This
may
sound
funny
to
some
but
when
I
went
to
place
my
order
with
their
Robotic(AI)
platform,
it
got
my
entire
order
messed
up
and
I
had
a
coupon
to
use
as
well
and
it
said
for
me
to
pull
around
so
my
coupon
can
be
scanned.
Well,
I
pulled
around
to
the
window
and
the
girl
asked
for
my
coupon,
I
then
gave
it
to
her
and
then
she
told
me
their
machine
"literally
just
broke
down".
Really!?
So
she
asks
the
manager
to
come
help
her
and
he
came
and
told
me
the
exact
same
thing
she
did.
My
bill
should've
been
around
$20+tax
but
without
me
being
able
to
use
their
coupon
it
came
to
be
$37+tax.
I
was
like
Bye!
It's
not
about
me
using
the
coupon,
that's
not
my
point.
It
was
how
both
employees
handled
the
situation.
Very
unprofessional
and
unapologetic.
Sounds
funny
I
know.
But
these
days
the
Struggle
is
Real!
And
regardless
of
any
kind
of
service
you
receive,
the
employees
should
be
able
to
get
the
job
done
correctly
without
being
rude
and
disrespectful!
We
all
have
good
days
and
bad
days,
I
know
this.
