HOTEL USING TACTICS TO POST RANDOM RATINGS TO MOVE MY REAL REVIEW BELOW. HOW LOW CAN YOU GO! I will keep posting my review... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! I have stayed here for a month. The list goes on but here are the major reasons why I would not recommend this so called 5 star hotel to anyone : 1. Staff at the reception is not courteous. Reception staff is so confused that they will overcharge you but won’t have the explanation for the charges. 2. They find reasons to overcharge you for laundry, food. 3. Pathetic food. You will never get roti/bread on time. Almost everyday I finished my dinner and then they got me my breads order. Tea is always served cold. Silverware is never on the table and napkin on the table is never clean !! 4. Construction work is going on 4th floor and till 10:00 PM you will just hear drilling and banging noises. 5. Staff itself is not clear about their policies. 6. Spoilt clothes in laundry 7. Housekeeping : you have to call for toilet paper, water, towels etc. 8. Bathrobes are not clean and are torn. 9. They will not change the bedding for 15days straight! I asked for a pair of scissors 7 days ago, never got it. 10. They never return your calls or requests. Even if they say they will, it never happens. 11. Things like hair dryer etc have to be asked for again and again, then they provide it. 12. A five star facility should have medical help or atleast a medical box with bare minimum medication to meet the standards. But not here !! They have no medicine box ! 13. I git locked in the restroom as their door got jammed. You can see how nice and well maintained the place is. I will write more after being tortured to death here as I have no choice but stay here for another 2 days. The staff (specially at the reception is not only impolite but unethical as well! )

It’s a group worth the mention. While I have been frequenting Radisson from quite some times in different cities, not all are absolutely alike. Well this one’s is the premium one and worth a visit.A very honest feedback would be if you are comparing with the likes of Taj or the Hyatt premium and expecting similar quality , this is not for you. If you are on short visits and want a very comfortable stay please do try out this place. Cheers !!!!!

Here everything is good from the cleanliness, service and the food. The spread for the breakfast was big and too good. We spoke with Ms Priya for general information and she happily replied for all our queries.

Loved the stay. The rooms were beautifully maintained. To top it up, the staff was very humble. Food quality was outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Rajesh from the restaurant for taking care of my parents and asking them about their preference in food. This special concern that he showed was truly worth the appreciation. Heartful thanks to Ms. Priya and Mr. Chandrakant from the front desk for solving all our concerns during the stay. Any question that we had during our stay was resolved in a swift manner. Great stay experience at 303. Saurabh and Nibedita we're great hosts. The staff is courteous and rooms are tasteful. Food could be improved a tad. But hospitality and promptness is top notch.

I recently attended a wedding from radisson hotel ,the services of hotels were amazing ,the staff was also well mannered and really helpful. However the services was bit slower at few places ,but that is quite manageable as overall they provided a good experience..

One of the few places to hang out in Gwalior...the food is good, and so is the ambience...Rooftop cafe is pretty decent, with good music/DJ...The only aspect this place is found wanting, is a decent swimming pool...

Stayed recently for two nights. Room clean and confortable. Staff all very efficient, professional and helpful. Food was an real highlight, beautifully presented breakfast and evening meal buffet. Chef came out and explained a dish we were unsure of. WiFi was down for our stay due to a technical issue but told this was a network problem. Would highly recommend this hotel.

It's a good hotel. It's actually much better than Radisson in Agra. We came from Agra so we could compare them both. The pool was much cleaner here. The changing rooms next to the pools are 1000 times better. The rooms are twice as good. Overall there is no comparison. The food was good. The restaurant size is smaller than the Radisson in Agra but still the hotel makes up for size by quality and service.

My stay was very pleasant. I really liked the cleanliness in the rooms and the behaviour of the front desk staff. I would like to thanks Mr. Himanshu Singh who polite behaviour is appreciable.

Stay in Radisson during weekends, room was with great view and staff was very corporative and helpful. Next day had a quick breakfast and front desk gave a late check out. Thanks for Radisson Team.

Stayed again at this Hotel and expected improvement with the service standards. Still a lot to catch up especially with room service, morning breakfast services etc. Though rooms are clean and hygienic, the services need to be brought at par with other RBs. Also the pool at the rooftop was dirty with plenty of empty bottles and filth. Need to give serious thoughts on staying next time.. Look forward to some improvements going forward.

