I thought this Krystals is way better than I've had at White Castle when I was in Kentucky. The one similarity between them both was that I would have liked to have the food served at a generally higher temperature. Cheese was melted, but barely. The employees are nice and provide good service, especially if you are nice to them first. Highly recommend!

Nice place to dine in to eat....atmosphere is relaxing and calming. My mom took a job here temporarily and is having a blast. She has meet a lot of new people and have befriended a young lady. This day we were dropping some 4th of July prepared food off to her. Yes that is my mom. Sassy and sexy Sunshine 🌞

I was in Greenwood, but at the Double Quick, guess Google got it wrong, but I did go to the Krystal in Memphis on Poplar. Sorry about the mix up.

The food did not taste good. Eaten at a Krystals all my life... just no taste really. Workers were nice. Food (cheese burger) was not good. And out of corn dog pups...

Very sweet lady at the window! Got my order quick, and it was pretty good. It's been years since I've been here. But still a quick snack!

I stopped here with my family on our way to vacation, and I suggested we eat here for lunch because we don’t have on where we live and it didn’t turn out to be that good of an idea. The person working behind the counter was rude. He looked like he really wanted us to leave. The chicken slider I ordered was dry. The only reason why I’m giving this review more than one star is because the fries were good. There’s a good chance the next time we pass through, we will not be going back to this restaurant.

We initially ordered 4 regular Krystal burgers & 6 double burgers. We were told it would be "a lil minute on the double burgers". After asking for clarification, we were told there would be a 20 minute wait on double burgers. So we changed them to 6 single burgers also, for a total of 10 single burgers. We only received 6 burgers. When we asked for the other 4, we were told to pull up and wait, even though this was the first thing we ordered. When we pulled away, we realized the initial 6 burgers were ice cold. They weren't even room temperature. My husband couldn't eat them. We were traveling and trying to make it home before a storm hit, so going back was not an option. It was 9:15pm and it didn't seem like they had enough staff to operate the restaurant efficiently.

I love Krystal burgers. I hate they closed the one in tupelo, Ms.

Came at 2:30 Am …. Cars were in the drive thru, but I got a recording saying the store was closed. Left went back to the hospital across the street. Waited until 3:30 am called they answered, sad they were open. Came back thru the drive thru…. Got the same automated recording. “Our store is closed, please come again. It’s supposed to be 24 hrs. Service sucks.

terrible service, the basketball american that was taking our order told us to pull ahead before we were done ordering then proceeded to tell us that we couldn’t order anything else. if you are that lazy just live off the government like the rest of your folks. gorillaaaaaaaa
