Dirty and very congested rooms. Bathrooms are filthy. Please check the rooms before making any booking..

The decoration and the room were nice constructed, but badly maintained. The day receptionist will not be helpful. I pre booked the room through make my trip, I reached at evening 8pm where the receptionist told me that rooms were still not ready, and I had to wait. After 20 mins, he allocated me a room at 3rd floor. I found the room floor was dirty, the bed were not clean enough, there were lot of hairs lying around and the toilet was also not clean. Saw cigarette buds, no drinking water, no toiletry (which infact you get in all Oyo rooms). I called immediately to receptionist from the room, where his answer was that they don't have cleaning staff, and as you need to check out early just see if bed is clean. I went to reception and ask for the Oyo owner number, where I didn't find any answer. I called helpline of MakeMyTrip, which took lot of time to connect. MakeMyTrip called the reception where receptionist told that he will try other staff to clean the room. I again went to room after confirmation that the room is cleaned. I checked and found that they staff floor and room was still not cleaned. The behaviour and attitude of staff was major issue. They don't treat you as guest. Finally I had to book another hotel at night 10:30pm. I will not recommended this guest house. There are many other good hotels, book that even if they cost few more bucks.

Not proper cleaning in room, lot of fallen hairs there. Washbasin tap was not working properly. Toilet bottom was black due to not cleaning properly. Very sorry for 2 stars but you should check all the things properly before allotting to anyone.

Everything was in poor condition Service is also poor No management skill and they only trap the guest with help of auto rikshaw drivers.. All the switch boards were broken AC was dead. Overall they deserve to be abused.

Booked room here offline. Interiors are good but the rooms and bathrooms were not clean at all. Bedsheets were stinking. Although the service was good and yes there was no electricity for around 15 mins in the morning during our stay.

Manager denied to accept booking through app, says clearly that any booking under 1000 Rs would not be accepted whatever you do wherever you complaint, hence we lost our opportunity to avail the oyo app discounted fare of Rs 399, and had to book a room at 1000 Rs offline mode. Every hotel has similar problem in Gwalior, all are broker managed hotels app is just for name sake. Not providing you photos as it was a stay of few hours, also had a train to board shortly. But personally i dont recommend this place.

Rooms were very cozy ..dirty bedsheets...blankets are smelly ..they just were not washed ...service was good over charged...

Room is good, but the bathroom is bad. Dirty and half the things don't work or are leaking. The people how work there are amateuristic. But the asking price for this ac room of 1500 Rp. Is ridiculous. The fan in the room could only run on full speed with the noise of a machine.

Do not opt for this OYO. Everything is bad about this property. No hot water, dirty bed sheets and pillows, unsecured lobby, unhelpful staff. OYO team suggested this option and it was a bad decision to go with this.

Rooms were not up to the mark but yes if you don't HV any other option go for it and compromise with comfort... not value for money at all..... totally bad service.... bedsheets were not clean room was not clean.... bathroom door was broken...you won't have direct access to tv or ac, no soap towels not even tables were in room...when we asked for some paper so that we can eat they literally said to eat on bed my god........ you will find much better place to stay in same price....I can go on and on totally bad experience..... here are some pictures

Very worst..no words to say..smelly room and smelly bedsheet pillows and blankets in peak winters of gwalior.. Never ever suggest anyone to go.Be aware

hello my journey everything was fine hotel service was also good but i think there is some electrical like as TV and shortage Hotel needs electrical engineering.

No facilities available in the hotel, even bathroom soap not available, forgot about tea coffee or drinking water

They take extra amount if u book online or through Oyo

The rooms were no where close to the picture. Not at all private rooms as huge windows were there. Terrible sanitisation.

Worst staff...small rooms and washroom was not properly cleaned. Even bedsheets were old. The man at reception asked to give 5 star rating on oyo app at check out and was arguing when my frnd gave 4 star..worst oyo.
