Very comfortable apartments, they are very spacious they got an extra storage room in the balcony which makes it more spacious for a family to live. I'm really happy living here I highly recommend it. Yolanda is always there for us. Takes care of us, responds our emails immediately all the time.

First of all, complements to Irena in the Leasing office. God continue to bless her. During my application process Irena was very much so helpful, soft spoken, very informative and patient. She really made me feel comfortable during a stressful time. I've been here for week now, and so far so good. Everyone in the community has been friendly. The property has great up keep. I Highly recommend if you are considering someone to live.

Irina and Yolanda were incredible during our entire move in process! We are super excited to be moving into this new unit. The entire process was easy, they were both extremely knowledgeable and helped us with all of our questions!

So far so good. I was appreciative at 1st because of the size of the complex but everything seems to be ran very efficiently. Irina is the absolute best. Honestly her personality completely sold me. I just trust her. I know she will do everything possible to get things done. Clean property great staff. Very nice.

The fountain villa is a very open and kind community. People are helpful and the amenities are fantastic. With both washers and dryers making it easier for everyone involved. It is also conveniently placed near almost any store needed. I am in love with both the community and the housing.
