Visited recently through Oyo booking app. But bad experience pertaining to service and behaviour.

It’s a nice and comfortable hotel if you are staying because of work or something like that.. I would not suggest this hotel if you are staying on a vacation or for leisure because the comfort level is not up to that mark.. The pros are that this hotel is cheaper than many other similar hotels (as in room size or facilities provided) So it’s not so far away from many other popular places. Also shopping malls are at a walking distance from. Again talking about the hotel Rooms have ACs. There is 24 hours room service. So all in all it’s a good place to stay.

Devastating hotel.. Horrible people.. Extremely non polite behaviour. People at counter are misbehaving and using abusive language with ladies. Pathetic locality. Worst decision to choose it as a destination to stay. Even one star is more than it deserves.

Very rude staff. Bad conditions of washroom and blankets. They have dublicate keys of each room n steal things when u r not present in the room

I have booked a room 539 but hotel charged a room 800 this not fare by oyo I have not use oyo app ever in my life

Very bad experience. Very high prices. Very rudly behaviour. I will never suggest for booking this hotel by Oyo and by self. They are not excepting Oyo price. Why they have getting bond with Oyo. Plz don't book this hotel. Today I was standing outside a hotel around half and hour. But they are not accepting their prices.

Very poor rooms takes extra cash as booked from oyo

This hotel is a fraud when you go there they will say that they don't accept bookings through Oyo and will ask to cancel online booking and book offline there itself to get extra money. The person sitting on reception is such an arrogant person who will give you nightmare. If at the end you agree to book offline they will show you rooms which are not even close to images shown on Oyo. Even free dharamshalas have better room cleanliness then the rooms here. For girls specially not recommended at all you will feel creepy there no sense of security.

Misleading information about 3 star status. Worst service,worst experience, not advisable to opt for this hotel

The staff is horrible. Don't stay at this hotel ever. They ask for extra money for no reason once you reach the hotel. Room is okay. But I hated the staff completely.

Worst ever pathetic experience residing at this hotel for 2 days. I booked AC room for 2 days online. They denied me the AC room when i had already paid in advanced online. They gave me worst room number 302. It was smelling a lot. Was nit cleaned properly. Water was coming inside from roof and walls. Overall I would have gave them - 10 rating.

Very unprofessional and rude behaviour staff.rooms smell so bad,dirty toilet, unclean bad sheets and pillows.i suggest you people don't ever go there.and i request to team Oyo please teach the staff of this hotel that how to talk with customers.i am going to report this hotel in police.

Is there any option for giving no star.. means zero rating. Staff is not supportive and they do have illogical excuses for each of their non functional service.

Worst service and rooms.. no working ACs and TV sets. Ambience was very poor and surrounding was very C grade
