The place is always clean and the service is top notch. I am currently not eating carbs and this is how they served me. Tomato was tasty and ripe. The toppings are always fresh and as usual the burger is fantastic.

Forgot my A1 sauce on the pickup order, Guys. FYI for ordering fries online for the likes of Five Guys and Penn Station: They drop the fries when you show up. While it might be coming from a place of good gesture, don’t get pickup expecting to grab and go. Stand there like a mom knows best for her first born and wait anyway if that’s what you want. It has been awhile and I forgot. In case you didn’t know, they are very generous with their amount fries.

Never a disappointment when I visit a five guys location. This one was nice and clean. Had quick service for our food and had a polite staff. Love having the shelled peanuts as a quick little appetizer. Overall very good, with a very clean establishment.

I just love walking into places while employees get berated by management(at least I think it was a manager she was the only one who had on a different color shirt) in front of customers. If an employee makes a mistake handle it professionally not but yelling at them in front of customers. Asked for my fries and the employee tried to get them and the manager proceeded to yell at them yet again. The food was not up to the same standards I’ve gotten from other locations. Burgers were way smaller than usual.

Had an online order. They quickly finished my order. They were friendly during the whole experience. The food was yummy as well. Would recommend this location.

Workers were great and patient as I was ordering with my 3 year old in my arms. Food is always fantastic when I go. It's also great because it's how a burger should be, not picture perfect, but delicious. Fries are always great with an abundance of them, and don't forget the free peanuts while you dine in or wait for food. Always a reliable choice when traveling and want a good meal.

The burger was perhaps slightly above average. The fries were plentiful. The service was good. I'll go back and try their shakes next time.

While 5 Guy's is still solid, it's rather pricey. Also, their gift card reader wasn't working, which was annoying. I'll give the staff credit, they tried multiple times to get it read, but to no avail. I still enjoy their burgers, though; I'd definitely recommend loading them up with lots of toppings for best effect

As per our experiences at this location. To go order not correct— again! Order 27 on June 3. Ordered and paid for a junior bacon cheeseburger and they forgot the cheese. Not worth going back as we already were home.

Burger was good. Don't think it was $12 good. Forgot things on my burger. Customer service was terrible. Guy at the counter didn't want to be there. More than likely, I won't be returning.

Had the best experience here! I ordered burgers and after eating some of my burger something was wrong. I always feel guilty going back and getting food remade. They were very understanding and remade the burger and even gave me $10 off for my next visit. What a great place to eat! I will definitely be coming back

The prices at Five Guys have gotten ridiculous. I can't believe it's now over $9 for a single bacon cheeseburger. Plus $5 for fries, a few bucks for a drink, and you're at nearly $20 for lunch! Yes, the food is good, but at those prices it's a hard sell. At least the employees are usually lively and personable. Great service for sure.

My usual here is a bacon cheese dog with grilled onions and mayo. It's so good. Their fries are THE best, in my opinion. A small is plenty for my husband and I to share. It's a bit pricey, but worth it now and then! Yum.

I had not visited the new 5 Guys location in Centerville since they moved across the street. It is quiet during the pandemic as they are doing takeout only. I was greeted by a very nice cashier who took my order. There were a few people waiting for thier food and it took me a second to realize that I should have ordered online to avoid waiting. No big deal as the food was hot and my car got that exceptional 5Guys smell...

Good food, poor service. Ordered online for curbside pickup. Received confirmation email saying curbside. Texted "on my way" and "here." After waiting 20 minutes, I had to go inside to get food which was sitting on a shelf, forgotten. The receipt on the bag even had model and color of car. This happened the previous online order also. Next time I will try another location.

My burger was fine as usual, however the fries were a terrible disappointment I paid for a large side fries and anticipated it for enough to share however I receive something much closer to what you get with a large size Fry at Chick-fil-A which I do not think is in line with Five Guys standards or pricing. Also my fries were just barely Cooks none were crispy all were soggy they had not been fried enough to get the oil back out of the potato flesh. I ended up throwing away a $5 side of fries and eating potato chips instead pray that this was not the Five Guys meal I was looking forward to

I usually go to the one in Austin Landing. I was in the area and got take out from this one. I had a long strand of hair in my fries. I won't be back to this location.

The problem I'm having is with the app and the policies of it - It SAYS curbside service, but in reality, when you get there, YOU have to go in and get your product. So, what is the reality, Five Guys? The Centerville location has done this to us 3 times, so I have to assume it' is a policy that they won't come out, even after we have texted that "We're Here"... I love your food. Don't love your app.

Did a curbside order and called when I arrived. I waited 10 minutes and no one came out, so I went to tell the manager I had been waiting 10 minutes, she didn't seem to care, neither did the two employees smearking behind her. When i got my food, my fries were cold.. I should have traveled another 5 minutes to go the other location.

If I would have to rate on food alone it would be a five because that was very good Your help that you have not so much The young man that rung us out was very rude And with me having COPD for me to eat here I had to put on a mask which leads me to believe that I will not be back until after covid is over. I do know I will not be back to the Centerville five guys though
