Nice hotel at reasonable prices.

It's situated near by Gwalior railway station, it's not like up to OYO standard. Room's conditions not good. Cleanness of room not going. Even they are not provide towl in room. No telephone in room to connect with reception. No room service are there. No catering service are there. You have to manage food from outside at your own management.

I had visited this property during my Ladak ride, here my GoPro Camera was stolen from the hotel Room & No response from hotel staff

I booked the guest house for 2 day wedding function. The payment was done in advance, had all the receipt s of booking with me. But 1 day before they said that the guest house cant be vacated because the existing party who was staying there extended there stay. Horrible experience ..tried evrything..had to make last minute changes to the wedding function..dont book this for any of your occasion s..they r not at all trustworthy.

Nice hotel...very spacious garden in front of hotel ....staff is very helpful...located at prime location.

If looking out to this guest house for wedding function or any other function, have my suggestion with a red alert " Don't go there" Decoration - Showed something did something (worst), lied about everything, no lighting. Rooms and washroom- Rooms were ok ok but washrooms were unhygienic and not cleaned instead of the fact that i told them multiple times to clean up their washrooms before fuctions. Such irresponsible and casual behavior. Owner- firstly told- I'll manage everything, you don't worry later on he said, nothing is my responsibility, do and manage things on your own. Such an irresponsible and arrogant behavior. Staff is insufficient. No personal space for parking but they'll manage somehow. Nothing else but catering there deserve to be praised. Conclusion- not at all good to arrange for any function. Remark- very poor

Owner is extremely rude, no service, no staff, no hygiene, nothing to say good about this guesthouse. Don't go there!!

Oyo booking isa big fraud.i have done paid online booking but Last minute they canceled my booking when i go for check in. Staff and owner was veey rude and annoying. I suggest not to stay in this hotel. Rest is at your risk.

When we stayed , kitchen was not working. Reat everything is average. Location is very good though.

Now Bikaner one has opened here, did not see the board of Kundan Guest House.