If you are visiting Gwalior, then you should definitely consider Radisson as your stay option. Hotel is centrally located in the city centre are and is easily accessible by all modes of transport. Chek in process was very smooth and front desk staff was very helpful. Rooms were spacious with all the modern amenities. We Also tried their breakfast buffet which was just scrumptious. I had a really good time during my stay at the place.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was delicious.The chefs and the hospitality staff specially Ms Kiran and Mr Happy were friendly and helpful. We had Chinese for dinner which was also delicious. Overall an enjoyable and pleasant stay. Thanks to the managers and all the staff. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing hospitality with well trained staff . Rooms are well maintained, cleaned & sanitized. Food is amazing. Service is outstanding. Staff and room services are good. Stay is comfortable. Food is average. Food items as simple as tea or soup don't satisfy, but I appreciate their effort. They say yes and sorry to everything, so it's fine in the end. Nice average stay.

Overall experience was awesome, rooms were clean(pillow, bedsheet etc.), bathroom were properly cleaned and sanitized, food was also good, but not to the extent that I can say food was delicious. According to me location is 4 star only because location was simple, if you peek from window you can only see normal view, like market, shops etc. If there were view of Lake or greenery parks, or fort or anything special them that would be better.

Average experience, like that of a 2tier city radisson. The good part is the prices are commensurate to the standards being provided in terms of servie and amenities. The local staff is friendly and warm. The rooms were maintained well and up to the mark. They have some rooms with beautiful wallpapers of forts and gives a very classy look to the room. Ample sunlight throughout. The pool is mostly a splash pool and about 25ft*4ft. The gym is equally small with basic amenities. They mostly neglect these places due to low footfalls.

I stayed in Radisson Gwalior for a week and had an amazing time overall. The buffet spread was impressive and the food was tasty. The housekeeping staff was prompt and responsive. Rooms were neat, clean and well maintained. The in room dining service was quick. Overall, it was a great experience! Great job 👏👍

If you are planning to visit gwalior then this place is best option to stay, beautiful property and the Ambience were so good. Excellent hospitality and courtesy by the hotel staff. The staff at Radisson was very welcoming and the Ambience was cheerful and spirited. Starting from the room they were quite spacious, high quality room and clean. And the room service is really quick. And the food was really delicious and i just loved the quality. The breakfast was lavish and suitable for all. Overall had a really good time would definitely recommended this place.

Visited this hotel for dinner and sometimes for sale hosted here. Dinner was great with buffet options and you can choose a la carte as well if you would like. Food was good and plenty of options in the buffet, there will be veg and non-veg options available for you.

A very nice and spacious room. A good breakfast spread and a wonderful hall for any event. The hall or 2 halls each can have 200 people each, the design will not make it hold a 400 people event, pillars ensure it is two halls and not 1. The circulation area outside is bit low making it bit crowded when everyone troops out for dinner. Overall good.

Mr.Pradip & Mr.Sumit were very good in their services, moreover their hospitality was superb. They greeted us warmly and went out of the way and served us complimentary mocktail & dessert to make us feel special when we informed that we were visiting Gwalior the first time. 5 stars to them.

I prefer staying in a 5-star hotel because what you get there is an experience and the same is true with The Radisson, Gwalior. Great rooms, quick and efficient service, great ambience and definitely a great value for money.

Excellent experience with conference at this venue. Special kudos for manager Dheeraj who arranged a laptop for us when suddenly ours failed. Will definitely come again!

If could I would give -0. Staff was not helpful. Just said yes without understanding. Loudspeaker on the terrace was so loud ... That in my room on the 3rd floor , I was feeling like I was in a DISCO. I called the reception 3 times and told them .... Nothing happened. At 11.30 pm we had to contact the duty manager, such a shame. I mean RADDISON has a such a attitude to neglect their customers!!!! Too cold irresponsible and arrogant. After this big nonsense, cleaning people on the terrace started there cleaning job and they were like pushing and pulling the furniture not realising the amount of noise they made, This is middle of the night. We ordered take away breakfast, as we had to leave early. We came down next day to check out. There was no takeaway breakfast. The person at the reception told with a very cold tone he has clue and shuttered his shoulders. OTHER THEN finding a solution. Then the gentleman at the reception said we had some cold beverage from the minibar. Our answer was no as we didn't even open the minibar, BUT he still insisted. (I mean such a attitude). For the evening meal I ordered a club sandwich. There was no mustard sauce to be given and only 6 pieces of potato fries (something to laugh from inside). It was a horror night . Never ever in this hotel. I would advise the GM to sleep in the room on 3rd floor, when they sell such events or they promote such nonsense and then let us know how he feels!!??. Regards.
