According to me it was great experience because of its facility and nice behaviour of all the staff.

Worst hospital faculty...I showed 2 patient died in front of me firstly they admit the patient without any facilities....They only think about the money humanity are died their....they also misused the ayushman card I think they take the main benefit of ayushman card after seeing this hospital I think this hospital should be ban.....

In covid pandemic this hospital turns into a hospital for covid patient. This hospital and its medicines are too expensive. But staff and doctors nature and behaviour is praise worthy. This hospital is situated near income tax department office in city center of Gwalior. ICU , private ward medical store and ambulance and lift facility is available here.

My father was admitted here due to ribs fractures. Doc and nursing staff behavior was very good. Very happy with overall experience.

Cons:- 1. Poor Nursing staff service 2. Medical store staff extra rude 3. No bills are given by the medical store, they don't provide even kachchha bill even after asking for it strongly. 4. Medicines on the medical store are overpriced and of local brands. 5. Nursing staff don't do Any of the treatments like giving medicines or injection before patient's attendents they do this thing strictly secretively. (I don't understand why they do so.) 5. If you don't have ayushman card, you will find this hospital little bit costly according to their services. Pros:- 1. Reception and billing staff is cooperative. 2. Some of the doctors are well qualified and experienced. 3. Full Hospital is AC. 4. Hospital is good for Ayushman card patients. 5. Dr Gaurav Gupta and Dr Vijay Chavhan are really appreciable.

This hospital is a go to. It's amazing and the way the treat patients with kindness and patience is amazing. I highly recommend to everyone and it's not expensive. They are a really friendly staff. You won't regret going there. I rate it 5 stars
