Lifts doesn't work more than a week. AC was not working for CCU waiting area. No ventilation so many mosquitoes around. Charges are super high with zero facilities and no body bothered even after complaining so many times.It seems they are doing pure BUISSIENESS nothing else. Canteen also doesn't have anything except bread pakoras and patties only unhealthy options around.

I was admitted for covid-19 treatment here and I can say that the treatment was very good. Doctors visits regularly on time, special thanks to Dr. Shashwat Mishra. Food was also good. Following proper Hygiene and cleanliness. Nurses and staffs were very friendly. It may have been somewhat costly and not afforded by all, but it was totally worth it. They have maintained their standard well.

Worst experience with radiology department, Unprofessional, inexperienced lady doctor Rekha Jain, done sonography in last month of pregnancy. She had treated my wife very badly, her process of doing USG was like a child played with a prompt. She used USG machine probe very hard and pointedly over the whole abdomen. Just because of this my wife faced extreme pain. Besides this, she conveyed us wrong information about highly sensitive medical terms like placenta and fetus position. Highly disappointed from this big brand name of Sri Sai Hospital.

The staff members are very patient & soft (For MICU only) towards the attendents but there is a slight fallback which I noticed that they didn't tell you before, which test has to be done they just take the patient for the test suddenly without informing the family member. Once a patient become normal they do not go to check their bottle...dip was also in bad condition...When the inspection team came there...they became to show off like they care too much...I feel not so good..just money making machine....

I had to give 1 star as there was no option for -5stars(minus five). The staff is worst on the planet. They admitted my brother in icu for 3 hours and later told my father that he is going for an operation. My father was not being informed with anything related to operation. He previously had also told them not to do the same. He rushed to the doctor in charge and asked him. The doctor simply said it was a mistake by staff and just said Sorry. The staff doesn’t know what happens to a small kid in icu without his parents.

Complaint against the OPD Department and Admin Department. I came to Moradabad from Laksar. I got an appointment with Dr. Razi. On 24th April, I waited for 5 hours in the queue to see the doctor. He asked me to go for some tests which I did. On 25th April, I wanted to get the reports analyzed by the doctor. I came and waited for more than 1 hour for my turn however the person managing the doctor's queue was rude and incompetent. He was allowing other members to get into doctor's room in between the normal consultation queue for report analysis. When I asked, he replied that I need to wait as per the normal queue for the patient consultation. Where in the earth, it happens like this? I have seen people on 24th April and 25th April going to doctor's chamber to get the reports analyzed without getting an appointment number. Also, I have observed that the guy managing the prescription was arranging them in wrong order. The guy was not at all sincere in managing the queue and found watching movie instead of managing queue and facilitate patients. So, I completely wasted Rs. 700 for consultation (which is not complete, no medicines prescribed, no treatment initiated) & Rs. 1500 for tests. Also, wasted 2 days of my time. If you guys ever open your complains register, I logged in a complaint. Your hospital seems to be like another money making machine in the market. Pity such hospitals are ISO certified.

I want to pay medicine bill by e payment. Computer staff make bill 538.65 and Round up by .35 paisa.I ask why u Round up when I make e payment, he make same amount bill again after half an hour. For this act ask the administration he say my system are not updated. then Why u waiting me half an hour. This is chiting. updated ur system for e payment, and make transparency.
