Let me start to give you a detailed hospital review thought looks nonsense as you go on brand and name but it is completely different story inside. This review is strictly for those who are planning this hospital for maternity and thinking of opting for best care.as for those in emergency and other need they can’t complaint if they get cured. I chose this hospital to bring in our first new born and we fall for brand name and hoping for same level of care which is not even closer like a govt maternity ward.my experiences were as followed- 1.Once you get admitted you won’t get any call response from available staff (be it nurse or other staff) 2. Highly unprofessional and arrogant 3. Hygiene is an alien concept 4. Dirty washrooms even in deluxe rooms 5. No hot water even in 7-8 degree temperature 6. If patient need mobility support be better prepared by your self as you gonna do it by yourself 7. Doctor will visit as per their mood else they assume everything is alright 8. Unnecessary added costings to your total bills 9. No administrative support if you need any sort of help nor any escalation contacts 10- never heard they try for any normal deliveries Blessed with a baby, I am thankful but not happy with what they present to you at the table after getting you in.

Went for full body checkup with my wife. We told them clearly that we are only physically available for 2 days and if any report takes longer than that then we won't be able to collect report in person and they will have to email or WhatsApp the report to us. They told it is very usual and they always WhatsApp the reports as soon as they are available. Believing them we paid for the full checkup in advance. Now it has been more than 3 weeks and they are not providing us the reports even when they are available. They are ignoring our calls and messages knowing we can't physically come to the hospital. They are very helpful only till the billing process and till they receive the money, after that they do not care about the patients. Worst experience of our life. Would recommend to avoid this hospital.

Drs on duty are so good, specially dr Abhas is too good with patient and attenders as well. But pls don't give reviews before discharge because staff becomes so rude and arrogant after that, even they don't look and talk to you. They don't ready to tell you procedure and all information about your patient medicines. So pls aware, don't give reviews and rating before discharge. No care

I went for my annual medical check up. The doctors and staff are very friendly. They explain each and everything in a patient manner. The facilities are very good. The ambience is neat and clean. Overall, a very positive experience. One of the best facilities in Gwalior.

In terms of treatment and doctors the hospital is on top but if I talk about the MANAGEMENT the hospital is WORST -The ground staff didn’t know how to talk with patients attendants. -The Floors were very dirty. -Slippers used by staff in ICU to maintain decorum of intensive care were also used in corridors so how can we called ICU as intensive Care. -Purchasing of Medicine, make you stand for at least 1-2 hours. Mentioning all these points only to improve and I hope the management will do better coz you are running a brand name and as a consumer we only want basic hygiene, cleanliness and basic response from ground staff.

I went to hospital after telephonic consultation to fix my mother L1 vertebra fracture and during general anesthesia some events happened, sugery deferred finally she expired after few days. Being a doctor i have asked few questions but hospital couldn't answered. 1. Anesthetist told me that patient went in to bradycardia, hypotension and after medication went into atrial fibrillation 2. Surgeon told that systolic blood pressure never fall below 100mmHg (Contradictory statement) 3. When they called me in Operation theater my mother was unconscious and on inotropic support and told me that procedure had been deferred due to arrhythmia. 4. After shifting to ICU mother had multiple episodes of seizures and finally diagnosed Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy. So basically it was Death on table but anyhow with resuscitation they make heart to beat. So, Private hospital behaves like they are great and can do everything. Lady doctor in emergency was very rude she told "Aaj ka hi din decide Kiya treatment ke liye" (One day before diwali). Another worst thing they don't have I house MRI. So for that they have to send patients another MRI centre but who cares about patents (My mother was Intubated and suspected spinal cord injury and shifted for MRI without doctor). Even they don't have qualified peoples so that they can check the patient Intubated with Armored Endotracheal Tube (non compatible with MRI) due this they return patient and changed ET tube. So when patient went for spine surgery to prevent further damage but staff shift the patient for investigation like they don't care. I must say in private hospital what I experience that they lost their ethical and moral values. I pray God when they lost their loved ones, then they will realize the actual pain of losing someone..... Till now I couldn't find the truth that what happened inside the OT. I did mistake to believe in private hospital for better treatment but it was worse experience.

Nice experience. We came here in emergency at 5 am.emergency duty staff and doctor Jitendra Rajput take quick decision and take appropriate action immediately. Hospital staff and TPA Staff is very cooperative. Nice experience.

Sulekha Bansal mam has provided outstanding help and support during health checkups and also in an emergency situation. Staff is very co-operative and nice. Doctors are soft spoken and considerate. Overall good experience. One star is reduced just for eye checkup related time wastage at Ratan Jyoti. The process for eye checkup is very time consuming and not well synchronised.

