    Absolutely the worst experience ever as a dasher. I went last night.4/18/23. Door dash assigned me 3 orders. They refused to give my my 3rd order which affects my pay and my ratings. The "Manager" was rude. He would not give me his name or de-escalate. He was bagging orders for dash. Not passing them through we had lines and wait times of 45 min per car. It was awful. Entire staff was unprofessional. Talking bad about customers and dashers loud enough for us to hear. I will never return to this location as a patron or a dasher. It's a shame that these people don't have better people skills. I also feel like Rallys in general cannot handle the door dash or mobile app orders. It's too much for them. They seem to not be able to keep up with them. I reported rhem to dash and rep said they get alot of complaints out of this location. Order wisely and if this store comes up on your app. Dismiss it or....waste time with the worst service in Dayton.

    Came in as a food delivery driver and sat in the delivery line for AN HOUR. Why even offer delivery if you can't provide same service you do to normal drive thru customers? Myself and 3 other drivers waited until your lunch rush was over before you started handling delivery orders, and at that point it was insanely quick. Like the food had been sitting there forever waiting to be bagged. Will never pickup a delivery or even order food from this rally's again

    The customer service at this location was terrible!! Not one smile. The AI who takes your order was way friendlier than the lady's working here tonight. Smdh Chivalry and good customer service is are dead and gone. Things of the past.

    I was told to pull off to the other side of the parking lot because my order had more than the normal amount of items. I was corrected to not wait in the “pickup” lane when I was handed my order. I would like to know where else am I gonna go to wait because a prior visit a manager had me park in the lot and a worker had an issue leaving the building to give me my order. I’m confused at always being wrongfully corrected every time I stop in. Who cares?

    The automated ordering system is awful. If you forget or want to add anything at the window its completely forbidden according to the staff they have a time limit. Ok really, so my time is not important? I have to go all the way back in line and wait another 20 mins for one item! All of the staff at this location are rude. As many others have stated. I will never understand how employees at chick-fi-la are always nice, and places like this never are. I cant wait for an automated response from the owner who REALLY cares what the customers thinks

    Worst experience at Rallys. The food was less than par. The saving grace was the milkshakes. Other than that, the food is over flavored and too spicy.

    Ordered a sunday and funnle fries, got the fries but got a slushy instead (not even close to the same), staff were so off putting I felt more inclined to leave then go back and get the right order, doubt I'll be returning

    Food is delicious. I dont feel credit needs to be given to the workers since the food is the same at every one of their restaurant. And the workers are so rude I mean ive driven of not getting my already paid for food I was so irritated and annoyed with how rude and ill mannered they were smh

    My boyfriend and I love this location. The food is always hot and fresh and definitely worth the money. The service on the other hand🫡 I have never met a single nice worker there. They are always rude and pushy and when you try to tell them to have a good day, they just close the window on you. Best rally’s around besides the service. They may not be friendly, but man are they the best at making the food.

    This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Didn’t get any food bc no one wants to work there. What does that say about a company when they allow the store to close to normal drive-up customers and take online orders only. I found it very discriminatory and the store employees very disrespectful in the way they did not perform their job and serve every customer. Their solution is a free fry. No thank you. I will take my money to a restaurant that respects all of its customers.

    I was a DoorDashIn tonight. The food smelled so good so I went ahead and ordered me a fry lover burger. The woman who served me was named Gina. She offered me a double fry lover burger I’ve never had it and it’s delicious. The customer service they gave me was above and beyond in the speed was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this rallies either late night, or during the day.

    This rally has been here my whole life. It has always looked the same. Decided to eat at the table under the umbrella for the first time this week. Was replacing windows around the corner at the church so Decided to sit outside at the tables for the first time in my life. It was definitely an experience! Food was fresh and I enjoyed it.

    Our doordash order was not delivered properly. We are all human and I understand that mistakes can be made. We drove the order back to the store and reordered our food. When we recieved our new food I noticed the ice cream had red flavoring on top and I had ordered chocolate. When i informed the lady working the register she scoffed, threw the ice cream in the trash with attitude, took forever to make the new one and only filled it half way. I do not understand why people have jobs that involve interacting with other humans, when they would get smacked by their own mama for acting like such a fool. It was completely unnecessary and all over some icecream. Get. A. Grip.

    Ordered online which meant I had to wait over 20 minutes while the other window was empty. Ordered cheese added to the burgers, which there was none. I think our food waited for us the whole time as it was all cold. I would have rated this experience a 2 if this was all but.... every bite tasted like we were smoking a carton of cigarettes. Our stomachs turned and we were all ready to vomit. Very disgusting. Get it together Rally's!!

    Very disappointed with my most recent trip to this Rally's. Their online ordering was down, so I couldn't use any of my rewards on their app. I did not want to hold up the line by trying to utilize my rewards at the window, so I had planned to just use my receipt to add points to my account after our visit; however, I realized once I got home that they did not give me my receipt. I also came to find out once I got home that they did not add to my sandwich the cheese that I paid extra for. The temperature of our food was disappointing, and I probably could have taken them up on their offer for when your fries are subpar if I was really trying to do all that. They also did not put the mozzarella sticks we ordered in the bag, and they didn't answer the phone when I called, so I had to leave my house to go back to the store. Not sure if we'll be back anytime soon...

