Absolutely love this epic (almost) sours-only brewery and taproom! They have a huge selection of truly delectable sours, ranging from mixes of various barrel-aged beers to specialty-crafted pure sours with unexpected flavors. My favorites are the Adrift and the Pyrotechnic Pleasantries. I highly recommend trying out the flights on your first visit to become acquainted with the wide variety of pours available. Can’t recommend this super unique and fun brewery enough!

If you love sours, you have to come! They have a large selection, and their prices are low. No food here but the owners sell snacks inside or you can bring your own food/ get anything you want delivered. They also have super cute tables with fire in the center to stay warm. It’s ran by a husband and wife who are super kind.

Such a cool venue. Hidden away in an industrial park hides a very cool brewery. If you like sours then this is a place to come for the drinks as well as the venue. Nice little date night option with how cool and dark the setting is.

This place doesn't get enough love!! Their drinks are amazing and the decor is very nice. Very cozy place to sit down and get a drink in a quiet environment. Owners are very friendly. Restrooms are exceptionally clean. If you love their stuff, they have bottles of the stuff ready for you to take home and enjoy. A very home-y and clean environment. Music is nice and not too loud so you can sit down and chat with your friends. They offer flights of all their drinks so you can try them all out. A very wide selection of flavors. Not everything is sour, so you are bound to find something that you like. This place is definitely a local hidden gem.

One of the best new breweries in California. If you like sours, this place is for you. I love the warm atmosphere and friendly staff.

Very hard to find a good sour place in the Inland Empire but this place is good. Not a fan of a couple of them, BUT they have a large selection. My favorite was...well I don't remember the name but they added elderflower syrup to it and wooooow it was amazing. Definitely coming back to try more.

2nd time, brought my beautiful girl! Not really a ‘sour girl’, but she loved the IPA. And for me, the 🐪 is so bomb! Nothing here misses!

Great great great place. The owner and his wife are always around. He's very willing to discuss what he's done with the sours and compare notes or give advice to order Brewers. They make legit sours, no fast aging or anything like that. If you're not a sour connoisseur take your time and get some recommendations before just diving in.
