I am not a fan of leaving 1 star reviews but our stay at the Ayres Hotel was one of the worst experiences staying in hotels I have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted by a security guard who let us in to the lobby (we arrived late), check-in went well, and the overall atmosphere and decor of the Hotel looked great! I was excited, it appears well kept and clean -Which it is. Night 1 our stay went well, the next morning we decided to go visit family, and as such we left our card on the door that says do not disturb. ( we didnt want our beds made and we were fine on towels ) We came back to our hotel that late afternoon to discover that the staff STILL entered our room. I noticed the cash I had on my nightstand was also missing ( it was only 3 or 4 dollars ). I made all of us go through our personal belongings to make sure I we didn't accidentally take the cash off the nightstand -We didn't. I went to the front counter to express my concern that we left the sign on the door, and that the staff had still entered. I informed the front desk person "Cody" that I think we had the cleaning staff enter our room when we did not want it, and we are missing 3 or 4 dollars, not a big deal but the principal behind it was why I wanted to lodge a complaint. We later found out that my wife's brand new slippers also went missing that day. Cody did his best to try to be understanding but offered no resolution other than "sorry that happened to you , I will inform our manager". And that was that. I emailed their manager and have received 0 response. My next step is to contact their corporate office to at least let them know of this unsavory behavior in hopes the sticky handed staff will be busted. Aside from the theft it is a pretty nice hotel.

My car was damaged while staying here and it took almost three full days to get a simple answer. Did the perpetrator get captured in film? I'm aware the hotel isn't liable, but all I wanted to know was yes they are or no they aren't on camera. I had to show up in person three times. I also had to call several times. I left written notes more than once. Each time, the person I talked to had no idea what I was talking about since I had to repeat myself. The level of irresponsibility and complete disregard to not only a guest, but a military one is astounding.

I wish I could put less than 1 star. Someone stole my tire from my jeep rear-mount. They tried stealing my catalytic converter but they stole others next to my car overnight. The security is not doing their job. The admin cannot help because the cameras are pointed at the building not the parking lot. Horrible experience, it used to be good. Not anymore, please don't stay here unless you want your car broken into or stolen!!!

I just recently stayed at your hotel and overall the hotel and room were very nice. Unfortunately there were very loud noises that went on throughout the night and was not able to sleep. For the price having had to pay for one night this is disappointing and unacceptable. I would hope future issues like these would be resolved better to accommodate your guests.

This hotel was very quiet despite the fact it was busy. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was awesome and cheerful. Breakfast was an actual breakfast...not some frozen thing you heat up in a microwave.

Excellent! Monday through Friday breakfast is excellent. Eggs made to order...including omelets. Breakfast room has terrible acoustics! Very noisy if "full". Not all items on website are currently offered...no afternoon cookies, no on-site dinner menu/service. Tacos on the patio four nights a week. Limited offerings. Rooms are great.

The rooms are very clean and it is in a good location. For breakfast they have someone making fresh breakfast, but very little healthy options; the fruit is a Dole fruit cup ☹️. It is nice that they have a taco guy in the evenings, which is really good and priced well. Overall, though, it feels like a Hampton inn from the early 90s. The rooms feel outdated and as mentioned the breakfast is pretty old school. With all that said, it is a nice, clean place to stay and I'll likely stay here again.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was a little too soft for our preference. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location is perfect around plenty of restaurants, stores, a mall and Costco directly next door. We were excited about trying the delicious breakfast that is mentioned in reviews. Unfortunately the omelette bar is not available on the weekends which is not mentioned in the reviews. Otherwise the food is tasty and we enjoyed making our own mini waffles.

The rooms were good. The hotel seems a little old but the rooms do appear clean. The major attraction for me was the hot breakfast that they have.they make really good omelettes. Fresh waffles and a wide variety of cereals . Yoghurt, and juices. This place is also priced right unlike some of their other alternatives in the area.

We were in town for my parents funeral and we were recommended here by Miller-Jones Mortuary. I was not disappointed!! I have a difficult time staying at hotels because i used to manage a hotel for many years so the last few hotels we stayed at were a disappointment. But NOT here....the front desk staff was super courteous, the rooms were very clean, even the towels (which are what I always look at to determine the cleanliness) had no spots!!! Floors and carpets were clean (no stains) and the hallways and room smelled fresh. Definately be coming back here next time we are in California!!

Kyla assisted me with booking the room. She was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Due to her superb customer service, I chose this hotel. The stay was great, the only thing I didn’t like was the noise from upstairs, this was very annoying and disturbing.

Loved staying at the Ares for a four day wedding! Staff was professional and friendly, rooms were large and well apointed. Loved having a kitchen area in room with microwave, small refrigerator and coffee machine. Breakfast was plentiful, I would suggest they add a high brand non fat Greek yoghert to replace the brand they currently have. Wonderful in every way!

I had a great time .my room was great we stayed for 4 days .My sheets were very nice and clean.I went out to the pool. It was really awesome. I met one of the owner’s of the hotel He was very friendly. He was walking around talking to his employees and he was very respectable and kind to them. I stayed here for 4 days and for 3 days straight, we never had our rooms cleaned or beds made. We asked for towels when we were in the pool an the receptionist gave attitude over towels. There was about 15-20 people in the pool and they only brought out 5 towels. The washer was leaking water all over the floor. I've stayed at the one in Huntington Beach with amazing service. This one I wouldn't recommend.

Nevada the manager is an amazing person. I also am impressed with Alex in the dinning room. My son slipped on some water and she was more than helpful.

