Very satisfied with the work performed. The technician discussed the situation with the drain problem and performed the initial rodding of the line thru the cleanout. Additional cleaning of the line was discussed, as the buildup was significant, requiring a medium pressure clean of the drain line. The hazard of the amount of waste/ debris was reviewed and agreed upon as necessary trade off. The line was cleaned with clear water back flow.

The Plumber arrived on time. I got a prompt response when I called for service. Friendly staff. The plumber was professional , courteous, gave expert advice that saved us money. He was able to fix the problem expeditiously. Mr. Rooter will always be our first choice . We have used their service on other occasions in the past.

Had them come out for a major job at my business where my plumbing was backing up and spilling over into my neighbors business and they not only fixed it in a timely manner but my technician called my landlord personally and yelled at him to get him to pay for it when he refused (it worked). Had them out a second time today to unclog a sink and it was same day service for $79 and the person I called before quoted me $1200 and wanted to tear the walls out. Glad I found their card and was able to get them in here, they are my new trusted plumbers

I had another plumber come in and try to just run up my bill. I called Mr Rooter because I got a recommendation and I can say I'd recommend them too. The entire team was incredibly professional from start to finish. Beyond the quality of work they were very good at explaining the work and returning the space to its previous state. If nothing else gets a quote from them it'll be informative and likely less than other plumbers.

Excellent, fast service, for a gas leak in the line from the city connection to my home. Tanya in the office was great as well as Sarai. Punctual, timely repairs were made, after a full assessment by Brian, who explained all the work thoroughly and why it was necessary. It required concrete dig-up, pipe replacement under the concrete and in the crawl space under my home, then new concrete pour. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and their team for any of your plumbing needs! Thank you so much!

We had a plumber at our house within a few hours. They were very informative on what they were trying and what could be wrong with our water heater. Brian was great and gave us some tips on what kind of water heater we should be looking to buy next specific to our situation, very helpful and appreciated.

Update: The boss called and did refund the cost for the damage caused by the plumber. He did reach out to resolve the situation, and he stated that he would educate his employees on how to properly deal with elderly customers and ensure the situation would not happen again.

I appreciated the communication from the company informing me of the status of the order as well as letting me know when the repairman was on his way. Brian was always professional, on time and explained what he was doing. I thought the job would've taken longer than it did. From start to finish, I was impressed with Mr. Rooter as well as the total cost of the project which was fair and reasonable. I will call them again should the need arise.

Service technician cleared both my shower and kitchen sink drains. Was upfront as to what the price of the service was going to be, which I thought was reasonable, and did an awesome job. Very professional. Definitely would recommend and call when needed.

Listened to problems, diagnosed the problem, and let me know what was wrong and how much it was going to cost. There were no hidden fees. It didn't take that long for him to fix my leaky shower. The communications experience was excellent, but the price was too high for the toilet repair. From previous experience having done the same type of repair myself, parts costs had to be about $30, but the total bill was $258 for a 30-minute maximum job.

Mother in law complained of her kitchen sink draining very slowly. From the person who answered the phone, Jasmine, to the technician, Anthony, who came to the house,were professional and courteous. About 40-45 minutes after the call, Anthony arrived in the company truck & took care of the slow drain within 10 minutes. Reasonable price and timy service. Mother in law very happy and kept their phone number for future use.

I have dealt with this company many times for various services, ranging from a full repiping in the past to the most recent today being for a stopped drain. As always, the serviceman was prompt, efficient, and friendly. He had everything fixed in a half hour and also stayed to give me advice on a couple of other plumbing matters. I have never had a bad experience with this company. They do good work, and their prices are fair.
