I have emailed the Pangea Fields Management office more times that I would like to remember about the loud disturbance from the apartment directly above mine. To this date from 6 months ago, no one has contacted me or even replied to my emails. I hand delivered a note about the disturbance to Aaron, in June or July, and the situation is out of control. I am a good tenant, very respectable and considerate of all my neighbors, and I do not appreciate the way I have been treated in regards to the complaint about the loud disturbance.

The WORST apartment complex I’ve ever had to deal with. They let three units infest my building with roaches , and it took them over six months to evict them. I kept pleading with them that they were causing the roaches , but I guess since I refuse to get disrespectful and rude they didn’t take me seriously. I am sitting here now (over a YEAR) dealing with pests. I kill over 15 roaches a day! Please don’t believe them when they talk about their weekly “pest control”. I’m starting to think the individual that comes to spray is spraying water around. The negligence of the office staff at Pangea Fields has costed me a lot financially and mentally. I have a whole year of documentation that I can’t wait to use once my lease is up. Please, please, find another apartment building to give your hard earned money to. These aren’t worth it. As a single mother and a teacher, paying your rent on time , every time, and not asking for much from maintenance gets you nothing but silence from office staff and corporate.

I've lived here for 3.5 yrs. I had a rough start in the beginning, due to bad tenants and dealing with roaches! However, they worked with me every step up the way until the infestation was handled throughout the complex. We are not going to get along with our neighbors from time to time. That's just the way it is. All in all I loved my apartment! It was very spacious for a one bedroom. Any issues I had inside my apartment, maintenance was on it right away. I don't know his name but he's been here for as long as I have and I think he's awesome! He's very respectful, helpful and a hard worker. I wish I could take him with me! Lol. Thank you guys for making me feel at home.

My experience at Pangea Fields apartment thus far have been very interesting, the response time to maintenance is immediate, once you call, they note your details and return same day or the following day to resolve the issues. i have lived for over 2 years and it is a safe environment. The rents are very reasonable compared to other apartments. It is well kept and neat apartment. i can confidently recommend to those contemplating.

Sara and Amaris’s are the most efficient property managers I have ever encountered!!! This has been my best living experience. I would recommend Pangea fields to all.

It’s been great for me quiet where I’m at and no one bothers me at all maintenance always fix my request the same day so when I get home from work it’s already done I recommend you stay here

Pangea as a whole are the worst apartments ever My hot water work three days out the week the have bug problems. Termites on top of NEVER answering their phone . Maintenance is not 24/7 It is only when the office is open and still have to wait 3 days I will NEVER RECOMMEND. Email me and I will send pictures and videos out. DON’T DO IT!!