When I go to Moreno Valley to visit my in-laws, this is the hotel I stay at. The rooms are always nice and clean. Honestly, the whole place looks great. Most of all, I they have free hot breakfast that's pretty good.

Room was clean and well kept as was the rest of the facility. Only minor complaint was the lack of options for breakfast, food tasted the same pretty much each day.

My daughter and I stayed here for almost a week. Thank you for a wonderful experience. You will not find a better hotel experience for the price. Our rooms (and the whole hotel) were very clean, breakfast was fast, yet made to order if you like, convenient location to what we were there for, lots of dinner options around. They provide a great atmosphere to hang out for breakfast or in the evenings. There is a nice size business center which allowed me to come downstairs and work my east coast hours while my daughter slept in. All of the staff were super helpful. Rooms cleaned daily which was a surprise and delight! So many of the big chains do not offer this anymore as a “cost savings”. Thank you Ayres family and staff for making this trip memorable for my daughter and me.

Hotel is a solid 5 Star - Rooms, Staff, Breakfast, Gym, Cleanliness, Parking Lot. Moreno Valley is known for crime BUT, I felt VERY safe at this property.

The staff is truly amazing. They go out of their way to offer stellar service. That being said, the rooms are very basic. There’s a few things lacking and they’re really drab. I spent almost a week here. One day I didn’t have WiFi for about 5 hours. They changed my access code and didn’t tell me. I needed to attend to work several time zones ahead, which had me working in late evening hours, but there was no staff to assist until the next morning. I called the front desk several times. This put me behind in work. My first morning there housekeeping came at 8:21 a.m. That’s way too early. I asked them to come a bit later and they didn’t return at all until the next day. When they do clean the rooms they look impeccable. The breakfast had a lot of options. The waffle and omelette bar is nice but the buffet style eggs were always cold and the sausages were very poor quality ( full of bone shards and gristle). They also have an oatmeal machine, pastries and bagels and toast. The coffee is good. I expected more from the rooms had it not been for the amazing staff it would’ve been 2 and a half or 3 stars at the most.

This is a great hotel, I loved it because not only was the hotel spotless clean it's near every shopping place and eateries you can think of. The mall is right next door, Target down the street who could ask for anything more. I thought I left my iPad in the room called this morning and I believe Stephanie went to personally check to see if it was there. Can you say impeccable customer service!! I can't wait to stay again!

All were top notch. Very nice and clean hotel. Customer service was on point. Food was great and great prices for the evening snacks. I will be back often and this hotel will be my choice to stay at during my visit.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were impressed by the courtesy with which we were received upon check-in. The rooms were very clean, which is the most important thing, the beds were very comfortable and well presented, only one of the beds had the bed skirt wrinkled, something that is insignificant but you want me to tell you how to improve, maybe you can notice that. I recommend this hotel to people like me who likes comfort and cleanliness.

We love your hotel. It's always clean and very well maintained. The only thing we think that needs improvement is the mattresses are pretty hard.

My reservation was booked through family and friends. I enjoyed but, I figured all properties had pastries .but the omelets was delightful 😋. I would still return in the near future . 😃 . I hope to visit the spa next time. 😌.

My husband and I spent this past Valentine's Day at Ayers. We've stayed at this hotel many times before (over 5 times) and we always enjoy our visit but this time, they charged us $250 for smoking in the room. My husband and I never smoked in the room but they produced pictures of ashes left in the room and refused to pay our money back. I don't know if their hotel is doing bad or what but they have no right to charge customers for smoking when they have not smoked. I recommend that no one stays here. They will find an excuse to over charge you. They've never done this before but now they will.

From the outside the hotel looks pretty shabby compared to the other areas hotel and spas that have stayed at. Once you get into the lobby it looks a little bit better than the outside. Customer service is excellent. The rooms by far are the cleanest that I have stayed at. They are very warm and inviting. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance in the very small pool that resides outside. The Hampton next door is a downgrade

My kids and I stay here often. Every time we've stayed the staff was helpful & friendly, the rooms were clean. They have a great fresh buffet style breakfast, they also make omelette's to order. We have a great time at the pool & jacuzzi and it's never been to crowded the times we've stayed.

This hotel is very nice however I can't give it higher than 3 stars because the sheets were dirty old and dingy (so gross) in at least 2 out of 6 of our rooms. Our other guest may not have complained about there's. However I will give the breakfast 5 stars for the workers cleanliness and the great food options. For this reason I will stay here again only after examining the sheets in the room.

Adriana McAllister was great setting up our meeting room and the room was perfect. No issues with air conditioner, was hot during our stay. Alejandra, Q and Kahili ( i might have spelled her name wrong) were all accommodating, engaging and helpful. Fitness area and pool area were clean. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The three free tacos were a surprise and delicious, Polo and his wife were very nice. Thank you Ayres suites for a great three day meeting room and stay. David

This is a great hotel to stay in the only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because their security is not on point, they stole my catalytic converter from the front parking lot.

Very clean hotel and spa. Comfortable beds! Staff friendly and accommodating. Could use magnifying mirror in the restroom. Would definitely return.

Very nice facilities, handicap/elderly accessible (e.g. folding seat in shower). Pool is standard; deep end is only 5 feet. Hot tub was nice even in 100 degree weather. Front desk very helpful. Thank you for the sowing kit! I gave 4 stars because everything is built for people of standard height, but I'm about a foot taller so much of it is slightly annoying, for example my clothes on the hangars touch the floor. The maximum shower head height was about 5'11". Did not get a chance to evaluate the breakfast.
