Pizza-wise they have never disappointed. Unfortunately, the store has recently had reduced hours as a result of covid concerns or a labor shortage, which could easily be solved if multi-billion companies could pay their workers what they are worth, but they won't do that I guess. Would give 5 stars but -1 star for a trash work environment.

Went to go pick up a doordash from this store. Got there and they guy said it would be a couple minutes. I’m sitting in there waiting and 10 minutes pass by and I asked the other girl working to see how much longer it would be. “If you want to come back so you don’t have to wait in here so long… it’s gonna be about 15 more minutes until it’s ready.” Thanks for wasting my time when I could have been doing another order in the mean time. Ended up cancelling the pickup

Placed order online. I was notified that order was in the oven and ETA was 11:16 pm. About a half hour past the ETA went by, so I decided to drive to the store. I come to find out that the order wasn't even started.

I ordered the new chicken bacon ranch melt. This is the second time, the first time was amazing!!! So I ordered it today for a second time and it was TERRIBLE!!!! The bacon seemed to not be cooked and it almost looked like it had some ham chunks the crust (outside part) was over cooked while the inside was not cooked enough. I ordered curbside and had went inside to get my order bcuz nobody was answering the phone and had to stand at the counter for about 5 minutes for two dudes to come say nothing and hand me my food.... This was about 4 pm Monday 1/16/2023. It will be a long time before I visit this place again if ever..there are too many places to choose from for a place to be this upsetting.....

Pizza Hut is the best chain pizza. Their thin crust is the best and stuffed crust is fun and tasty. The bread sticks are addicting and a good variety of wings for sides. Delivery is usually fast. Bring back more of the fun weird special items.

Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Ordered food from them last night. Never came. Never got a call why. Didn’t get an answer when I tried calling. Now I can’t get a refund back. Ordered from Domino’s instead. Food was delivered in less than 30 minutes. At least they do their job unlike the employees at this horrible place.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to order due to seeing some of the reviews of this place but the family and I wanted to eat pizza hut since it had been forever so I ordered online and got the big dinner box with the cinnamon sticks. The order was ready by the time I went to go pick it up and it was pretty hot when I got home but there wasn't a lot of the toppings for the first pizza and it seemed like a lot of sauce was put on the pizza for both of them. I'm sure I could put light sauce on the pizza and extra toppings but overall it was nice, just the cheese sticks were very seasoned so it was a lot to take in.

They didn’t take our online order of 3 pizzas and wings for doordash! I am extremely livid right now, I literally don’t know what to do with myself!!

We ordered delivery during a busy evening. Pizzas were delivered ahead of estimated delivery time. Driver was very polite. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Highly recommend!

So I thought this would be a simple process: 1. I buy the pizza, 2. They make the pizza, 3. They deliver the pizza. Apparently that's too difficult of a process to get down for the crew at this Pizza Hut. It's been over two hours since I ordered (with a "20-30 minute" wait time) and they haven't bothered to call or anything. I tried calling the store but no one answered. Wish I would have read the reviews for this place before I placed my order. I guess I'll have to chase down a refund now. Wonderful...

This is an excellent location. I worked here for a short time, but I'll quickly forget about it. Thank you for providing me the opportunity, and I'm sorry I had to leave. I still loved working, but only on the inside, so I quit. I quietly quit, and I'm sorry for it, but... driving. I'm delivering pizza to strangers. Nervousness. There was a lot of tension. That's the gist of it. I'll offer you a hint: my name means "keeper of the keys," but I prefer to be called Bruno. Anyway, I'm going to forget about it, as well as the fact that I didn't say my preferred name or that I worked here... Yeah…… So…… What exactly are we talking about this time? Pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza, pizzzzaaaaa! Pizza Hut is my ultimate favorite! I'd like to place an order for pizza from here. One day.

When I ordered from here I always order for delivery of course. Always directly from the restaurant not through a delivery app unless you feel like paying almost twice as much. I think every single order I've made since they moved to this location has arrived very well made and always accurate. I'm not real wild about some of their super thicker crusts like in the box meals. The last time we ordered got the breadsticks for the first time in quite a while. I had forgotten how good they really are. Even though It's a ways to go from where they are now to where I'm at It always arrives hot and super super fresh. I love the fact that they have not only wings now but french fries as well. Always a nice little treat to have, especially their Cajun fries which I order pretty much every time. We haven't ordered the wings as often lately because they had gotten quite small for a while, Still really good but needs to be more meat on the bone to make it worth it. Have always liked their food. Love that they have the larger selection now. When I was in my teens we'd order, by phone, of course, from out at the farm when we were running into town for something. Then we'd have to watch the time to make sure We got there just about the time it was getting ready little before little after whichever. Would always try and time our trips so that it was either the last place or almost the last place we stopped before we headed back home. They were good about waiting 15-25 to start it When we didn't have someone who is at the house and could wait 25 minutes to call in. It was always one of those things we always got excited about. Since living out in the country like we did we couldn't exactly order delivery regularly. Every one of their restaurants I've ever been to when we go and eat in or even just stop to pick one up, they've always been very homey with a warm inviting atmosphere. So Even now when I order from it right from the first bite it just kind of brings you back there, to that warm inviting restaurant, With the friendly staff that always made you feel like you were dear old friends. With the dim lighting and the relaxed cozy atmosphere. That made you feel welcome and invited even when it was super busy feeling like a home setting.

