good location but poor facility bedsheets quilt were not clean

I had visited this hotel in October last 2021. They are very rude , misbehaving, they had not maintained there rooms, many of the rooms are in very bad condition. They switch off electricity in nights you have to fight in midnight for that. bathroom's pipes are not maintained 24hrs water leakage. They keep on asking for rents in advance. And many more They totally wasted my trip and my image in my guest' eyes.

One of the receptionists was extremely rude. I had prebooked the room and already paid for it. Yet, he was asking me to pay while checking in and asked to talk to a different person looking after online payments. The rooms are small and not good, the washrooms are horrible, with little space and dysfunctional flushes. They dont let you bring outside food in and you have to eat at their restaurant only. I had to stay there because the other hotels were all full and I had to prebook a hotel if I wanted to stay in Gwalior. Avoid this place if you are looking for a trouble free experience in the city.
