Great place...nice environment... All amenities are well...room is fully maintained...nice staff and helpful also... Little experience but in all we can say a good experience... Food is nice...but little bit change can make it better...

It was and emergency halt due to car breakdown. But experience was very bad. It was a awful experience. None of the service was satisfactory. 1. Room was not clean. 2. Toilet sync has no warm water. 3. Curtain was very very dirty. 4. TV was not working. After a lot of discussion they come with a solution only free channel can be seen. 5. Room Table was very dirty. 6. Staff was unresponsive. 7. After checkout they was not ready to provide bill. after a lot discussion they provide the bill. 8. Food taste quality was not good. 9. whole night used food plates and other utensils was lying in the bed room.

Hotel was descent, rooms were also descent, there is no issue related to couple friendly things or lacal ID proof, everything is accepted open handedly, but when i entered the room it was managed well by the hotel staff but they forgot to check the AC which was not working properly, and then they serviced it in my presence and it took almost half an hour to get it done, the other thing which I noticed wad the quality of food which they served was also below average, rest all the things were good and it came out to be average quality experience. But yes if you are looking for pocket friendly Stay with your family/friends/couple stay its a good place to choose which will ultimately save your pocket.

Hai... I am staying for 104 . Room was good little bit important for cleaning . TV not working ac remote also not working. Room service worst understand language English. Service is more more important. Response interior and room wallpaper love it . breakfast fixed menu but anyone dish for 2 people how . I don't like it . Coffee didn't give for flask room service told him i am give to other guest. I am also Guest so all staff untraind ... Plz not this points for management ...

This is an excellent hotel with reasonable prices and a great location . We had stayed in the room and it was spacious, cozy, and very clean. Food in their hotel is great. Even the breakfast spread was good and very tasty. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Keep it up team Prahlad 👍

I forget mobile charger in the room no 205 on 09.12.2022 but their staff embezzled the same and not return.

Okish... Need to educate incoming person to smoke in designated areas only. It felt like chimney all the time. Need to upscale quality of food to match value.

Decent hotel near to railway station..rooms were clean and spacious..booked through vertex holidays and our booking was not updated with hotel..we had to wait for a hour in lobby.. courteous staffs.. good food but same menu..after feedback they altered..worth staying!

We had a two day stay during my sister's wedding ceremony. The experience was really good. The staff specially Mr. Mohit & Mr. Rohit were really nice and helpful.They really went out of their ways to help us in managing our guest and their expectations. Good place for small gathering, in cheap rate you can get best service, they are awesome. Giving 4 star just because they playing unwanted music at very loud sound.

Pathetic service didn't have proper CCTV coverage of parking. Didn't have security hotel didn't take any responsibility of anything. If you book hotel for wedding they did even clean the wedding chair 0 out of 10 rating.

It was a great experience staying in Hotel Prahlad Inn. We booked the hotel for haldi/mehndi ceremony. Their service was really good and the food was delicious. The staff was polite and helpful. They literally go out of their way to help you out with anything and everything. Nice and cosy place for small gatherings and family functions.

Starting with the staff, i would say that they are very polite. The hotel manager at the reception is kind towards for the help. Rooms are clean and well equipped with the amenities. Most importantly i was impressed with the cleanliness of the washroom. Food was delicious and at the breakfast there are lot more options available. I would suggest you to stay atleast once in this hotel amd you will not going to regret it. Thankyou prahlad inn for such a wonderful hospitality.

Very Expensive than compared with others. Service is not that much better expected accordingly price. It's ok for take some quick time meet ups . At this time when I am visited this the maintenance of Rooms is on progress so rooms are also not that neet and clear. Yeah but the room service boy Vikki's behaviour is really impressive if there's is any rating for him I will give 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars out of 5. But in Other services you have to compromise within the hotel.

The property is renovated, clean and safe. It is accessible and affordable as well. Service is appreciable Recommended for family. Gwalior fort, Sun temple, Scindia palace, Jain temple etc are at nearby distances.
