On-going issue with dog walkers allowed into the cemetery - having complained previously to the cemetery and Julian Knight MP regarding an odious individual walking his dog over the Garden of Remembrance lawns, who I remonstrated with - now after a recent visit a family member informs me of dog mess on Lawn A - This is sacred ground where ashes of loved ones are scattered - It is a disgrace that dog walkers are allowed onto the site - there are plenty of places to walk a dog in Shirley. Its sickens my heart. Time to ban dogs - excepting assistance dogs - from the site.

Lovely refurbishment and friendly staff. The grounds are kept really well. It is a shame the office is no longer on site.

Not a place to visit, but when you do to see off your loved ones, the peace and tranquility it offers on such sad occasions is calming on one's sole. The staff are very caring about the final journey. Covid-19 restrictions followed by some customers and all staff

Visited this morning, grounds are well maintained and clean, however whilst visiting the lavatory on site was a different matter, they were dirty and no toilet paper in all 3 toilets , very disappointed please can you maintain these facilities aswell!!!

Disappointing and upsetting experience for my poor Mum who went to my Grandma’s grave on the anniversary of losing her and found Robin Hood had moved her plaque without telling us and all the ornaments our family had put there in order to do ‘essential tree work’. Would be nice if these things were mentioned to families to prevent any upset.

I go regularly to the cemetery over the last eight years. It's very untidy. Weeds grass leaves its been neglected and is a disgrace. It's needs new management to sort it out.

The toilets are absolutely disgusting they are filthy When you enter the toilet block the smell takes your breath away its absolutely disgusting. Filthy toilets, no toilet roll it's shameful. Sort this out immediately its a health hazard.

It's a crematorium. Not somewhere to rate like this. It serves the purpose it is there for.

Grounds are kept well. Place to shelter outside, if the weather is bad. Also, toilets outside, if needed. Service room is suitable for purpose.

The lack of respect from the staff for the families was phenomenal.

A lovely peaceful cemetary, a very hardworking team who keep the building and grounds in excellent order. It is truly a pleasure to frequently visit. I am very pleased that I have laid family members to rest here.

At the back of the cemetery where my mom is it's all overgrown it needs attention i could not get through the weeds please tidy it up.
