    Kevin has been my coach since September and I highly rate him. I started on one session and week but soon bumped up to two as I was really seeking and feeling the benefits that come from his training sessions. Initially, I went to him for Olympic lifting practice but I soon found out he was much more than a strength coach. He is an all round great PT who really knows his stuff and will definitely leave you feeling satisfied after every session. He has a great eye for analysis and has really helped me claw back my range of movement again in right shoulder.

    I had sessions with Kevin for the best part of a year. Starting in Oct 2022. If you want to see improvements in your technique Kevins your guy. He is patient, explains things well and his attention to detail and vast knowledge of form and technique will see your training catapult in the right direction. I plan on return to Kevin at some point in the near future when time allows. Till then I’m using all the skills he taught me in the gym regularly and I’ve seen vast improvements in my squat, bench and deadlift as well as gaining the knowledge and confidence to put other movements, different dumbbells exercises, resistance bands and single limb work into my own training.

    I have had a shoulder pain for the last 4 years and I was getting annoyed until I found Kevin. Highly skilled I started to feel better after the first session and thanks to him my shoulder fells much better after 4 sessions. Would recommend and would definitely return

    Having recently been recommended to Kevin after various issues with my back and shoulder I would highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing pain or looking for a body MOT He hasn't just looked at the isolated area of pain, he has spent time working on the route cause and trying to educate me into thinking about what I do in my everyday life and what impact that can have on issues/symptoms Michael

    Kevin has been my coach now for 18 months and it just gets better and better. He always understands my goals and works with me to keep achieving them. Whenever I have an injury or challenge he is quick to adjust to my needs. He cares about my mental state as well as my physical well-being. I am now living between different countries and he is just so accommodating with coaching and programming.     I came to Kevin for Olympic weightlifting coaching and have been working with him for about 3 months now. As a national level master’s athlete in a different sport, I have had my fair share of different coaches and Kevin is easily amongst the very best I have worked with. Kevin is incredibly personable, with the only thing rivalling his knowledge of the sport being his enthusiasm for it. No question is too stupid to ask, and he has a canny ability to explain complicated movements and ideas in simple to understand ways which are easy to recall. Every session has been a clear progression of compounding drills which have led to me already being able to put together a competent power snatch and clean. I'd strongly recommend anyone in the Bournemouth area looking to improve their Snatch or Clean and Jerk work with Kevin.

    Kevin is a fantastic PT I had a block of strength training to help improve my form when squatting. Kevin made me feel very comfortable from day one, he took me back to basics and not only has my form improved dramatically but I've also added weight to the bar. Kevin is great at making you feel comfortable and pushes you to perform to your max. He's great with communication is is happy to review videos remotely and helps track your progress in between sessions. He is great at advice. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

    I started training with Kevin in June of 2022 and despite having no knowledge of weightlifting at all, I have been able to achieve a variety of lifts and goals I set for myself. Kevin has been amazing with introducing me into the world of weightlifting with his 1-2-1 sessions and continues to push me towards my fitness goals. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone at any fitness level if you are looking for the best training experience.

    Kevin has helped me to level up my skills as an Olympic lifters. He is full of knowledge that he will apply to your training to help you improve and provide you with assessments, videos and feedback about your progress. He is supportive, flexible and friendly and has a lot of experience as a coach and athlete so this is amazing because you feel motivated as he is strong too.

    I have been training with Kevin for about a year and am really feeling the massive benefits of improved strength and conditioning. He came highly recommended and as I regularly suffer with a prolapsed disc, I really needed a PT I could trust and rely on, with vast knowledge and Kevin is that and more. I am constantly learning as well as improving my fitness and understanding what I have to do to minimise injury - he works me hard but I’m having lots of fun doing it ! I know some of his other clients are serious athletes and I’m really not one - but this does not affect his work with me and that really stands out. I am always encouraged and supported. I would highly recommend Kevin !!

    As a coach myself I appreciate how hard it can be to take that first step and reach out for help - but I am so glad that I did. I have worked with Kev for the past 9 months, largely gearing towards passing my coaching strength and conditioning accreditation. During this time, not only has my technical ability improved exponentially across the multiple disciplines that are required for it (olympic weightlifting, speed, agility and plyometrics, effective programming) but I have also found myself implementing some of the strategies that Kev and I have used during our sessions together with some of my own clients (passing the torch, I guess you could say). I cannot begin to thank Kev for the time and patience that he has given to help me improve and the knowledge that it has left me with. It has made me both a better athlete and a better coach at the same time, and for that I am extremely grateful. If you are looking for a coach, then I cannot recommend him more.

    I first approached Kevin with zero background in sport, wishing to learn Olympic Weightlifting. Fast forward half a year, and I've just done my first competition. I owe this to Kevin's experience, professionalism and patience. Kevin has a passion for his clients' improvement. Thanks to his guidance, my lifting has completely transformed. I can't emphasize enough how much I've learned from working with him. It feels like this is just the beginning, as Kevin can always push you to do your best. I feel stronger (physically and mentally), more confident and most importantly, much happier with myself. Every session with Kevin is valuable, and I always look forward to them. He consistently explains everything very well and is more than happy to answer any questions. He takes his time to understand your strengths and weaknesses to make sure he can deliver sessions and programs specific to your individual needs. To summarise, he's a brilliant coach. He's constantly improving his skill set to deliver the best service he can to his clients. I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

    I've been working with Kevin for close to 2 months now and I'm already looking forward to hitting great improvements with my lifts. He helped me take my basic understanding of Olympic weightlifting to a new level, achieving much more consistent lifts and better technical proficiency. Kevin has been super detailed with feedback and the one to one sessions I had with him were always full of great examples in everything from warmups and stretches, to cues to implement for better lifts. He also helped me find back my motivation for working out and every week has been more exciting than the previous! Would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone interested in bettering their fitness journey!
