    Very shady hotel, Owner and staff members are rude. Third class service. Not recommended at all. Aur bhi decent hotel hai like Rajmohan Palace , you will get better service there .

    Very bad experience looks like B grade movie shaddy place . I don't recommend it for a family stay. Please don't spoil your vacation.

    The AC was turned off anytime and after many calls it wasn't turned on. Careless staff, unclean bathrooms and the kambal was also dirty.

    Third class service Rooms were dirty with spider web No manners Staff was not ready to pick luggage Hot water facility was not available inspite of asking before booking Without checkout they switched off the AC Was not ready to provide towel when insisted gave a dirty towel no cleanliness Waste of money Room is not worth 300Rs but they charge Rs 1000+ Not worth giving single star also

    worst hotel experience in my entire life. smelly bedsheet, bad bathroom. small towel. no vantilation. order water bottles recieved 3 hours later. hotel staff looks lazy drunk fellows.

    Bad experience. The bathroom and bedsheets are very dirty. It was a difficult stay. I wanted to leave the hotel within a day but i had paid for two days and the hotel refused to refund.

    First of all wifi didn't work from the second day onward (out of three days stay), complaint hundred times but no results. Have to tell them n times for anything you need, be it the towel, blanket or anything. The AC(on/off & operations) is governed by the authority, had to tell them to turn on the AC numerous times then they turned on the AC. Please note meals are not available in this hotel. I included breakfast in the package at the time of booking (through fabhotel on phone call) and paid accordingly, but the hotel denied, they told they don't have any info regarding breakfast inclusion. Hence they didn't serve breakfast. Showed them the email, later complained regarding this, but no results. In the invoice there was no breakfast, but the price of breakfast (10Ors/d) was included in the total amount. So I ended up expending 10Ors extra per day(total 300 for 3days) for nothing!

    No good service. AC control is with the owner. Hot water is not continues. No room essentials like towel, blanket, soap, oil is provided. Cleaning is also not upto the work.

    Do not book this hotel, they think cust-o-mer is fool. In this hotel night person was very rude and not a responsible one.

    Drainage system was not properly clear, staff was co operative, some issues which creates some problems due to miss communication between ... Booking . com and Oyo customer care, latterly shought out, but its left some unpleasant experience, hope will care in future.good wishes for gwalior visitors. Ajay
