One of the worst ever hotel i came up with. I had booked one rom for 2 nights but all of sudden when i was out of hotel, the management decided to cancel my booking for a wedding party, all my belongings were roughly stuffed in my trolly and kept at reception without my concern.

Very comfortable rooms with all amenities, but the open area near ground floor hall where lunch and dinner was organised is very dangerous as there is one big drain .hole closed with big stone tile which was hidden under carpet and many person got entangled with it ,my wife too got entangled and fall down and her face wad hit on table border badly causing swelling on her face for many days.Hotel management must not allow such area for dinner etc without proper leveling the floor. This is a big failure on their part. This must be taken care off at the earliest to avoid such accidents in future.

Overall average experience since rooms are ok while the staff is unprofessional. Great place location wise while u can expect service as per the tier 3 city. Unnecessary costly food and tea which are also not good in taste. Just because of location u can move else 2500 rs room can be replaced by other coll options also.

Probably a hotel which is on a higher range in Gwalior, but it is worth it. We got all the things we asked for. The rooms were squeaky clean. The washrooms were neat and clean. The rooms were very spacious. There is a place to get ready and to keep the luggage which seems small but is a plus point. There are many charging points. The in-house restaurant food is very tasty although a little on the expensive side. The staff at the reception makes your stay easier. Would strongly recommend!

The best thing of this hotel is the location. It's situated just beside the Gwalior railway station and near to shopping mall. Excellent Rooms Decent place to stay in Gwalior. Room Tariff was reasonable with complimentary breakfast. The room was quite clean, spacious with well maintained washrooms having adequate toiletries. Bed was extremely comfortable with clean linen. The Air-conditioner worked well, Tea/Coffee Maker & Mini-Fridge were provided in the room. Buffet Breakfast was good .Above all the market is very close to the hotel and Historical places are also not very far away from the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to all visiting Gwalior and thank the staff for making our stay enjoyable while we were there.

The location and infrastructure of the hotel is good. But their service is not upto the mark. The A.C. was not working during our two nights stay there.When requested of room change during night ,nobody turned up. The technician came after 1 hour and said that the a.c. won't be working. There was no t.v in the room . The food ( breakfast) was also not good . Overall stay was not comfortable. They tried giving some other room than that we actually booked.

We stayed here for a day with family. The location is superb for tourists, just in railway station compound. The rooms are neat, reception was decent, well received. Hot water available. Breakfast was good with 6 to 8 items. You get various food options nearby and also lot of autos just outside. You save lot of time when you stay here as you come and go by train. Just say railway station to autowala for drop. That way you save time without figuring out much. Overall good for quick stay with family for tourists.

This Hotel is just next to the Railway station with some good stay option. They only negative point is that some of its rooms are towards the main busy road which might keep disturbing you whole nights due the traffic chaos

Worst Experience/Cheaters/Rude Staff/Unethical Practices Not sure about the authenticity of these reviews which is available in google as i had personally experienced and saw that how worst this hotel management can go with their customers I booked for my friend and at the time of checkin they didn’t revealed anything as we could have canceled the booking and can move to another property easily but after we cant as the amount is already paid after that they’ve revealed a list unethical practices where they’ve charged us an hefty amount in which i could have easily stayed in a 5 star property in their luxurious room when we denied to pay and asked the refund for booking amount so we can move to next hotel, they’ve shown their real faces and started threatening us I would suggest to stay away from these kind of hotels they’re very unsafe. Especially for females and families

Very costly place. Its better you can try Hotel Sita Manor in Half of this hotel's price or try other hotels. Location is good.. it's near railway station but price of the rooms are unjustified. Never recommend anyone.

Their restaurant food was out-of-this world delicious. We had chicken biryani and chicken chilly. Both were finger licking good. Staff was courteous and sweet.

Hotel is just at gwalior railway station. Good for business trips. They allow outside food. Service is a bit issue. Rest is all gud.

The room was great Only a few small lights were not working in our room. The service was great but, they cleaned our room when we were not there. I was not happy since all my belongings were everywhere. It's just next to the railway station. It's a bit noisy but if you want to go after by train it's very close. Food was great but too costly.

The hotel is a few steps to Gwailor Railway Station so it is very convenient if you need to catch the train. Staff even though can not communicate clear English with me , they tried so hard to keep my staying completely happy even take somebody at the train station to help picking my big luggage. They also help me buy online ticket to the fort so we did not have to pay commission to the guide in front of the fort for online ticket. Wifi is very strong and their breakfast is acceptable. There is shopping mall nearby within walking distance.

1. Located just outside platform 1 of Gwalior station. 2. Rooms are well maintained and service is very good. I got no chance to complain. 3. Food is costly. You should go outside for that. Many restaurants are available within 200 meter.

Amazing place and best value for money arrangement. Food is delicious and you can plan your stay or avail their banquet services. Just the issue is DJ is strictly available till 11 pm for functions.

Rooms: It has good rooms, but it troubles you a lot while AC is not working and maintenance staff not listening to your requests. Services: Not all the services are POOR but like delivering the food items or snacks or breakfast can be really painful, as they don't deliver it. Location: Prime location, adjacent to Gwalior Jn., but parking your car can be a big problem here, it is always full and too congested.

I am Being a regular visitor to the hotel since past few years but had a pathetic experience recently. Earlier I used to make a booking via mmt but they insisted to book directly via call. I had made a booking wherein i had informed in advance that my train will reach by late evening so I will do late checkin but my train got further delayed wherein I was informed by receptionist Mohit that my booked room has been given to some walk-in visitor and I have to either wait or go to some other hotel. After waiting I was given a room which had a dirty washroom without flush when confronted the receptionist mohit started misbehaving. This is how they treat their regular guests who make a booking in advance. I wonder how they behave with the new arrivals Pathetic service and behaviour Very unprofessional Disappointed!!!!

Services are quite upto the mark in this hotel. I used to have my lunch here and I really like the veg thali also the staff is quite humble and they really serves food very well.
