Very good hotel and I would say one of the oldest hotel of the Gwalior city. Staff was cooperative service was Swift overall a good experience 😃.

My experience was good after visited in this hotel I'll recommend to all my loving members to go there definitely. Service and food quality is outstanding. While ask me to choose to go I would select this one only. 😊

Good hotel with party / event halls. Very good location. Well maintained halls. Rooms are also good. Room services are really good. Restaurant is Ok. Quality of food needs more care, especially meat sourcing and ingredient sourcing. We stayed here for three days.

i booked birthday party here for 100 people but hotel management was not able to manage it properly in this high class hotel lift was not working which is a big shame for that and music system was also not going good staff is not at all responsible food was good but other management was not at all good

Pathetic Service. No body listen your voice. No body pick up our call at reception. Charges are like 4 star but no facility was available in room Itself. I stayed for 2 days but could not get tea or coffee material inside the room after so many reminders.

We went for dinner in landmark..though it serve good food earlier.. We are disappointed with food taste.. It was really below average in taste.. We assumed food would be good aa other landmark.. But it was disappointed to have such food.. Rest service was good..no other complain apart from food taste.

It is a pure No from my side.. i have arranged a engagement there in October and they behaved like hell.. No one was well mannered there.. waiter to manager were behaving like goons and food was too normal even worst in some way so i will recommend you all don't destroy your Moments and never go for this hotel

We had a family function in this hotel, the food was tasteless, Staff was rude, things weren't manageable. I'll never recommend anyone to visit this hotel.

Must have masala Chai at the breakfast. Typical wedding property with higher premium for what you get. There's alot of cost saving in washrooms material worst but a green initiative of refillable wall mounted shower, soap and moisturizer bottles just makes up to it. Parking can be a pain in wedding days. Towels were clean and housekeeping is meticulously done even in peak hours. Staffs including reception go extra mile for your towels and water even at midnight. So a "go to" shaadi hotel offering decent value.
