Booked an Executive Room. Reception offered Delux Room. When I denied, he cheaply said, accept this, I will offer you free dinner! Hope this says what kind of hotel it is?

Nice hotel. Very near to the Gwalior railway station. Rooms are ok. They also provide pick up service form station to hotel. They just need a make over for their rooms. Some rooms are older. Other services are nice.

I and my wife reached Hotel grace at 1.35 pm on the 30th September, 2023. I booked one room for 3 nights sending an advance to the hotel. The room and the bathroom are super clean.The room is spacious. The bathroom is too large. The AC and geyser work well. I want to give marks 6 out of 5. There was bathtub in bathroom and a mini refrigerator in the bedroom. All the staff are jewel. Mr. Javed and Chhottu took care of us with their smiling faces. I don't know the name of the cook, but he deserves the best honour for cooking all the tasty and delicious foods. I must have to say that the room tariff is too cheap. The complimentary breakfast was more than sufficient. The service and amenities are so adorable that I think how the owner makes profit in such a low tariff. It is interesting and praiseworthy that the hotel arranges free pick up and drop from/to Gwalior station. Today on the 2nd October 2023, we checked out at 9.00 pm to board train at Gwalior station. The manager is so kind that he arranged an AC car for us to drop at the Gwalior station. I am surprised that this service is complementary. Hats off to the Owner, Manager, the head cook, Javed, Chhottu and all other staff for their A+++++ service and hospitality.

Location: Very close to Gwalior Station within 200 Mt. And next to Hotel Landmark. Rooms: In this hotel, you will get a variety of rooms. Rooms are quite spacious and well furnished, courteous staff. We stayed there for two nights from 16th October, 2023. At that time, some kind of renovation was going on. And that is why, I think, some rooms are with fresh look and others appeared to be little old. But you will definitely like it.

I don't satisfied with the service and hotel they are looting for everything and also not serve even water bottle in the room wat kid hotel is this i stayed many hotels but this is my worst experienced too high price with zero service not recommadable not worth for your money.

The first impression of the hotel is not good, but after seeing the room and the service, our minds changed. Overall the hotel is awesome and in the center of the city.

We reached Hotel Grace after staying at a 4-star resort in Orchha so our expectations were quite high. The rooms were simple but the hospitality and cooperation of the staff at Grace really impressed us. Firstly, they greeted our kids by giving them a box of crayons and a colouring book which not only made the kids happy but kept them busy in the room too. The daily newspaper in the room, courteous staff, free drop to the nearby station and delicious breakfast which they even packed for us for our early train were some added bonuses not frequently experienced in a budget hotel. Hotel Grace definitely knows how to stand apart amongst similar hotels nearby. Highly recommended!!

This is the best hotel in gwalior for sure. Breakfast is great. Before coming to this place I looked for famous restaurants in city but after having their first complimentary breakfast I gave up my thought eating outside and took all my meal at hotel. Staff are very cooperative.

Good Hotel with nice rooms and services. Winter facilities like hot water and Heaters were present during our visit. However, for senior citizens, there is no elevator.

Rooms are not very large a budget price. It's also not very far from the Gwalior railway station. The linen and the bathroom were clean too although the lighting was just OK. Basically, it seemed like a residential building converted into a hotel, so you know what to expect.

We have stayed for 3 days ,first we have booked through make my trip for one day on tentative basis and after reaching to hotel at Gwalior , we have revived our decission to shift somewhere..the hotel looks older from outside but the rooms inside are upto date ,and the breakfast given as complementary is very good and presentation is attractive...wash rooms are neat and you will get hot water in all times...room service is good....

Hotel is quite old ,we got the bigger room. FOOD is tasty ... Staff is helpful I like it overall But price is little high In that price we have better options available.

I visited at Hotel at 4:30 am and asked for tarrif, Mr. Kuldeep informed about tarrif @ Rs. 1950 + tax per day if I will stay for 2 day's and Rs. 2000 if I will checkout by 12 noon on same day. I opted for 2 day stay, then suddenly he denied to provide room and asked me to check with other hotel. Behaviour was so bad. Not recommended this hotel for stay.

A clean, hygienic and beautiful stay. Its just 500 and 800 mts from the Railway Station and Bus stand respectively. Clean and neat road leading to the hotel. Undergoing slight renovation from the outside which will improve the exterior look. Reception Staff and helping staff were very polite, friendly and respectful. In-home Kitchen which cooks variety of dishes.

Rooms are not much spacious but service is very good. Staff is polite. Food is good. However, despite of a 2-star hotel it is a good place to stay. We had a good time staying there.