Placed an order online that was going to be delivered in 45 minutes, I ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes had to call and ask where my order was they had contracted it out to doordash when checking the doordash delivery app the driver left the store and drove 30 plus blocks in the opposite direction of my delivery address sat in one location for over 20 minutes ended up taking over 45 minutes to deliver my pizza. By that time I had called the store and made them remake my pizza for free

When we saw the current score we were a little worried, especially since there's another location almost equidistant from us. But the person who picked up the phone was very helpful, managed to sort out a gift card issue that we were having online, and we had four pizzas and an order of breadsticks delivered within the time estimate (which made them the only part of our party that was ready on time!) with no complaints. It seems like most of the past issues have been resolved by now.

Paid 2$ for extra pepepperoni, but didnt get it. IF that was extra pepperoni then shame on you pizza hut. Stop charging people so much for so little.

New to Morehead called to order me a pizza and the young lady answered. The phone asked me my name and my number then she kept asking for my name and then she hung up on me just to let her know that I am a general manager as well for her to do that that is very poor service. And no one even tried to apologize called back and all she could say is oh clearly you probably don’t get no one eating at your store because that is very rude so I’m gonna make sure I reach out to the District

I would of given this store more star's but they knew they were out of wings. But instead of calling me right away when they got the order like they should of but they call me two minutes before the delivery driver gets here with my food and I miss the phone call because I was outside waiting on the driver. I still have to pay full price for the food and didn't get my wings. That why they only got 1 star there lucky there's not an zero because that what I would of given them .

The pizza is great! The problem with this place is that they are constantly understaffed. My advice to anyone that orders carryout from this specific Pizza Hut: regardless of what the app/online receipt tells you, give yourself a good hour before you actually have a pizza in your hands.

I was so disappointed with this place. They did not have personal pan pizzas i which I ordered 2. they brought me a medium pizza and I got charged for the 2 personal pans.Also, they did not have bacon nor ranch for dipping sauces

Poor service. Over an hour and a half later and my pizza hasn't arrived. When I called the person didn't seem sober and said they were still making it.

The pizza was great! My order was ready in 15 minutes and the employee was very kind and courteous.

If you order from Moorhead pizza hut, good luck. I ordered a pizza one night and it never came. I called them right before the store closed to ask where it was and they said one came back because of wrong address. They then said they immediately would credit my card and give me a free amount next time I ordered. I then found out they didn't cred my card and next time they had no free pizza to replace the one already charged and paid for. Staff are rude and unreliable. Tonight I ordered breadsticks thinking they can't mess them up but oh was I wrong. They were over baked and crusty and burnt on edges. I immediately called and a rude employee named Lori said she made them and they were fine. They are in the garbage now with no offer to remake. Good luck to all you orderersbecause it's like maybe they will get it right and maybe not. I've learned finally to go to a different pizza place!!

The last three times I've had their pizza, it was amazing. Normally it's a hit and miss but they're doing something right.

Always get the crust right and on time or early. Friendly staff, great food, will keep returning.

We placed an order and had to wait 30 minutes past the pickup time. They then gave us our food after they remade it. when we got home it was still not correct it was close enough though. They did refund us half of the order though, that is the only reason I didn't give them 2 stars.

Thin crust was too done,dry! Original crust too dry! If the pizza maker wuldnt eat why send it out the door!!

It the only pizza hut I can get to now that North side is shut down. I've had one issue since I started going there. I got the wrong pizza and was shorted one wing. But I didn't check my order so I take partial blame. Every other time the order is perfect and the people are friendly.

I live 1.9 miles from the store and was refused delivery because I am not in the “area”. Was told to drive across the street to Walmart if I wanted delivery. No Pizza Hut for this family. 🙄

Decent service never had any issues ordering food or Receiving it

One of the marinara cups was only half filled. If we got all the sauce we paid for, it would have been a “strongly agree” rating.

I paid $1,50 for extra cheese. If it was there I could not find it. I seldom order from Pizza Hut anymore because by the time I paid for delivery fee and a tip to the driver my 16.00 pizza cost me $6.00 extra. A medium supreme pizza cost me #24.00 dollars. GO FIGURE
