms. Friendly staff,especially the Kiwi chef.

As a visitor to Redgum Village, I had the pleasure to not only visit, be welcomed and make some great friends 😀 with Gaylene as a tried, and true instant friend not only to her constant attention to the workers that came into her snug Village. Equipped with clean, tidy rooms and good food and a,ready smile, from not just the owners, but the staff too. 😀 Hello to Brent, Karen and Tahla, who I met at my short stay. A few days went into a week. The chefs delivered on the mark delicious cooking, and attention to detail. And I was delighted to meet consistent returning workers and companies who call Redgum Village, a home away from home. Thank you 😊 everyone I'll be back.

Stayed there one night. Staff is lovely. They made us feel at home . Very caring. Jennifer, Kim, Pam, Karen (?) were star quality staff. Rooms are clean and basic. Will go again. I dropped my credit card at car park and they sent me a text ASAP and made sure I got it back safe. ❤️

It's not a 5star hotel. BUT for a motel, i couldn't fault it. All their food are cooked with love (a touch of grandma). Will i go back there? ABSOLUTELY ❤

Stayed here about 4 weeks ago, the rooms were clean, the food was great, the staff were very helpful and the atmosphere was definitely positive. Look forward to coming back again.
