Fantastic service! I hired them to pick something up for me that had to be picked up a certain day and time or else it would be forfeit. I had been burned doing this before by another company (see my review of UPS Store #4010) so I was a bit nervous. I was waiting for them to open the day of the pickup to call and remind them about it when I got a phone call from South Gate Pack N Ship telling me the stuff had already been picked up! It shipped later that day. 180 glass items weighing 120 pounds shipped ground and absolutely nothing was damaged! They definitely live up to the reviews!

Incredible service! Ran in there for a quick notary task and they assisted me quickly and effectively. Friendly staff, fast service and easy location. I really appreciate the various services they offer as well (thank you Alan!)

It's the first time I use this location and it's my new go to place for shipping. I was doing a purchase return and the seller paid for the shipping. I assumed they would charge an extra handling fee when I dropped of my box however, they didn't charge me a dime. They took my box, sealed it with tape and gave me a receipt with a tracking #. The Fed Ex truck showed up at 5pm and took my package. Then, the seller emailed me that they had received my package and did a full refund. Excellent and reliable service! I recommend it.

Super quick and great customer service! The woman helped me take my rather large box out of my car and found me the cheapest shipping. They even retaped my package for me when I had to put something else inside. Overall, they were super great. I totally recommend!

The owner of this company Caesar, intentionally buys counterfeit stamps from online Sellers from eBay and other various Seller Platforms. He knowingly buys fake stamps and then manipulates Sellers into giving him a full refund or leaving negative feedback, all while keeping the stamps. If you offer him a return of the product, he will decline, and continuously insist on his full refund. If you don't give him the refund, he makes a mockery of your small time business by leaving bad reviews. I don't recommend this company. South Gate Pack N Ship is a facade for what he does behind closed doors.

As an online seller, naturally I have A LOT of packages to drop off, so before, I used to have to make several different stops at FEDEX, UPS & USPS! Now I just come here for EVERYTHING!! The staff is so friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable! That’s why I’m a regular here. I buy shipping supplies here, ship out my items and even got my passport photo taken here! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to avoid the long lines at other places. Definitely check them out!

Been shipping from here since they opened. Kind & considerate staff. You can see the prices ALL at once. UPS USPS DHL. This saves me time & money. No waiting in long lines at post office. They also pack, ship, print, etc. Thank you for the help. Great employees.

I’ve been dropping off my shipments here for the past month and they have been great! Fast and easy, great customer service. I would recommend to anyone who is new to shipping and even experienced.

Was with them for almost two years and they never even knew who I was. They overcharged me for several scans and services that I did not even request. I called maybe 3 times in those two years, and the staff were rude and flippant and did not help. When I went in to pick up my mail, they ignored me and seemed irriated I was even there. They failed to let me know and scan in a government letter I needed. When I asked them to check again for this letter, they refused. When I came in the next month to pick up the rest of my stuff, sure enough, there was the government letter they never scanned in. Just overall poor service.