    Inhospitable. The staff attitudes are undermining this businesses performance. Making complications and errors and just hateful and disrespectful toward innocent people coming for food orders. There is no reason to try to make a guest at your restaurant pull from one side of the building to another to pick up food. You are being cruel, you saw me waiting at the window and you sipped a strawberry milkshake and blew me off. I pull around to ask for the order and you instead of just getting it to me, tell me to go to the other side. There is no logical explanation. That makes no sense you can hand the order out either side or the front. You are no better than anyone else stop with the power abuse, game playing. Orders suffer because of sickening behavior of staff who have lack of value for others to get decent treatment or food, a complete lack of regard for not only the delivery person waiting the customer who is waiting for their meal. 6/7/23 10:20 pm doordash lane not acceptable- was ignored- drive through lane also not able to pickup when it clearly states you can pick up at any of the 3 windows they have.

    I have to say. I’ve been Very critical of this Rally’s in the past because they’ve always been very slow and always got the order wrong. But after stopping by this evening, I was very pleasantly surprised! We ordered 4 separate meals and they nailed every single order. The sandwich was plain as requested and all the food was Hot and delicious! 2 people in particular I want to recognize, Both named Michael, are exceptional and very good with customers. Based on this experience alone, I’m very likely to return again! Thanks so much for a great experience!

    Me and Rick was out on the Harley and stopped.. the food was actually pretty good.. it was fresh everything and hot.. we sat outside and it started getting chilly out.. but the burger and Fry's was so good we sat outside and ate every bite.. and them strawberry swirl ice creams.. damn they are so good..

    The food was pretty good. I will say that it was strange talking to an automated voice to place my order and when I got to the window the employee wasnt to friendly. Only other complaint was that my coke was mostly carbonation and tasted nasty.

    I ordered a number two got a number one instead. From here on out I am going to sit in the drive-through for a few minutes until I can verify every single item in the bag before I depart. Unwrapping each sandwich to verify. Don’t bother trying to call. They disconnect the phone line. The number on the receipt is a bad number. They turn the phone off. At this point I’m just gonna file disputes, and chargeback every time I get the wrong order.

    This may sound funny to some but when I went to place my order with their Robotic(AI) platform, it got my entire order messed up and I had a coupon to use as well and it said for me to pull around so my coupon can be scanned. Well, I pulled around to the window and the girl asked for my coupon, I then gave it to her and then she told me their machine "literally just broke down". Really!? So she asks the manager to come help her and he came and told me the exact same thing she did. My bill should've been around $20+tax but without me being able to use their coupon it came to be $37+tax. I was like Bye! It's not about me using the coupon, that's not my point. It was how both employees handled the situation. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. Sounds funny I know. But these days the Struggle is Real! And regardless of any kind of service you receive, the employees should be able to get the job done correctly without being rude and disrespectful! We all have good days and bad days, I know this.

    Kinda neat automated ordering but horrible making food. Fries cold. Paid 11 dollars for a meal and sandwich could be correct. Now I'm at work and don't have anything to eat for 12 hrs. :( Very upsetting. Man receipt says correct but worker could make or give correct sandwich... BBQ Bacon Buford was looking forward to try, definitely not what I received.

    My mother in law went through the drive thru and had me on speaker phone reading what was on specials so i can order,the woman was extremely rude and told her to hurry that she's on a timer,so she just ordered something to get out of there! I work in this industry and would NEVER treat customers like this! I was there 8-22-2022 at approximately 4:00pm

    After 12am the system always seems to be down, it is 12:21am..., employees 3 of them outside smoking, talking and it seems to be an ongoing issue, how are the systems down every night?, if they are outside relaxing they may as well close the store for the night, cause I'm sure they are gonna say the system is down until they close

    The lady working the window today 8-22-22 at 3:45 pm was incredibly rude commenting on my comments I made to the machine while ordering . basically telling me how dumb she thought I was for making those comments .her job is to pass food through a window and take money, not comment on what a customer might say to the machine.I used to eat there 3 or 4 times a week ordering at least $25 worth of food each time. My friends and family have also decided not to eat there until she is fired.

    If I could rate a 0 this time, I would! Worst customer service experience. I had ordered what I usually order everytime I come to this location. The woman working the window was extremely rude. I tried to explain the issue, & she yelled at us that she couldn't hear me. Then when the issue was explained to her, she tried to basically tell me I was wrong & that what I wanted wasn't available & hadn't been available for years. Then I asked her how much a different combo is, she rudely replied, I dunno, but you'll probably be paying more. I also witnessed her yelling at another customer at the other drive thru window. Absolutely ridiculous! I don't know what's wrong with most of the food industry workers here & other places, but this kind of behavior is what makes a business lose business. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

    The lady who works there with the pink hair got me right. She was so patient and polite with me even though I felt like I was making my order complicated. Everything was in the bag fresh and I couldn't have been more grateful. This might be the best Rally's in the city, honestly.

    Me and my boyfriend got two strawberry cheesecake Sundays a piece we each got a large Coke and we shared a large fry. I usually would give them five stars but I can't because the ice cream was like already melted and it just wasn't right. I was really disappointed tonight.
