I normally make a point to stop at Loves Truck Stops when I am on the road. I have stopped at others before overnight and never had an issue. This one was below what I usually find. The store was not clean, the food area needed attention. It was stocked ok but the counters etc needed to be cleaned and wiped down. The bathroom was fair, but needed cleaning. I felt like the employees did not really pay attention to detail and would rather congregate. I bought food, some cards, fuel and something to drink there that night and went to take a good nap. Early in the morning a security person woke me up and told me to leave now! This is the first time ever that I was run out of a Loves Truck Stop. So, beware if you want to get some sleep there, the security guard is not friendly and he is insistent!

Security woke us up 7 hrs into our 10 hour, 3 hours before our drop and told us we had to leave. My husband is now driving dog tired,, 22 unpaid miles out the way to find some place to park. Top flight security!

Felt like security was guarding the coffee and candy. Management needs to get a job. A truck stop that doesn't sell stamps. I truly like pilots coffee - but not here ( terrible) I'm a local that buys diesel regularly but I won't rush back here. It was my second visit and probably my last.

The female, 2nd shift manager that's African American is extremely rude and disrespectful. She refused to provide her name. So, I describe her to the best of my ability... But, she is running customers off with her attitude. I know I won't be returning or recommending this location to anyone I know... She's abusing her power being a manager. Something needs to be done. She should not be in a manager position. Her customer service skills are very poor. And, that's putting it nicely

She should not be in a manager position. She could use more training on how to properly speak to customers.

During a visit to this location I was asked to leave by the manager because I was accompanied by my service dog. He was properly vested with his id showing that he is a certified service animal meeting all federal requirements. I was too service dogs were not allowed. Filing a complaint with the ADA.

Parking for locals only (straight trucks, dropped trailers). Few, if any, spots for overnight parking. Creative parkers WILL be harassed by security with accusations in of blocking imaginary traffic. Most ghetto Loves in the Midwest.

Not great, and this is an all over loves issue if you can't afford good enough wifi for high capacity usage then you shouldn't charge customers for it when a phones wifi hotspot out matches you. Showers are decent not the cleanest place but not the worst
