The hotel is fine but the service provided by them is not good. Nothing on time , they were not able to manage food for 100 people at a time same with the decoration timing.

Slightly away from the hustle basal of the city this is good for the overnight travellers looking for a quiet accommodation. Rooms are over used which is actually a reflection of heavy footfall. Staff members have an informal approach to extending hospitality but they serve well. There is also a snacks shop at the ground floor which provides some local delicacies. Some of the basics need attention in terms of repair and maintenance for example shower, air conditioner, bathroom taps.

Overpriced and overhyped hotel for the pathetic room condition and services they provide. The rooms are in bad condition, torned bedsheets, toilet water jet broken, cockroaches in room. When complained about it, the staff person showed attitude, ignoring the concerns and not responding. Another pathetic thing, they kept refrigerator in rooms without compressor, which means the refrigerator would work to keep stuff at room temperature (Not sure the logic behind that). When complained about fridge too, the staff changed fridge, but later in evening they replaced it again with non working one (my cold drink got warmed to room temperature). Overall, in my 3 days stay, only the last day the hotel staff responded. My suggestion to hotel management, please teach hospitality to your staff, improve hotel condition. Your hotel is at prime location.

The hotel staff don't know anything about hospitality, Very disappointed with the staff, when we checked in their lift was not working and they said the lift was under maintainece. The room was looking tidy as we enter but after opening the lights cockroaches runing here and there. In the name of basic amenities they didn't even had two towels and extra soap, kettle was not working, fridge was without conpressor( better to put Alimarh there🤣🤣) and when we complained they changed everything but on the next day they again did the same for everything The worst part- when they changed the fridge, we put our stuff, and the very next day they again replace the fridge with the old one and put our stuff in that (is this is the way to treat your guest in such a reputed international hotel) Pathetic service! When we told about this on the reception the person was showing attitude. As per the hotel review response, they couldn't find any booking with my name, I suggest hotel better check records . Additionally, if hotel owner finds this comment fake, what logic hotel owner applies that only the person with booking name could write a review, why can't the family members staying alongwith write a review here. Very very disappointed.

Neat clean and well maintained hotel. Great service. Big rooms for family stay. Parking space available. Lift available. Hot water 24 hours. Intercom available. Restaurant available. Morning breakfast is buffet. Food quality is great.

But when I came to visit here for the second time, the behavior of the staff was very bad. Even though the room was available, he refused very clearly to give the room. I didn't know what the reason At that time we had also called the manager there.But manager did not take any action. little bit dispointed

If you don't care about price , u will find it a excellent hotel but I found it too costly .

Had a great experience here. Hotel is located at a prime location near AG office and each tourist place is within 5 kms from here. Service is stupendous. Rooms are nice. Food is amazing. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed for a week the rooms are good but for the house keeping you have to call everyday and they will come and just clean and do the bedding they don't change pillow covers towel and even tea cutlery. So overall it was ok

Hotel cum restaurant Prabha international located on jhansi road beside AG office. It's road side location. Yesterday we went for buffet dinner. But no one was there to attend properly. Staff is not so professional. Then we went for restaurant at floor 3. Totally empty on Sundays. So we skip the plan .

Rooms are very outdated,ac cooling was not there ,when I complained about this to reception, maintenance guy came and said that u r not feeling, cooling is proper,very roude staff ,0 for actual rating .

The rooms at the hotel are fine, small but comfortable and cozy with all the basic necessities such as a kettle or a towel. The staff is corteous and helpful. The location is very good, not deep in the city but neither too far. One problem that we faced was regarding running hot water in the bathroom which wasnt available, the management said it works only when hotel is fully booked, although they did take their own sweet time but got a bucket of hot water anyway. Decent stay overall.

Rooms are good but over priced, moreover the hall is small only considerable for birthday parties, wedding anniversaries and other events upto 100 people only.

Went to the restaurant. It was like...we were the only guests out there. Ordered sandwich and masala papad. Masala papad was good but sandwich.

This place has a very nice location but the rooms are mediocre as per their price. Their suite rooms are very good but again there jacuzzi is not operational. They need invest in maintaining their hotel as it has a good potential.

The hotel staff is not professional in terms dealing with the customers. I had stayed there for one week during which I had requested a change of room almost daily but the staff kept on giving some lame excuses. There are much better hotels in the Gwalior than this one especially for umarried couples as the staff at this hotel looks at them with great deal of judgement.

Worst hotel to live. Horrible experience!! Washrooms were so dirty. Rooms were pathetic. I left the room in the middle of the day because of the above issue only. Poor management.

We had a volunteer meet of our organization ISCI Foundation at this place. The management was wonderful. The people here are very cooperative.
