And they were also so displeased by my one star review, the manager had a loyal employee call me on my cell phone to tell me how "petty" (her words) I am for leaving this review. Very professional guys 👏 You didn't have to replace the word "Karen" to "Negative" on your first response to my review...doesn't make you look any better. I placed my order online on September 6th. I have contacted weekly for an update on an estimated shipping date and was told each time "expecting shipment next week". It's September 28th and still without a shipping date. Be aware of their "Return Policy" *From their website: "Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time Pay in Full or Deposits are non-refundable. However, cancelled pre-orders will be applied as an account credit and can be used for future purchases." I'm very disappointed and do not recommend.

The way YOU handle reviews that YOU are unhappy with is very disturbing!! Makes me believe that YOU in fact are the true, what is it you said......OH YEAH.....KAREN!! Be professional!! Address the situation better!! Also, leaving a very rude voice-mail to the person who left a review that you were unhappy with is UNCALLED for!!! I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but they price everything x5 above selling price. Literally everything is over prized. Trying to sell your game consoles etc? They will offer you barley anything. Better off selling online or offer up. This place is a joke. Don't shop here.

My previous review is below and I have always liked the store and the owner. After response I was offered I feel that is totally fair and a great solution and I look forward to shopping with world 1-1 in the future. So def making 5 stars. My complaint was more with the shopping experience in the new store, everything else is great. I can totally understand rearranging to prevent theft however. The new store is a bit of a let down. Can’t really browse or see prices. Stopped me from spending alot of money hopefully they will be more willing to go through and show every little game and price now that it will have to be the norm to find out any information

Awesome place! Packed full of nerd goodies! Bags, Funko pop, pins, games, models, shirts, and so much more. And of course, games! They have games for all consoles and a lot still in the boxes! They also have a mini arcade in there was Mario Cart, Mine Craft and several others! I had to circle the store about 3 times just to feel like I saw even half of what is packed into this store. And they are reasonably priced! Cool, eclectic shop full of so much pop culture and video game stuff.

I had done an order with this business and they have amazing communication! We had an issue with the order I placed but they fixed it right away. Everyone I talked was super nice and fixed it really quickly! Will continue to order things from them!

I have been shopping with world 1-1 games for a little bit more than 7 years, and I have to say, this is probably my favorite store to shop at. I have known the staff for the majority of this time and they are some of the nicest people I know. The quality of service, and of their stock has ALWAYS been great. Every single game and console I've bought from them has worked perfectly. Their prices are a bit more expensive than on ebay, but the quality of every item rivals in comparison. If the owners happen to see this, hi from Hudson.

Best customer service everyone is amazing! Amazing retro game selection and the arcade is awesome! Multiple pinball games, fighting games and so much more. Also the biggest Lounge Fly selection.

Amazing store, great staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, I was able to relive my childhood with this spot. Very fair prices and gave me a way better offer for my games than I expected. With the edition of the arcade it just made this spot all the more better. If you’re ever in town and are considering a good spot to enjoy yourself, this is the place.

Awesome place to shop. Video games, retro and new. Pop culture merchandise. They also have one of the best arcades I’ve ever been to. 100’s of games. Very fair prices. I’ll be coming back.

I wish I could say I’ve had good experiences here but the owner, or whoever the guy is at the front is very rude and unprofessional. Every time I have went in he has been unprofessional, and rude about trade ins. He’ll make you wait while he does absolutely nothing and then tries to rip you off. I used to love this store when it was in its first location. The staff WERE always great and very professional. I will no longer support this place and it’s sad because they have a great selection but not with their major lack of customer service I’d rather not deal with it.

Amazing selection and the staff was so friendly helping me. They have the largest Lounge Fly backpack selection I have ever seen!! If you haven't been to the store you have to check it out.

Wow what an awesome arcade! The best in the area. As a pinball enthusiast I was stoked to see 26 pinball machines! Only one of the machines was down and they kindly gave me a refund. The Simpsons and Mario Bros pinball were my favorite. They've also got a great selection of driving, fighting, and shooting games. I was suprised to see Street Fighter 3. The prices are fair and the employees are friendly as well.

My kids and I love this place! Not only do they have fun but adults do too with the classics. Totally recommend going to this arcade

Amazing store that I found on accident. Thousands of video games at good prices. Just found out that they have the arcade next store as well. Very cool business. They treated me well and I'll be back.

I came into World 1-1 Games looking to trade some games in. They gave me more than what I was expecting. A lot more actually. They had killer N64 games so I bought I console with Mario kart 64 and a couple of controllers. This place is pretty awesome and you should check it out.

I am swooning over my Loungefly Grail Mystery Box. First time buying from this store and will not be my last! I loved all my items and was even left a note! 10 outta 10 highly recommend. As an avid Loungefly Collector my box was great. Looking forward to buying another!

I've being buying Loungefly bags from them for a while now and I love their customer service! They are always kind and do everything to make you happy! I got a call from the owner to follow up on a missing item and having her go that extra mile really made me happy! I will remain a customer!

Both the shop and the arcade are a dream to visit! They’ve got your classic pinball machines and all sorts of new games too! They’ve got games for the little ones, teens and even for the parents. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful if you should run into any issues. Both shops hit the nostalgia criteria very hard and it’s comforting to have such an amazing arcade here in our small town of Santa Maria. It gives the old and young something fun to do to unwind in this tense world we live in. I can’t wait to stop in again!

I was wrong about this place.the owner is really friendly and inviting.he let me exchange my game to match the one I enjoyed the most to my liking.i am definitely coming back to support this local family business.they have a bunch of classic games from my childhood that I thought I never find or play again.there selection of goods and items are unique and nostalgic they have a little of everything you can’t go wrong at a place like this.
