This hotel has turned into a disaster. Super dirty rooms, shabby service and unhealthy food. You can see filth all over. Reception staff is very nice and welcoming but service staff is like goons. Do Not recommend this property to anybody.

Services are average like any other hotel out there. Rooms are also good but prices are above average. If you are thinking about stay in this hotel you will have to lose some extra penny.

Went for my convocation with mom. First they sent us to the corner room in the third floor, where all rooms were locked and old food was smelling all over. Room was old built and spitting in wall corners and stinky smell. Full hotel was vacant apart from 4-5 guests what we saw in first floor. We asked them to provide a room in 1st floor which they first declined and then told to take expensive room. Charged Rs 2500/- for 10 hours in 1st floor room. No renovation took place in 6-7 years. Fridge was Dirty. Provided 2 local company water bottle of 500ml. Only 1 socket present in whole room. Bathroom tap was broken, Shower not working. Tap to shower clip was loose and half broken, if you switch shower On, it goes inside and Tap starts. No Hot water, no paper seat roll. Seat was way too dirty and you can find clean seats in train. No hand-wash, No bathing soap. Just provided a small Tikiya to clean hands and when we complained, they told: "THIS IS HOTEL INDUSTRY. IT WORKS LIKE THAT ONLY." Counter guy will argue about everything and talks way too rude after you complain. No services provided apart from receiving and dropping at station. You can get good service and Ambience in Rs500 Dharmashala. No one should go here and waste their time and money. Not recommended at all.

We visited hotel bellevue on 3rd and 4 th October 2023, we have passed through very bed experience. No hot water supply in the room. If you ask for hot water then they give you after 45 minutes. Bad situation of washroom. Very bad behaviour of staff please avoid to go.

Staff behaviour is not good for customers. Menu rates r too high for food, breakfast good no option in @225 . Denied for bread toast n omlette . No heater in the washroom. Cleaning of bedsheet is not done ! Pathetic experience.

Rooms are Big.... But require attention on amenities. Overall stay is Pleasent.

we booked Hotel for wedding with the commitment from the Hotel Management that they will provide multiple services like extra bedding in each room, morning tea through room service, RO water free of cost but to the utter disappointment, when we returned from one of the functions, no such arrangements for extra bedding were made, when asked the front office, he said there are no extra bedding available. We had to arrange the same ourselves for the guests. The cleanliness isn't taken care of. you have to ask the housekeeping to clean the room, take the used glasses, provide fresh sheets etc. Overall experience was not quite pleasant.

To be straight forward, pls consider this hotel as one of the last options to stay at in Bhopal... Torn and stained bedsheets, poorly maintained bathrooms, very ordinary breakfast, bad tasting food.. You will definitely find better options than this

Very worst service they are not providing anything.. only they are having night stay else everything is chargeable.. Like dentel kit, shop, shampoo.water Not recommend for further to anyone..

Better to book through some agent or online booking than with them directly or through their official website. Location was nice, but not immediately close to attractions. Service should improve. Clearly this hotel has seen better days in past. Breakfast was good but a-la-carte is overpriced.

Disappointing Dining Experience at Hotel Bellevue Dear Hotel Bellevue Management, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent dining experience at your establishment. I must express my deep disappointment with the quality of the food served. While the starters and the Hariyali Kofta dish were somewhat acceptable, the rest of the dishes were far from being edible. For a party of 30 employees, we had high expectations considering the amount we spent, which was 10,500 rupees. Unfortunately, the overall quality of the food did not meet our expectations. In fact, it was so disappointing that we felt that even a roadside food stall might have provided a better dining experience. I believe it's crucial for any establishment, especially one of your caliber, to maintain high standards when it comes to food quality. This experience has left a negative impression on all of us, and we had expected much better from Hotel Bellevue. I hope you take this feedback constructively and work to improve the quality of your offerings in the future. We were genuinely looking forward to a pleasant dining experience, and it pains me to say that we left your establishment feeling unsatisfied

Poor behaviour of staff. No manners . Total illerated behaviour even they are ready to fight with you. Top management must notice it.

Good service but ... the bellevue hotel, i think the right name would be the bellemerde hotel. There are cockroach and cigarette in the bathroom. from the light in the room to the wall everything is dirty. Someone rang at my door at 1 AM and woke me up. For 2500 INR this is the worst hotel I did in India.

To be honest, if you have like a night stay only and are just going to crash, you can probably think about this option but we faced a hell lot of issues here. 1. There is no gyser in the rooms and hot water is only available in winters. They take a hell lot of time to get you hot water. After repeated calls and follow-ups. 2. They have limited buckets so if you ask for hot water, they will taken your bucket and come back very late. 3. They have electric kettle but no plug points as such in some rooms. We had to get our room changed due to this. 4. Blankets, bed sheets, towels all are bad and dirty. Only location is good otherwise if in the same budget you are getting other options, I will recommend not choosing this place.

Worst hotel ever.. if you will stay here for 2days and by any chance if you extend your trip. They will told you we already sold out the room for today and you have to leave the room now.. I will not recommend to any one to stay in this worst hotel.

Superb hotel. Also have a small banquet hall for small function like birthday parties ceremonies. Rooms are also in good condition.

Hi, I am from Delhi and I am sharing my experionce with this hotel. for me, It's a worst hotel ever I visited. They even don't know, how to talk with guest. Their full staff is with attitude and arrogant. if you are from different city then they people will try to threat you. Zero security, Poor service, poor cleaning. You can not use toilets, stinking rooms all google pics are fake..even far away from reality. So don't book this hotel via viewing the pics on google. If you are booking then book it on your own risk.
