See. Here's my problem. I love the food. Love it. The service recently has been....abysmal. Especially in the drive thru in the evenings. They haven't gotten my order right in the last 3 weeks. They don't listen. Their screen is broken, and they don't read the order back. The service is just lacking and honestly I've passed up going because I know they will get my order wrong.

10/21/21 - We hadn't been to Culver's for quite some time and we were ready! I ordered this Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It was fantastic to say the least. I savored every bite. It's hard for me to come to Culver's and order anything else!

I order a single butter burger basket when I got ip to pay for it, it was a lot more then what I paid for it a couple weeks ago. I questioned the price and the lady said it was higher in price because I had onion rings instead of fries. I just paid for it and moved on. When I went to eat my food I realized she had given me a double burger nit a single one. What a waste. I ended up throwing half of it away. A couple weeks ago it took forever to get my food. I asked the girl why it took so long. 4 cars behind got there food before I did. She told me it took so long because I had onion rings, it has never taken that long before. Well that was a lie. They forgot me, my food was cold so it was sitting some place. I'm just not happy with Culver's right now. A couple months ago I had ordered a bacon cheese burger, well when I got home, NO BACON on the burger. Do I just give up and go somewhere else?

Good food in a clean and cozy environment. I am a big butter burger fan, however today I had the Rubin Sandwich. Delicious. Well made, and agreat extra to have on the menu.

This is the only Culver's that I've ever been to that I have given a bad review for and I travel quite a bit and have eaten it quite a few Culver's nationwide. First of all one of the kids taking the trash out rammed the bikes on the back of our car with his trash cart and didn't even stop to apologize. The bathroom was disgusting and nasty which is the first time I've ever seen that at a Culver's. The kid who took our order had to take it twice and then he gave us the wrong total. The outside is dirty and unkept and looks like it hasn't been cleaned up in quite some time. the kid who brought us a meal was kind of odd. then after all that they actually got my husband's order wrong and didn't give us any napkins! Apparently this location is owned and managed by an Ashley Nilson, so Ashley if you read this review I would strongly suggest you put some time and effort into this Culver's because I don't think the owner of the chain would be approving of what's going on here.

I ordered at the drive through then waited approximately 15min before I could pay and then I had to pull up and wait another 10min for my food. When I got home the burgers were small, flat and dry. I have always had good food from Culver's before. What happened?

25 minute wait iafter ordering at drive thru. Finally went in as others were, and we all got the same problem... Cold food, melted shakes and a half dozen peeps behind the counter that couldn't figure out how to spend 2 minutes bringing out the completed orders.

Service typically slow at Culver's. The food is on par with all Culver's restaurants. If you have some spare time to wait in the drive thru I recommend you swing by. It's always great food no matter how long the wait. The 3 stars does not reflect the customer service, they were kind courteous and looked professional. Fresh food takes time.

The burgers were good but the kids were arguing in the back in front of customers instead of taking orders, there should've been an adult supervisor on duty instead of teenage kids that are just learning ways of the world. When we ordered our dessert they kids didn't even know what went where they brought us out 1 concrete mixer that wasn't even ours, also when I got my concrete mixer I drank it instead of eating it because it was so runny, but I will probably give it one more try because I love Culver's

Placed an order and then waited for 45 minutes for our food in the drive thru. We had to pull up and others were being given there food that had placed orders after ours (5). We hadn't been told that they were out/that we would have to wait. It was a Saturday around 1:45. Unacceptable

I slept on Culver's for so long because I thought it was just another burger place. I can't eat a lot of fat and avoid fast food entirely, but their menu is huge and gives even me a large selection of things I can eat. And the prices are so reasonable! Friendly and efficient staff, and very clean.

For a pretty large chain this place does really well! Menu, while complicated, was easy to read & order which took only a matter of minutes. Affordable prices and really good food. Best part is the ambiance in the dining room. Super chill vibe, quiet and relaxing.

I very much wanted to give better than 3 stars. And as it happens, i think of Culvers as more of a diner than fast food because I've always thought their product to be of a higher quality than other established fast food joints. EX: McDonlads, Wendys, BK, etc. But i couldn't get past the wait time. I ordered one burger combo meal in their drive thru lane. It was a little late into the evening, and i was the only car in line. The ordering part was prompt, but after I paid my bill at the window, the wait began. The cashier was polite, handed me my receipt, and said it would be right out. However, it was not the case. I had also just worked a 10 hr shift and found myself dozing off while I waited for "it'll be right out.". When I finally received my meal, it didn't disappoint. But the bad experience with the "wait time" had already sunk in.

The bois and I going out for what we expect to be a normal Culver's experience. But when we arrive we had like the best customer service ever. Carl was the best employee I've ever seen. Doing an outstanding job. Always helping us quick and with all are need. Carl should be the employee of the month and the year.

Food has always been good. Service to a point has been good. This time not so good. 1 person taking orders. About 5 kids standing around. No adult Mgr to be seen to direct the kids. Can barely hear them when you place the order. So I would say I was Unimpressed with this visit.

Best burger in town in my opinion. Every time I go here the double butter burger is always my go to as well as the root beer and they never disappoint. Also every worker I’ve encountered is also so friendly

Stopped for bite to eat 7/6/23. We both had an order of their amazing ckn strips w,fries. Just the right amount of food for us both. Very friendly organized staff. Very clean place to eat. Food gets to your table nice and hot. Forgot to take photos but the food definitely worth the trip..We will be returning for sure... atmosphere very nice. Like I mentioned...we shall return!!!! Definitely shall..

Food usually good, usually takes 10 -30 min, depends on how busy it is. Needs more to add to burger or something.

Wonderful place. Order taker was less than the attitude of Culver's. I asked for a single and she didn't catch that. So I had a double. Now I'm a patty fatter.

The fish baskets were outstanding. Curbside service was fantastic. Will definitely order fish baskets again. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My girlfriend and I go here consistently. They’re fast and very kind. Always make our order perfect and never mess up. Love this culvers and love all the great staff. Another plus is it seems they employ people with disabilities, it’s very cute and very nice they all do a very good job!!

Food was very good as always but the Pup Cup was fantastic!!! Our Dog was so happy. We are not from Fargo. First Pup Cup like this one and first Pup Cup without his mate who died last week. Thank you Culver’s!

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, then was told to pull forward to another spot. Another 5-7 minutes later I finally got my order, and the server acknowledged the long wait time. This was after supper rush around 7PM, so a 20+ minute wait time for just two chicken strip meals is pretty bad. The food was fresh as it should have been, but they forgot my napkins and dipping sauce. I went inside to get some and the woman at the counter had no customer service skills whatsoever. She looked at me but didn't say anything, so I asked her for the sauce and she simply handed me one. I told her I had two meals and showed the receipt to prove it. She didn't even bother checking the receipt and just handed me another one. No thank you, no sorry, nothing... The woman didn't say a single word.

Always a great place for quick or basket meals as good as home cooked. I have always experienced a helpful, usually energetic young crew. They greet you as you enter and thank you as they leave. In from Wisconsin where the franchise originated but I stop in when I can find them as far away as Florida or Arizona. And I haven't even mentioned their creamy frozen custard. Awesome and Sooo satisfying.

Recently starting coming to Culver's steadily. The food is always fresh and hot. Amazing chicken tenders and fries here! The frozen custard is really good too.. many flavor options. The service is quick too.
