Central
Park
Hotel
is
a
Home
away
from
Home.
The
Foyer
and
the
rooms
are
tastefully
decorated.
In
the
foyer,
there
is
a
rangoli
made
from
petals
of
fresh
flowers.
Every
day
a
new
rangoli
is
made
and
the
enchanting
smell
lingers
still
late
evening.
The
rooms
are
clean,
two
bottles
of
purified
water
and
tea/coffee
things
are
supplied
daily
unlike
the
hotel
called
"Airport
Hotel"
in
Delhi
where
we
stayed
for
quite
a
few
days
only
to
discover
that
it
was
a
bad
choice
because
of
our
ignorance.
The
breakfast
is
in
buffet
style,
includes
a
variety
of
cuisine
to
accommodate
the
tastes
of
almost
all.
It's
changed
from
day-to-day.
For
beverages
alone,
there
are
tea,
coffee,
butterscotch
milkshake,
Horlicks,
Bournvita,
fruit
smoothy,
cold
coffee
etc.
There
are
always
three
beverages
on
a
day.
A
minimum
of
3
chefs
work
under
the
supervision
of
a
manager
to
serve
freshly-made
hot
Indian
bread
like
puris
and
parathas.
The
'baked
curd'
will
send
one
to
a
journey
to
Eden.
We
also
ate
in
the
hotel
at
night.
The
meals
were
delectable.
The
employees
are
extremely
efficient,
courteous
and
attentive.
A
Himalayan
credit
should
be
given
to
the
General
Manager,
Mr
Pritam
Khanna,
for
his
awareness
of
small
details,
his
continuous
effort
to
elevate
the
standard
of
the
hotel,
his
humility,
his
pleasing
manner
with
all
the
staff
members
and
his
deeply
religious
nature.
I
realized
all
this
from
observation
only.
From
my
point
of
view,
a
contrast
always
helps
to
clarify
an
issue.
We
have
stayed
in
the
hotel
"Regency"
in
the
same
city,
Gwalior,
only
to
be
disappointed.
In
"Central
Park"
and
other
hotels
in
Delhi,
the
rooms
have
been
cleaned
in
our
absence,
but
in
"Regency",
the
maids
came
when
we
were
present
and
started
enquiring
us
about
our
personal
details.
They
were
volunteering
information
about
gifts
they
had
received
other
guests,
thus
indicating
implicitly
that
we
ought
to
follow
suit.
It
was
the
height
of
unprofessional
behaviour
and
if
the
manager
in
charge
declares
now
that
he
didn't
know
about
this,
then
with
all
due
respect,
hotel
management
is
an
area
in
which
there
are
rooms
for
improvement
for
him.
I
am
actually
sad
to
write
this
about
"Regency",
but
the
review
section
does
allow
one
to
be
honest
if
not
brutally/bluntly
honest.
All
in
all,
I
give
the
hotel
Central
Park
a
rating
of
10
out
of
10.
After
all,
I
cannot
give
15
out
of
10,
can
I?
