Very informative and we purchased an embroidery machine. Was told that they would send it 'next day delivery ' whereas they sent it economy and did not make the agreed delivery day. This caused extreme issues leaving a woman to deal with a heavy roadside delivery. If your going to buy buy locally to prevent transportation issues. Not was was promised.

I recently ordered a selection of moda grunge fabrics. They arrived really quickly and the lovely person that packed them even wrote the name of each on the fabric. Marvellous service and have already ordered more. I highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Booked my sewing machine in via a telephone call with Hayley who couldn't have been more charming or helpful. I wanted to leave my Janome en route to a week long holiday in St Ives - that way I wouldn't miss my machine as I wouldn't be able to sew for the week anyway! The charming service engineer Tom called me after just two days to say it was ready and working beautifully. I picked it up on my way out of the county back to Shropshire. Highly recommend this company to anyone. There were two huge rooms full of absolutely beautiful fabrics too but sadly I had no time to stop. Maybe next year...

Really impressed with the service from The Sewing Studio and would highly recommend. I was buying a new sewing machine and found their website really helpful, check out the machine features list as it really helps you narrow down your choice. I then spoke to the shop and had a friendly and really helpful chat with Anna (thank you) and was able to come to a decision. Anna gave lots of info based on the right machine for me and my use, she was very knowledgeable. They dispatched my new machine the following morning and it arrived the day after, carefully delivered by courier. Thank you for an excellent service.

Lovely sales assistant was patient and not pushy, listened to what we wanted and provided help and advice. Was so good to be able to try the machine out before buying to make sure it suits our needs. Very impressed with the store and would recommend

Popped in today for a few bits and pieces for a sewing workshop I will be attending. As an inexperienced dressmaker I need all the help I can get. The Sewing Studio exceeded all my expectations. I have never experienced such willing staff, all of whom were lovely. I couldn’t resist buying a pattern and some beautiful fabric and again, all the ladies were super helpful. I shall definitely become an online customer and am itching to get home to start sewing.

Love visiting this great shop, although every time I do I seem to end up spending money! Great range of fabrics as well as accessories and bits and pieces for any project I come up with. The staff are always helpful and chatty which comes in really handy when I need to ask something. Thank you!

The service I received from The Sewing Studio has been fantastic and I am so pleased I purchased my new sewing machine from them! After having a horrible experience with another company which resulted in a cancelled order, I called The Sewing Studio yesterday to check whether they had the machine I was looking for in stock. The lady who I spoke to checked both the stock system and with another member of staff, just to be certain. When asked if the machine would be shipped overnight, they set my expectations in case there was an issue with the courier (a sign of great customer service in my eyes). The machine arrived just after 08.00 this morning and is in perfect working order. I couldn’t be happier!
