Even though Chick-fil-A has been ranked nationally as the fastest fast food, the one here in Fargo is the absolute slowest of all the different restaurants we have here. With no customers to speak of, you will easily wait 10-15 minutes. If it’s busy, forget about it. I don’t deny that the food is tasty; but it’s not worth blowing half of my lunch break for.

Fast and friendly service. Hot fries and delicious chicken sandwiches (both original and spicy were fantastic). The cookies and cream and vanilla shakes were outstanding. Clean restrooms. Plenty of parking. Clean, spacious inside.

The people that work there are so friendly and helpful. The food is always amazing. They have the best chicken sandwich of any fast food restaurant.

This was my first time eating at a chic fil a. The staff where very friendly just as their reputation says. Very helpful. Food was quickly prepared and brought to us so excellent service. Food was delicious. A pleasant experiance. Store was immaculately clean. Over all it was my pleasure to eat here. I would definatly recommend

They are known for their delicious chicken sandwiches and sauce. They also make your experience more personable by getting your name and calling you by name till you are all the way through the drive through. I remember the first time I went, the line of cars was outside their parking lot. I thought it would take forever. I bet I had ordered, payed, and gotten my food all within 7 minutes. That's speedy even for a drive thru that has very few cars. It's run smoothly ever since and I will keep going back, because the food is good, they get you on your way, and I still love the personal service of calling you by name the whole way through. Kudos to them!!

It was very busy when we were there but we were helped in a timely and friendly fashion. They did forget my fries but I won't hold that against them. I watched a couple employees wandering about when they could have easily helped out more during the rush.

Always a great visit and great food. We were able to walk right in, sit down, order from our app to have delivered to the table. It said 3-6 minutes, and indeed it was delivered in that time. Very fresh, hot and amazing. Restaurant was very clean and everyone was friendly. Crispy Chicken is the only way to go, 1 regular and 1 spicy!

Ordered classic burger & pack of nuggets. Only one nugget was a nice piece of meat. The rest were mostly breading. This was our first visit. Didn't realize there were no sauces with nuggets or on burgers, and the cashier never asked. They only have one cashier so if we dine here again we will try online app ordering

I love eating here. The food is consistently good. The service has been consistently good. Until the last two times I've visited, unfortunately. The first negative experience I had I'd ordered a wrap, which comes with sauce on the side. I was not given the sauce I ordered or any sauce at all so when I got home and realized, I had to eat it dry. I couldn't load up hungry crabby kids just to drive back from dressing for myself. Not happy, when I spend over $30 a trip to be missing a key, standard, included ingredient. The second negative experience was when I forgot to order an extra meal for a child and went back though the drive thru and ordered again and got the feeling I wasn't welcome which seemed weird given I was spending my money both times. Overall, excellent food and I will continue to eat there. Just check the bag for errors before you go home!

I usually love the market salad but the one I got today wasn't good. It had a lot of old discolored lettuce which was appealing. It will probably be awhile before I order another one.

I know they just remodeled but before you open there should be some clean up. I had a friend picking up a mobile order for me and the food was wrong. Ordered a biscuit and I got an English muffin (which I do not like) and I ordered cheese on it and they forgot it. The food wasn't hot and my friend was pretty sure they forgot about her in the drive thru as they has to ask her multiple times what we got. This place used to be amazing and I always hyped it up and now it's lost it's hype. Instead of expanding what they had they should have opened another location as it's always packed and busy. Sometimes it not about population in which decisions should be made. Spent $13 and all I got was tater tots and a piece of chicken

Honestly, I always loved chick-fil-a. I was over the moon when it came to Fargo- as the service, food & efficiency was like nowhere else. Now after their remodel… I don’t understand. The parking lot before the remodel was busy but doable. Now it’s just a straight up disaster.. What prompted them to DOWNSIZE the busiest drive thru in town is beyond me… now you have to wait 2-3 times as long to get food and traffic is always backed up into the street impacting traffic flow… meanwhile the second drive thru lane usually sits empty and even frequently inaccessible due to the line of cars in the normal lane. I understand they’re trying to change their workflow to improve things- but I despise a company that makes me wait longer just because I don’t want to download their app.. Sad that my chicken eating days have decreased dramatically due to the wait times.. :(

So good and clean! Grilled tenders are my fav :) son got a parfait for a side with cookie crumbles and he enjoyed it. Best lemonade around.

