    I came to 15 to Fit having done Pilates in the past- several years ago. Their intro class and private lesson availability got me comfortable being on the reformer again. Their small class size allowed me to transition into the semi-private classes seamlessly. The class size allows for hands on assistance from instructors to make sure your form is correct and that you are getting the most out of your class. The instructors are top notch and know when to push you to go further and offer modifications when needed if managing an injury. I look forward to my weekly classes instructed by Catherine :) Scheduling classes is also a breeze through the app! I have gone to a handful of Pilates studios in the past and I can say I have hit the jackpot with 15 to Fit!

    My daughter has been doing Pilates at 15 to Fit and she suggested I try it while I was visiting. Being in my 70s and not very active for a while, I was apprehensive that I could do it. The reformer was definitely intimidating at first, but after a few sessions with the amazing instructors I learned to like it. I feel stronger and more flexible and it really is a mind/body workout. I've had Catherine as my instructor and she is great! She is patient, is aware of my limitations and really gives the best cues on body placement. She also has a great sense of humor and makes the workouts something I look forward to. Can't wait for my next visit to NC to pick up where I left off with 15 to Fit.

    After months of dealing with a bicep injury and multiple physical therapy appointments, I was told I would need surgery to alleviate my pain. Within a few months of strength training at 15 to Fit, I have no pain and have toned more than my bicep! Instructors are very attentive to form for safe movement and make every class challenging. Thank you to all the professional and fun instructors that have me hooked on Pilates!!

    I can't say enough positive things about this studio and the trainers. I was a little late to the Pilates game, but I am hooked. Even after 6 months, I still look forward to class and am excited to see what new challenges are in store. The trainers are supportive, encouraging, and really take the time to get to know you. I never thought I would say this, but thanks to 15 to Fit, the Reformer is one of my happy places.

    Highly recommend 15 to Fit! Have been going with my husband for 3 months now and completely love it. We work from home and didnt have a workout routine but now pilates has helped our postures and stick to a routine!! Started with private classes to get introduced the movements and now we go twice a week in the group classes! Love the friendly atmosphere in the classes! There is max of 7ish people per class so we are able to still get adjustments on form from the instructor. We love taking classes with Patrea and Stephanie!!

    This is the real deal, folks. It is a pleasure to be trained by former (and current) gymnasts, dancers and athletes. This is not a corporate, cookie cutter Pilates studio…each instructor brings their own knowledge and expertise and maybe most importantly, they know their anatomy. This is such an important piece for delivering a safe and effective session. You will not go wrong making 15 to Fit your home studio. Highly recommend.

    I enjoy 15 to fit so much! I was very intimidated the first class bc of the reformer. I had taken mat Pilates and felt great but it had been years and I had just turned 40 and my body was loosing it’s muscle and in a hurry. After my intro, I went to classes and had privates. The instructors are amazing. They help you every step of the way and always make accommodations to cater to each client! I love Stephanie and April! They just laugh when I complain bc they know I can do it!!! Def recommend them!

    I have taken Pilates classes at a lot of different studios over the years. However, I have never received the hands on instruction like I have in private classes at 15 to fit with Patrea. On my third visit, she recommended that I met with a physical therapist, which lead me to get a diagnosis/treatment I should have probably received years earlier. Cannot say enough good things about this studio. Highly recommend to anyone interested, and would recommend starting out with private lessons before hopping into the group setting.

    April is fabulous! She gently pushes you to stretch and do more than you thought you could. The 15 to Fit Team knows how to teach Pilates. All staff members are well trained and knowledgeable.

    I was apprehensive about joining Pilates because my workout routine was always a boot camp style. I joined 15 To Fit for 3 months just to try it out and I must say it is a great alternative to my previous workout routine. The staff is amazing and they make sure you are doing the exercises correctly so you get the maximum workout. The classes are fun and challenging at the same time. I am so glad I joined and now I am in it for the long run. Thank you 15 To Fit!

    My experience as a student at 15 to Fit has been amazing. All of the instructors are patient, supportive, encouraging, and knowledgable. The environment is welcoming and inclusive. I suffer with vertigo and sometimes will need modifications to something we are doing. Not only are the instructors quick to accommodate my needs, I never feel judged by the others in class. It do not always make it a priority and will sometimes find an excuse, however when I go I leave feeling stronger, happier, and more balanced emotionally and physically.

    15 to Fit is both an amazing Pilates studio & an incredible, supportive, fun community. A year into my membership, I’m stronger, more flexible, and also never want to miss a class because all the teachers are wonderful (and push us!) plus the classes are filled with great people. Join us!

    I am so glad my friend gifted me a class (and my first pair of Pilates socks) for Christmas! I have been going to a few classes a week, at 15 to Fit for the last 6 months and I love it! The small class size is great, allowing the attention from instructors to feel like more of a private lesson. I can already tell I'm getting stronger and I'm excited to continued being challenged each week!

    My favorite days of the week are Wednesdays because I get to do private lessons with April (the best pilates instructor ever)! I have been going to 15 to Fit for a whole summer now and it has noticeably transformed my physical health and appearance for the better! Highly recommend taking classes here!
