No fair pricing policy. Making fools on the name of discounts i.e No GST, Discounts on gold price or making charges etc. Sales team are clueless if you ask them for price breakup. Charging 18% making charges. It should not be more than 8% or 9%. Many people dont know the gold price calculation, it should be- Price of(22KT or 18KT) 1Gm gold ×(Weight in grams) without stud or gemstone+ Making Charges+GST @ 3% on (Price of Jewellery+ Making Charges).

Dull, non enthusiastic staff. They seem unintrested when we went. Wanted to buy something for my daughter's bday but they showed hardly any design...poor service. They don't value their customer I feel. Design wise too it was like 70s shop. Better go to Bluestone for personal and classy experience. They have classy varieties and it's so easy to shop there with everything clearly visible and you are not at the mercy of a boring and dull looking staff to show you anything.
