I received great communication, Fletcher set up our meeting to best accommodate me, not only did my offer supersede my expectation but I was given a quick education in the history of my item. Customer friendly, Informative, and Fair (Generously Fair) are what I would sum my experience up as. Beyond rude. Emailed me a cancellation that I did not receive. Refused to acknowledge me in the waiting room. Amanda is not professional.

Very professional service, explained everything, a thorough examination of all the gems and metals. Not as much paid as I had hoped, but she explained why some gems were downgraded.

I went there yesterday, it is a shared cheep office and only one person who work there basically looks like has no experience on watches. Ad says they will give a higher price but they most likely just waiting for the person very Desperate on money so that they can just give you a very low price. I bring my new hot model day -date Rolex, but they gave me an unbelievable price which is lower than retail price… seems like they don’t know the price or value or they just try to fool you . Very unpleasant to know a place they don’t respect your items . Overall it’s just waste your time to go.