My daughter has been admitted in Apollo Spectra gwalior, due to Dengu. Overall medical staff is good including doctor and nursing. Service is literally very 3rd class, their TPA made mistake and punishment has been given to my little angel. After 6 days stays they trouble us by keep us waiting for discharge for 12 ours. And the “Cherry on the top” their management’s very very very ….. RUDE and irresponsible behaviour Specially there is some Dr Amit Kumar (with one more management staff In tika and kurta payjama) , I don’t know his profile, I wast guided by Nursing staff to meet him for help. And when I requested him with my folded hands to atleast discharge my daughter she is not well, I am here only till all clearence , he replied .. “kuch ni ho sakta Jab tak approval ni aayega hum bache ko ni bhejenge” in such a reude way and that i have never been heard. Very Very Very bad experience in apollo gwalior. Seriously ye Apollo ka naam kharab kr re hain.

Pathetic services , staff too irresponsible they behave with their patient very rudly especially those who in night shift staff i personally suggest don't go their for treatment there are too many options for the good and better treatment

Nice hospital facilities. medical officers have adequate professional knowledge. Co-operation and behaviour of staff are very nice. My wife delivered two baby girl all care has been done by the hospital whenever she was in NICU.

We came here in critical condition but all the treatment and care provided by Dr. Ujjwal sharma sir and the staff is very good. The staff and team working in hospital are very helpful . We are highly obliged to Dr. Ujjwal sharma sir and Apollo hospital team.

Very good hospital, nursing staff is very cooperative n friendly. Doctors are also cooperative n knowledgeable and having upper hand on their specializations. I would like to extend my thanks to Dr. Abhas and Dr. Ujjwal for attending my father so nicely n patiently. The only problem I faced here is with Ayushman card window

My father is admitted here for renal treatment. The experience is not so good so far!! Don't know why it takes the entire day to get discharged from the hospital. During doc visit in the morning hours, it was advised to process the discharge formalities and it took the whole day to get discharged. It's not the first time but they usually take the whole day in getting these discharge formalities done. This needs to be fixed as one should not needed to spend whole day in the hospital. Just not giving any importance to others time!!!

Great doctor, and the nursing staff was also good. But I had a terrible experience with the billing process, the billing staff and TPA staff totally harassed me. My treatment was under cashless facility but they charged me an amount without any concerned bill and proper clarification.

I was here for my helth checkup. It was very well co-ordinated and hassle free. All the logistics and information was well informed in advance. All the amenities and staff was up to the mark.

Very cooperative staff. Went there for health check up. All things are done well on time. One of the issue which i have found is the canteen food. We need to ask for the food many times undergoing health check up. Most of the times response will be it is finished.

We have taken our mother here due to her respiratory problems . She was in critical condition. We have lost hope but Dr. Ujjwal Sharma ( chest physician ) helped us a lot and recovered her with his good treatment. The staff of ICU as well as private ward was very polite and helpful. Results of surgery of my mother came in quick time & she recovered from her illness in a short time of 3 days after neurosurgery. Doctor Anugrah is one of the best Doctor of Hospital. However in term of services the hospital need to improve certain basic eminities like cleaniness of the rooms and their washrooms. Further the room alloted was stinking and sofa provided for attendent was so torn down that hardly anyone can rest on it. Hope the management will look into it.

I had an outstanding experience at the Apollo gwalior. The hospital room was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. Entire staff right from the attentive nursing care to the doctor's thorough diagnosis and follow-up, everything was exceptional. Dr Vijay Gupta is an excellent doctor of neonates at Gwalior. My baby was born with low weight, suffered from septicemia but with great care and treatment, baby got recovered, without any particular side effects. Also I want to express my gratitude towards NICU Dr and Nursing staff who are very well trained in neonates emergency and critical care. Finally Apollo hospital and it's management is excellent in service.

The overall experience at RJN Apollo Spectra Gwalior was really very good. My mother was admitted for the operation of Gall Bladder stone. I underwent surgery in Apollo Spectra Hospital Gwalior under Dr Pravesh Gupta. I had been suffering from kidney stones in both my kidneys for really long time leading to severe urine infection and blood passage in urine. Dr Pravesh Gupta diagnosed precisely what my problems were, their extent and then discussed about the treatment by explaining very clearly with a figure drawn, about the diagnosis and further procedures. The surgeries I underwent were pain-free and even the Post operative care was exceptional and at every step of my recovery, Dr Pravesh Gupta and his expert team kept a close watch at me and expertly guided the recovery process. I was discharged from the hospital in a fit condition and with clear instructions on how I should conduct myself at home and what medicines I should take.
