My overall experience was good. It's a decent hotel for family as well as for staying alone. The location is very central and prime and it's easy to reach from the station. Rooms are good and decent. Only the lighting can be made more better can be more bright. Room service was satisfactory. The staff was very cooperative. The food charges are definitely high and the quantity isn't a lot. But the food tasted great.

Not a perfect hotel yet the staff are very supportive. Too many issues in all the rooms. Overnight stay is ok but beyond that surely think multiple times. Food is just average and pretty costly. A water bottle costs 40 Rs while next door shop gives same for 20.

It was nice hotel. But there is elevator service to third floor only. And stairs are to be used to reach venue hall. Food was nice. Toilet facilities may improve. One may visit with friends nad family. Parking is not a major issue, few meters ahead of building.

Worst place ever I stayed in this hotel for few days and I want to say it is not worth it, room service is terrible and food is not hygienic once I got terrible taste of veg Biryani like it was going to stale. Not up to the mark of its own Name. This hotel does not provide better payment services also. If it were up toe I would have changed rating system and give this hotel negative star.

I planned an engagement party there is no professional staff appointed there, food quality is good but their servicing is poorest. Delayed in everything. No stand on the previous talk with the manager. Very bad experience.

Pathetic hotel & services. We stayed here for 02 nights. The elevator was not working, so we had to climb all the way 03 floors in order to reach room, also the air condition was making terrible noise so could not sleep whole night. After the night rain, road was flooded with water, not enough parking space available. Not recommended for families.

This hotel is good service vise , located on main road very easy to reach and find . banquet halls are average and good for small party and function , the building is of G+4 floors with basement parking , but lift has only be provided till third floor , our hall was on fourth floor , we have to go by staircase from third floor .

It has got excellent location, food is good and staff is courteous service is good and rates are reasonable.

Hotel is located in the city center, they are providing all mandatory amenities such as geyser, shower, soaps, oil, shampoos etc. Hotel service is nice as on one call they will provide you the stuffs you want but prices of stuffs will be higher, for a bottle of water they are charging 40 rupees.

It is located in the centre of city. It is newly opened hotel whose ambience is good.

Good food good rooms but food is expensive compare to taste .....

Stayed there for a day. Overall nice hotel. Staff was cooperative. Room service was fast, elevator was working, extra blanket was provided on request. They did not disappointed us. Recommended.

Very worst facilities according to price no suitable facility are available staff are good hall ac are very worst it is not working many guests are feeling bad due to heavy suffocation. So kindly update these things

Worst experience, would never want to suggest to anyone instead request to not to book for wedding functions , engagement ,...otherwise u will face embarrassment,...service third class ,manpower only 2 ,did not deliver what promises...sofas third class torned...cheap decoration