Sadly lacks the Chick-fil-A quality customer service and attention to detail. Messed up our order and had no apology or steps to recover the experience. Bad representation of the brand.

Went through drive through and I normally love this place plus the food but today I found half of a ladybug in my Kale Crunch salad. Not sure how it got there but I was disappointed, this is my favorite thing off the menu and now I don’t know if my stomach can take ordering it again.

Brought the family in for lunch last Saturday at 12:30. It was definitely a weekend lunch rush. The lobby and drive through were packed! But they did a great job for how busy it was. The food came out faster than expected, our order was correct and everything was hot and fresh. Try the mac & cheese. Its amazing! The staff were all great. My only complaint is the parking lot. It was cramped. Very hard to get our mid size SUV in and out of when it was full. I was going to drop a star for that, but I realize there is nothing to be done about it now. Its built how its built.

We went through the drive they. It was impressive how fast we got through. It was 5³⁰ pm and a long line. 20 cars at least. It took less than 5 minutes to get out food. The food was amazing. Filled everyone up. Evert worker was polite and courteous. We will return.

Canadian here, 1st time visiting. Food was good, but it wasn't out of this world amazing. The staff were friendly and fast. The lineup was almost out the door, plus people waiting for mobile orders and a huge drive thru line but I felt the line moved quickly and the food came out in an adequate time frame.

Excellent customer service! Teller was cheerful and attentive when taking the order. The food was delicious. The individual who cleaned up the tables engaged with customers in a pleasant manner. When we had a small concern with our drink, he resolved it in an excellent way and made it an even better experience.

The food is always top tier, I never have had a problem. The staff is friendly and nice, but when I have to wait 10-20 minutes for a to go order I get a little frustrated. But I know times are tight and I'm sure the kitchen staff might be overwhelmed, especially as a past fast food employee myself. Over all still great place to go.

My first time visiting the location (March 2022 -- weekday) was during the morning for breakfast. The line from the speaker to the window moved quickly, but when I got to the window, they said it was going to be a bit for biscuits, so they were asking everyone to pull around, park, and they would bring it out. I wanted for 45 minutes before finally receiving my food. I was give two coupons for free breakfast items. My second time visiting the location was for lunch on a Saturday. They were taking orders outside ahead of the speakers. It was very efficient and I spent no more than 5 minutes in line. Except when I got home, we were missing some sides. My third (August 2022 -- weekday) and forth times (September 2022 -- weekday) visiting were both for breakfast to use my coupons from my first visit, as they expired at the end of September. Both times I spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru, from the time I pulled up to the line, until I finally received my food. The food is good, but unfortunately, I'm not going to waste the time going for breakfast.

We know some people who work here, but all the employees are great. Food, delicious as ever, speed was good, but could be have seen faster. I loved the experience here at this Chick-fil-A

Idk what it is but I always have issues with the morning staff. The morning staff just can’t seem to get it right. They ran out of a few items that I usually get on their breakfast menu. They stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. I was there at 9:30 today. I waited at least 20 minutes in line. Just to get home and noticed there was a ripped hole in my sandwich wrapper of the size of a nickel. I can imagine the staffs hands that touched my sandwich… However, the evening staff does wonders.

Ate the spicy chicken sandwich as always it was delicious 😋 it's my favorite, with added Pepper Jack. And the shakes are another favorite,Strawberry 🍓,has been a go two when wanting something sweet. Some yummy goodness! Just typing this makes me want one now.. 😂 My order was a Reward bonus as well. Extra Nice!

Fast service and hot food delivered to our booth. Waffle fries and chicken sandwich were not greasy and excellent taste

This is one of my fave place in USA. I loved chik-fil-A. It's a must try. I loved their new roated bbq sauce. Very affordable.

First time trying Chick fil A. Apparently this is what a no-bun lettuce wrap looks like (kidding). Fortunately the taste made up for this error. The waffle fries where crisp, not soggy and the grilled chicken sandwich cooked and assembled just right. It's worth nothing that the line was rather long at the drive through. Of course, we did go during lunch rush... 5/10
