Fraud hotel. They had a tie up with Marriage garden 'Sundaram' and refuses the rooms to guest who had already booked via OYO app. They simply said 'we cant provide rooms' and talk to OYO company. Zero manners on how to talk to customers. Don't book this fraud hotel.

It’s very bad experience .. book through OYO and came the hotel at 2 clock midnight after a long train journey with my family then they are not accepting booking they need cash I already paid full amount through oyo after long telephone conversation with oyo I paid by cash now am checking out they are not providing bill also .. very bad and totally unsatisfied with oyo and hotel

They demand extra money from guests who have booked via OYO app.

The worst hotel service I have ever seen. Although the rooms are nice, there doesn't exist a front desk, and if you call room service for things as simple as a bucket, mug or towel, you will have to call atleast 8 times to get these simple things done.

Hotel location is far away from the city. It will be very difficult to find any mean of transportation from here. Hotel staff is good and courteous.
