    After an awful service experience, I foolishly ordered a new Hilux with Vantage. I was told of a 7 month waiting time and now every time I ask it moves another couple of months, and have just been told it’s a 17 month total wait. I sold my old Hilux to them on the basis of their previous assurance on when the new one would arrive, and they’ve just offered to sell it back to me if I pay them their dealer rates for all the work that wouldn’t have been needed if my replacement had arrived when they told me it would at the point they took my deposit. Also, they tried to charge me more for my new one when the sales manager left and hadn’t processed the order as he should.

    I would like to thank everyone at Vantage Toyota Morecambe for their excellent service, and fitting me in so promptly after having bought a Toyota GT86 from elsewhere and having had problems that really wasn't down to them to fix! Not only did they get me in right away to make sure I was safe and my mind put at ease! Vernon also insisted they only charge me half the price because he didn't want to see me out of pocket any further and topped up my aircon gas for free to make sure my journey home was a pleasant one for my young daughter and I. Also a thank you to Vanessa (I think was her name! apologies if I've got it wrong) for seeing to me on arrival and making me feel welcome and was very helpful in making sure my little girl wasn't going to be bored while they had my car. And not forgetting James who kindly spent another 20 minutes with me afterwards going through the report to make sure I was happy and explained everything in detail. I can't recommend them enough. A 5 Star Service and 5 Star Customer Service with a personal touch. Many many thanks and I most definitely will be returning. 😊😊😊😊😊

    I've had a number of Toyotas over the years. All serviced by the garage. I had my Yaris service recently which was probably the best one ever. Arranging the work was easy. Made a great job of it and did the M.o.T and fixed a small problem for nothing. It was Major service for £315 and the M.O.T just over 50. The service was quick and i got a video from the lady that did the service a couple of hours later. It showed the the car on the ramp and she explained what had been done. As usual there was nothing much wrong, just a warning for a tyre needing to be replaced before long. When i picked the car up it had been cleaned. Thank you. Great job.

    Vantage Morecambe are a pleasure to deal with. They understood our requirement and did what they could to fulfil our expectations from beginning to end. Ian and Toby from the sales team are a credit to the firm and Toyota should repeat the same training these guys had for future employees. The personal touches went a long way in making my Mum happy.

    Had a really smooth experience for my car service today. There was a comfortable waiting area with refreshments & complementary wifi. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly & helpful. Car came back spotless & vacuumed. Special thanks to Sue :)

    From start to finish, Vantage Morecambe were extremely helpful. First, Martin explained on the phone what I needed to do to get the car moving (flat 12v battery in a self-charging hybrid RAV 4) - he even offered to bring a battery pack, had I not lived so far away. Then, on the day I phoned to get the car checked up, I was offered immediately to bring the car in and a courtesy car. The next day, I was called to say the car battery had been charged, it was fine and I could pick it up at my convenience. Not only that, but they’d washed it! Superb service, and I’ll be back.

    Our experience of buying a car at Vantage Toyota Morecambe was excellent. Our sales rep Chris was fantastic. Understood exactly what we wanted and got us the perfect car for us. He also took time to explain and show us all the workings of our new car. It was a definite 5 star experience for us. Thank you

    Excellent experience. Efficient drop off & pick up plus courtesy car as booked. Good comms & video showing important information whilst the car was being worked on. Sue was a pleasure to deal with & Rob (i think it was) took time to explain everything with the service, Mot & options to resolve issues found. Highly recommended from a happy customer

    Excellent, hassle-free experience from collection of my car from my home to its return with Service completed, work done, and MOT passed. I especially appreciated the video sent to my phone of a tour round my car showing MOT problems, with clear pricing and my ability to confirm having work done if needed for car to pass. My car was also immaculately cleaned inside and out, looking like new! Lovely, helpful, friendly and efficient staff from all aspects. Thankyou!

    Superb Service from Vantage Toyota - in terms of welcome, servicing and sales. I am very happy with this Branch of Vantage Toyota and have visited many times. Sometimes just to look around at Cars both old and news. Its not the biggest Toyota Branch but it tries to be friendly and very welcoming I find. Would definitely buy Toyota again.

    Great cars, affordable financing services but most important and most pleased I was by the attention offered by their amazing young lady, Bianca, which explained all my queries and help me choose the right car on great deal with just a 6.9% APR. Extremely happy with my new hybrid which is really cheap to run and luxurious looking.

    Really helpful and friendly sales staff. Having just returned from living in France for 20 years, we had a few problems which the staff did their utmost to sort out. We've now bought a Yaris which is a smashing little car and just right for our needs. The coffee at the garage us really good as well ☕☕🙂

    My car went in with an unknown issue and the service department did a full health check on the car and provided a very informative video with the outcome of their search providing options and alternatives. The staff are so helpful and really friendly. They offer fantastic customer service in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

    Great experience overall. All of the staff I had encountered, Chris, Ryan and Toby, were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Chris was very efficient in answering my queries and was great at checking in with me all along.     Called in with a flat tyre. Vantage looked at it straight away. I needed a new tyre which they fit there and then for me whist I waited. They even gave my car a wash and vac, which was a nice surprise. Fantasy friendly service, would highly recommend.

    Can't thank Toyota enough and especially Chris Prior who dealt with the sale and part exchange of my previous vehicle. Having met a few hurdles along the way that I thought would be problematic, Chris was speedy and efficient in his problem solving which resulted in a total of three days from first enquiry of the car to driving off 👌 always fitted my timings around his and even came in on his day off to sort out what I needed. If you need a car I can't recommend Toyota Vantage highly enough! When this cars up I'll be back for another! Quick mention to the boys in the garage that fitted my new brakes in record speed 👍

    I came in looking to buy my first car and immediately I was brought in by Ryan to help with the purchase. All questions answered in a manner I’d understand, very professional and got down to every detail. After leaving disappointed from another car dealership in Lancaster, I was over the moon when Ryan sold me my first car. Upon collection they had everything done for me, even down to getting to take off the red sheet on my car! Big thank you to Ryan for all his help.
