Highly mismanaged hotel. Staff highly arrogant and non cooperative. No coordination among staffs of different shifts. You may have stayed in a pre-booked room fully paid in advance, but morning shift person will not know it and he will charge you again. This has happened with me. Rooms are also uncleaned and Services are poor. Food quality is also not appreciable.

Dear jain sir I am jitendra Singh Sikarwar On 6th September my baby 1st b'day at your hotel but I get worst experience in my life really 1)Total electricity off at in middle of function upto half an hour this is really shamless experience 2) At party hall AC not start full time , lighting is too minimum to glow 3) Important one your manager talking full amount not even cutting amount for his mistakes for electric problem. 4) I am really unsatisfied with your service and also not satisfied to pay full amount If you think it's really happen wrong kindly pay penalty amount on my number . A hotel located in very posh area of city centre in Gwalior. This is located at main road hence easily noticeable. It's OYO listed hotel and also has a good infrastructure to conduct functions and meetings. I visited the place to attend a marriage function here. It's very suitable place for lodging, boarding and conducting business or other meetings as well as marriage functions.

Worst than low class lodge. Staff is very very arrogant, don't even hastate to use bad words. Services are worst. Don't waste your trip, first thing in morning start with fight and entire day go bad. Money is secondary but no one wish to ruin their tour day for such a low class lodge.

Location was easy to get, Liked there was laundry facilities available. Room was quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful

When i visited tha hotel ,lift smelling so bad and not that clean.

The room service is very slow and room AC is old version . They started colling after 10 mins

Worst Place To Stay Never Stay/Book a room in this hotel. Rooms are not clean refer images below. All they have to serve in breakfast is added in pic below. They will not supply packaged drinking water after 12:00 PM even if you are ready to pay. They will not give you even one package drinking water bottle complimentary a day. Book at your own risk.

Hotel not deserve any star third class facilities here . Staff was unprofessional even owner jain sir not cooperative. Don't waste your time and money here.

Very poor management, Hot water is available only for few hours in morning. Only 1 housekeeping staff for entire 3 floor hotel. Very small lift, only 2 person can accommodate. Room service is pathetic.

I took two rooms and the condition of rooms were good but the service of the staff is very poor. I had to call out many times through phone for issues (like removal of extra bed, TV issue, towels change and soap). Checkout time is 11AM which is okay considering many hotels gives such timings. I was also given used 1 room ( not cleaned) earlier and staff was almost non responding. (Which they heard after multiple calls but we had to wait 30 minutes)
