Excellent experience with Dr. Yakota and the staff at LensCrafters. I was in and out in about one hour with exam and ordering. The store manager Ashley who helped me was awesome. I highly recommend this store and will recommend to my friends and family members.

The process was great. LensCrafters is probably the best optometrist I've been to!

I really liked our doctor, Dr. K, as she was personable and made my daughter and I feel comfortable. As far as the sales part, I didn’t know if I needed to get lots of extras for my daughter’s glasses, as she’ll probably lose her glasses at some point. I was at least happy they didn’t try to oversell. Even the basic lenses with anti-glare weren’t cheap.

I recently went to have my vision checked and the doctor was so professional and friendly. She took the time to explain everything in detail which made me feel very comfortable. I was incredibly pleased with the results and I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an eye exam.

I had the best experience at lens crafters.. from the Dr. To the technician Melisa and also Angela. They were very helpful, patient, and also went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. Very helpful and patient in helping me pick out the best frames.. The Dr. Explained all procedures she was doing. She reviewed my eye photos and went through the entire pictures to show me what was what.. I’m extremely pleased.. this was my first time at lens crafters but definitely will not be my last.

Overall just perfect. The receptionists were so incredibly helpful and helped me get glasses within my very limited budget. Really cute ones that fit well! I saw Dr Richard Palacios, and I can't recommend him enough. He listened to any and all of my concerns and answered all questions I had! He was better than some of the specialists I've seen in the past. I'll be returning to this location and that dr from now on.

Went in for a much needed/overdue eye exam. I did not have an appt but when I arrived and inquired, they were able to accommodate my walk in visit. All of the associates and Dr. Lu were very helpful, starting from the pre-exam tests to the purchase of my glasses.

I was surprised to see the safety and hygiene protocol they are maintaining. I visited at least 2 other LensCrafter stores where no safety guidelines are being maintained however this store at NorthRidge Mall is very strictly following all the health guidelines, limited in store presence, constantly sanitizing the touched and used area and many others. I want to take this moment to appreciate all the employees at Northridge. As far as Eye Exam is concerns, this went very smooth and good. I saw Dr. Caroline and she was excellent and patient. I discussed with her all the issues and concerns I had and she clarified them all minutely. She did not bother no matter many times I asked to repeat to decide the correct sphere/Axis measurement. It was nice experience and I would like to definitely pay them visit in future.

I had THE best experience! The staff is amazing; shout-out to Melissa for helping me out with everything, and shout out to the Doctor too, she was also great and super professional ! They all do so great and it’s obvious they have that good vibe. I hope lens crafters also takes care of their team as well as they take care of customers <3’ I have to admit this really was the best experience I have ever had, therefore I know this will be my forever go to spot (: customer service was just great I am beyond grateful & satisfied with today’s visit :D see y’all soon P.s. thank you for also taking care of my significant other. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable it looked like they were training a couple of new people and were helping them. The DR who did my eye exam was also very friendly and explained everything that she was doing.

Dr. Yokota was very friendly, professional and thorough. All staff were very good too. Never felt pressured by Doc or staff to buy anything, overall great experience here

Probably one of the worst LensCrafters in my opinion. The actual optometrist was very sweet and helpful, but the sales associates were rude in that they they had not offered to help at all the entire hour I was there. I was there for an eye exam and wanted to purchase an entire set of glasses + frames, but not once was I asked if I needed assistance.

Love Dr. Caroline Yokota, have seen her for several years. Very gentle and caring, yet efficient, and clearly tells you what she finds. There was a small snafu that the appointment I had made and confirmed the day before wasn't on the books, but they worked me in with a minor wait. Jessika with LensCrafters was also very professional and helpful.
