    9 times out of 10 their ice cream machine doesn’t work. What is the point in even offering such items? The only positive to this place is they have 1 order taker/cashier that’s been around for a long time that knows what she’s doing. She’s polite, fast, and very efficient.

    I was here at 4:10 AM on December 1st 2023. I tried to use a mobile code for a 2 dollar breakfast sandwich and the guy working there insisted that it was only valid if i spent 2 dollars and even though i showed him on the app that its a 2 dollar breakfast sandwich 1 time a day he still insisted i had to pay 2 dollars first to get it. I told him never mind and left. I will not be going back to this mcdonalds again. This was a horrible experience.

    It has been a while since I came to this location. They have updated. I stopped in for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The service was quick. My food was hot, which means fresh. I can't speak for evenings as I have not ever been here at dinner time. I love the update they have made to this location. I have also been in the restrooms they were clean. The gentleman cleaning the seating area was nice he greeted me when I came in. When I left, he told me to have a great day. The drive-thru line moves quickly as well. I noticed before going in & when I was leaving. My experience was good. I can't speak for others.

    Went to curb side order 2 large fries and a bag of apple slices. I waited over 10 minutes in spot 4 for my order. I went inside to politely ask what was taking so long. The lady with green hair and the blond manager both were rude, snippy and unprofessional to me. I even had another customer say that I was being polite when I asked and that they were loud and aggressive. Will never go back other than to speak to the general manager tomorrow.

    Super slow. They will only get one lane , where 3 cars are now head of you. Don’t listen to your order & don’t tell you what they have or don’t have. I got a sprite freeze , already pay for it. They said they didn’t have it , so I end up paying more for my drink. I ask for no ice and got ice. Ask for Splenda and got no Splenda. Oh and they don’t tell you how much your order is , they just stare at you for the money. Then the frappe be leaking in your car everywhere because they give you a cup with a hole in it. You lose half of your frappe since they don’t give you a new one , they just put a cup over it. I think I’m good coming back to this location because you can’t even get free water 😂!

    Probably the most efficient McDonald's I've been to. Never had a complaint with incorrectly made or bad food. For McDonald's as a whole, I'd like the app to be more integrated. For example, you cannot place an order in the app for 2 for $3 Mix and Match. Sometimes the kids are indecisive, and I don't want to hold other people up. Having the flexibility to order from my phone makes ordering smoother for me.

    Had a large order 2 plain double cheeseburgers, 2 double cheeseburgers, 20 piece nuggets, double quarter pounder w/cheese and bacon plain, mcchicken and 3 large fries. Had to pull up and wait no problem big order. Kid came out with a bag of food read the order off the receipt to include the quarter pounder. When we got home there was no quarter pounder. It is horrible to have to tell a child that their food isn't in the bag. Everyone is grabbing their food while one is just watching. I gave him one of the plain double cheeseburgers and split the other one with the dogs. The dogs are use to getting their own double cheeseburgers.
